First of all, this paper analyzes four questions that are closely related to the unreasonable development of alumni resources in teacher certification. Secondly, the functions of middle school teacher alumni resources in professional certification are mainly reflected in four aspects: ideological and political resources, intellectual resources, information resources and material resources. Finally, it puts forward four ways to develop alumni resources, improve the quality of talent cultivation of students by enhancing alumni belonging and implementation of alumni resources sustainable utilization, invite alumni to participate in the training plan formulation and boost the teaching practice, set up a job tutorial system and promote the development of students and alumni, play a role of alumni evaluation feedback and make continuous improvement and so on.展开更多
