高校校园疫情防控管理问题研究

本文结合我国高校特点,分析了当前疫情防控常态化情况下校园面临的诸多挑战和具有的相对优势,从实际出发对自疫情以来校园管理过程中的不足之处进行细致研究,为更好服务师生对日后校园管理方式提出优化的具体建议。

Analysis on management of philanthropic endowment in Chinese universities

Philanthropic endowment, along with government allocation, tuition fee and extra income, is one of the four major means for funding higher education in China. Research on philanthropic endowment is at its beginning stage, and so it is not yet well known. With a view to providing some useful information to our government, universities and society, this paper aims at making a brief analysis of the status quo and management of philanthropic endowment in Chinese universities.

Promote Combinational Researches, Training, and Applied Scientific Technology in Universities and Institutes in Vietnam

To promote the combination of research, training, and scientific technology application is the main policy of the Vietnam Communist Party and State of their management to their meeting of the needs toward their radical and comprehensive renovation with educational and training processes. There are some solutions such as： To develop a national project on combination of research and scientific technology application in social science in Vietnam was administered, to develop a set of criteria to ensure effectiveness of combination of research and training which will be based on the needs of society was assessed, to increase self-control of research institutes and universities of social science sector in combination of research and scientific technology application was examined, to be continued of the renovation management mechanism was managed, the cost norm and means of providing finance research and scientific technology application in social science were founded. The comprehensive legal framework and criteria of combination of research and scientific technology application as a basic for evaluating activities of research and scientific technology application in social science were used. Suggestions that this study was to apply scientific technology in transferring national university and investigation of the key universities into universities＇ researches were provided.

Research on the Financial Management of China＇s Private Higher Learning Institutions

With the deepening of China＇s reform and opening up, China＇s private higher education has got rapid development. The expanding of the scale and the updating of the educational philosophy makes the financial management of private higher learning institutions can＇t meet the developing needs of them. Through summing up the current defects existed in the financial management activities of the private higher learning institutions, this paper tries to advise the private higher learning institutions to set out their efforts on financial management foundation, financing management, investment management, budget management, financial analysis and financial supervision six aspects, standardize and optimize the financial management activities to promote the healthy development of China＇s private higher learning institutions.

Shanghai’s administrative model for private schools during the Republican period

Private schools were very prosperous in Shanghai during the Republican period.Shanghai Municipal Educational Bureau adopted a pattern of indirect management,especially attaching importance to normalizing and guiding the mechanism for operating a school by taking the basic measures for the registration administration.Meanwhile,appropriate funding was given to private school so that they could enjoy fair treatment and full confidence.What was more,necessary interventions were made on finances and running a school.Indirect model of managing many private schools dramatically reduced the financial burden on Shanghai municipal public education.It also provided an important prerequisite for urban educational administration to concentrate on macro management system.
