网络民粹主义思潮的样态演变与纠治理路

近年来,民粹主义思潮在我国互联网空间悄然兴起,经由场域变迁、主体变化、诉求转变等多重演变,逐渐呈现出网络民粹主义思潮新型样态。网络民粹主义以激进网民为群体基础,在“反智”“反富”“反精英”等非理性话语逻辑下,逐渐显露出解构政府权威、污化网络生态、削弱价值认同的负面效应。引导和治理这一问题,应坚持从问题出发、对症下药,从政府、媒体、公民三个层面消除网络民粹主义思潮的不良影响,探索纠治的有效途径,增强主流意识形态影响力。
