核心国和边缘国的分化体现了空间范畴下经济一体化区域内的发展不平衡,欧债危机使欧元区成员国关系加速向"核心-边缘"模式分化,加大了危机解决的难度。本文重点研究欧盟特别是欧元区中核心国与边缘国的分化,发现边缘国的竞争力危机将使分化长期存在,未来如不能有效缩小这两类国家的差距,欧元区将面临崩溃的风险。因此,提升参与国竞争力,避免成员国之间的分化,保证各国平衡发展,是顺利推进一体化进程的前提,这对近年我国提出的"一带一路"一体化新模式的推进有启示和借鉴作用。

中国与TPP核心国农产品国际竞争力的比较

本文基于5个国家1961-2011年的贸易数据,计算国际市场占有率、显示对称性比较优势指数、显示性竞争优势指数和贸易竞争指数来衡量中国与TPP核心国农产品国际竞争力,并实证分析了农产品国际竞争力的影响因素。研究发现,TPP核心成员国新西兰、澳大利亚和美国农产品国际竞争力较强,而中国和日本相对较弱;不过,新西兰、美国和中国农产品国际竞争力提升较快,澳大利亚和日本下降很快;土地和劳动力生产率、土地资源条件提升了农产品国际竞争力,技术生产率和经济规模发挥了负面效应,虚拟变量TPP在一定程度上有助于提高农产品国际竞争力。为此,中国应提高土地和劳动力要素生产率,保护人均耕地资源,降低农业经济规模,不宜过度增大技术要素生产率,尽早参与TPP谈判。

上海自贸区农业国际化与农产品贸易竞争力

上海自贸区运行一年多以来,建立了与国际接轨的外商投资管理、贸易监管、金融创新等制度框架以支撑中国农业国际化战略。该战略现阶段目标为提升中国农产品国际竞争力。上海自贸区扩围提供了实施农业国际化战略新的物理空间,并加快政府职能转型来提升自身和中国农产品国际竞争力。与TPP核心国对比后发现,1995-2011年上海自贸区农产品贸易竞争力弱于新西兰、澳大利亚和美国,强于日本。上海自贸区的成立发挥了拉动农产品出口贸易数量和质量飞跃的引擎功效:一方面数量飞跃表现为提升了农产品贸易竞争力指数,但未改变进口依赖型特质,刺激了农产品出口金额的放大;另一方面质量飞跃体现在主要出口品种日渐精细化,主要出口市场从亚太国家转变为亚太和欧洲国家。为此,中国应坚持自贸区建设战略,深化农产品有关改革和新型经济开发,提早介入TPP谈判和规则制定。

东盟共同体发展趋势及其主要推动者

2007年是东盟成立40周年。回顾东盟所走过的历程,总结它在推动地区一体化过程中创造的独特模式和做出的突出贡献,展望未来,历史向东盟领袖提出了建立东盟共同体这一新的目标时面临新的挑战。东盟唯有继承和革新——既要继承原有的行之有效的基本原则,但同时也要根据新形势和新目标的要求,进一步改进和调整某些原则和机制。东盟组织在未来的改革中可能发生一些变化,但不太可能成为“超国家”组织。东盟在推动共同体建设中核心国也将发生变化,由于印尼国内情况的变化导致核心地位有所下降。近年来在推动东盟共同体建设方面,泰国、新加坡、马来西亚发挥了核心国的作用。

Spatial Distribution Patterns of Cultural Facilities in Shenzhen Based on GIS and Big Data

As the city’s soft powef,culture is the basic core of urban competitiveness. The spatial concentration of cultufal facilities can show the development status of the dtfs cultural functions in the spatial kyout. In this paper,POI data of Baidu Maps were used to conduct kernel density analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the spatial distribution of cultural facilities in Shenzhen; mean center point method was used to measure the degree of deviation between Shenzhen population centers and cultural facilities centers; the nearest distance method was used to measure the spatial distribution of cultural facilities space and the accessibility to geometdc centers of streets. The results showed that among the four types of cultural facilities in Shenzhen, librades were the most concentrated, accounting for 63% of the total number of cultural facilities, followed by cultxite and arts centers, museiims, and galleries; tiiere was a great disparity in the number of cultural facilities in various districts and subdistricts in Shenzhen, with a clear agglomeration effect in space; from the district level, cultural faculties spatially distributed from the southwest to the northeast by three gradients; from the street leviel, cultural facilities showed the distribution pattern of ^decreasing from west to eastf and a high d^tee of recognition for convenient transportation; the cultural facilities inside the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone （except Yantdan District） were more reasonable in spatial distribution, and the number of people served was more than that of cultural Realities outside the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, while residents outside the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone enjoyed significantly more cultutal facilities than that inside the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone; the goal of the e￡10-min cultutal dtdeJ, in Shenzhen had been initially completed, that is, residents could reach 72.41% of the streets with cultural facilities within a 10-min ／raJk, but thefe were still 50% districts and 5.1% streets that wefe equipped with, unreasonably distributed cultufal facilities or few cultufal facilities.

This paper summarized the three things included in concept of core-competitiveness： integrative ability, core technology and core product. It reviewed main factors for increasing core-competitiveness, which include core technology, resource integration, information exchange and strategic alliance establishment. It studied the wildly used indicators in core-competitiveness assessment model, such as financial status, business management, technology innovation and enterprise culture. Through case study in China Railway Jiujiang Bridge Engineering Co.Ld, the writer got the conclusion that Chinese Railway and Bridge enterprises should focus on industrial integration and innovation to enhance core-competitiveness.

A Case Study of Business Borderless Development in Internet Age

A firm may expand in two ways： by tangible expansion through an increase in the scale of the physical company, or by intangible expansion, an optimization process drawing on both the firm＇s physical entity as well as virtual resources, producing borderless growth. We take a case study approach to explore borderless development at business, managerial, and operational levels and to study four facilitators of borderless development： information technology, the virtual world, virtual operations, and concentration on core business. We conclude that firms may achieve global dominance in their area of core competency through borderless development.

Comparative literature study between investigations in foreign Science Citation Index journals and Chinese core domestic journals in the treatment of low back pain with acupuncture

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the quality and meth- ods of clinical research literature published in for- eign Science Citation Index （SCI） journals studying the treatment of low back pain with acupuncture. To conduct a comparative study with clinical re- search literature published in Chinese core domes- tic journals, and to understand the prospects of cur- rent research trends of acupuncture clinical studies in Western countries and China. METHODS： Studies on clinical acupuncture treat- ment of low back pain in English SCI journals and four Chinese core domestic journals dated from 2002 to 2012 were sourced and summarized for this study. Objective analysis and evaluation on the differences in subject and scope of study on low back pain by foreign and Chinese researchers were conducted. RESULTS： Forty-seven English studies and 115 Chi- nese studies met our inclusion criteria. A keyword search revealed different kinds of low back pain re- lated conditions in English and Chinese studies. The English studies were broad in scope, while the Chinese studies were more focused. There were al-so differences in the understanding and definition of concepts and study orientation. CONCI.IJSION： More study should be undertaken to understand the contradictions that acupuncture faces in view of modern research to further ad- vance the field.

The trade network of the Belt and Road Initiative and its topological relationship to the global trade network

Unimpeded trade is one of the cooperation priorities in the Belt and Road Initiative proposed by China. On 15 May 2017, the Joint Communique of the Leaders Roundtable of the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation reaffirmed the participants＇ shared commitment to build an open economy and ensure free and inclusive trade. The Belt and Road Initiative （BRI） is not only China＇s new action to drive its open and global develoPment, but also a platform for an increasing number of countries to explore free and inclusive trade and promote a universal, rule-based, open, non-discriminatory, and equitable multilateral trade system. It is therefore important to examine BRI and global trade networks. More specifically, the topological relationship between the this article first analyzes the community structure of trade networks using a community detection algorithm, and then estimates the topological relationship between different trade communities. The findings of this article are as follows. First, this research identified three trade communities and two sub-communities in the BRI trade network, in which China is the core, Russia is the sub-core of the biggest trade community, and India, United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia are cores of the second trade community （South Asia-West Asia）. Second, it identified five trade communities in the global trade network, centred on China, USA, Russia, India-United Arab Emirates, and Ger- many-Netherlands-France-Britain and other European developed countries. Third, the topo- logical analysis indicated that in the global trade network, most BRI countries are attracted by the core nodes of the BRI regions, such as the China, Russia and India-United Arab Emirates core nodes, and have strong trade contacts with BRI countries. Most Central-East European countries are mainly attracted by Germany-Netherlands-France-Britain and other developed European countries with a low penetration of BRI trade. Although some Southeast Asian countries are incorporated into the Asia-Australia-South Africa community with China as the core, they still need to strengthen trade linkages with BRI countries.

“Chinese Values” and Innovation in Philosophy and Social Sciences in Present Day China

＂Chinese values＂ is a concept defined in relation to ＂American values,＂ ＂Asian values＂ and the ＂Washington Consensus.＂ It is a product of the long-term development and evolution of Chinese society＇s value system and constitutes the conceptual representation and theoretical enhancement of the complexity of current Chinese values. We analyze the historical formation, evolutionary logic, pluralistic framework, underlying reasons, and inner grounds of present day China＇s complex values in a multi-dimensional context that involves history and the present as well as China and the world, looking at the synchronous coexistence in modern China of diachronic conflicts that unfolded over several hundred years in the course of Western modernization. Our contention is that present day China＇s complex value reality and value concepts should be approached by using complex ideas and techniques. In the dynamic process of integrating manifold clues and multiple changes, we will vigorously safeguard ＂Chinese interests,＂ reasonably fulfill ＂China＇s responsibilities,＂ consciously seek a ＂Chinese path,＂ soberly respond to ＂expectations of China,＂ consciously break down ＂China＇s problems＂ and appropriately demonstrate ＂China＇s confidence,＂ in order to better perform the positive function of philosophy and social sciences in interpreting and guiding the development of society.
