智能温室基质栽培不同番茄品种根域微生物群落特征分析

采集智能温室基质栽培不同番茄品种根域基质样品,分离、鉴定可培养微生物种类,分析群落多样性。结果表明,各品种间微生物数量存在显著差异(P<0.05),细菌数量最高的品种为红宝石(107.27×10^(7)CFU/g)和百丽(105.00×10^(7)CF... 采集智能温室基质栽培不同番茄品种根域基质样品,分离、鉴定可培养微生物种类,分析群落多样性。结果表明,各品种间微生物数量存在显著差异(P<0.05),细菌数量最高的品种为红宝石(107.27×10^(7)CFU/g)和百丽(105.00×10^(7)CFU/g)、最低的品种为位盈(3.47×10^(7)CFU/g);真菌数量最高的品种为百灵(40.97×10^(5)CFU/g)、最低的品种为百丽(3.10×10^(5)CFU/g);放线菌数量最高的品种为百丽(14.17×10^(5)CFU/g)和夏日阳光(13.43×10^(5)CFU/g)、最低的品种为红宝石(2.07×10^(5)CFU/g)。经鉴定,真菌包括木霉属2种、曲霉属1种、青霉属1种和镰刀菌属1种;放线菌为链霉菌属3种;细菌5属17个种,包括假单胞菌属11种,节杆菌属3种,芽孢杆菌属、贪铜菌属和黄杆菌属均有1个种。夏日阳光、百丽和金玉满堂细菌种类最多,有7个,其次为百灵6个,黑玛瑙、位盈、红宝石和粉红佳人5个,串串红种类最少,仅3个。经聚类分析,17株细菌分为3类,类群Ⅰ有7株细菌,仅在1个品种存在,为低频次分布;类群Ⅱ有7株细菌,在2~4个品种存在,为中频次分布;类群Ⅲ的3株细菌为高频次分布,在7个以上品种存在。研究表明智能温室基质栽培的不同番茄品种根域微生物数量存在显著差异,种类丰富,分布特性与品种相关。 展开更多

Root Zone Microbial Populations, Urease Activities, and Purification Efficiency for a Constructed Wetland 被引量:7

In order to investigate the effects of microorganisms and their urease activities in macrophytic root zones on pollutant removal, four small-scale plots (SSPs) of vertical/reverse-vertical flow wetlands were set up to determine: a) the relationship between the abundance of microorganisms in the root zones and water purification efficiency; and b) the relationship between urease activities in the root zones and pollutant removal in a constructed wetland system. Total numbers of the microbial population (bacteria, fungi, and actinomyces) along with urease activities in the macrophytic root zones were determined. In addition, the relationships between microbial populations and urease activities as well as the wastewater purification efficiencies of total phosphorus (TP), total Kjeldahl nitrogen (TKN), biochemical oxygen demand in 5 days (BOD5), and chemical oxygen demand (COD) were also analyzed. The results showed that there was a highly significant positive correlation (r = 0.9772, P < 0.01) between the number of bacteria in the root zones and BOD5 removal efficiency and a significant negative correlation (r = -0.9092, P < 0.05) between the number of fungi and the removal efficiency of TKN. Meanwhile, there was a significant positive correlation (r -- 0.8830, P < 0.05) between urease activities in the root zones and the removal efficiency of TKN. Thus, during wastewater treatment in a constructed wetland system,microorganism and urease activities in the root zones were very important factors. 展开更多
