目的通过研究桔梗根水提取物对肿瘤细胞的影响机制,探讨对肿瘤侵润和转移的抑制作用。方法应用经改良的在Transwell细胞培养真空箱中进行的肿瘤细胞体外侵润分析法和实验性肺转移体内测定与自然杀伤细胞活性试验,进行统计学分析。结果... 目的通过研究桔梗根水提取物对肿瘤细胞的影响机制,探讨对肿瘤侵润和转移的抑制作用。方法应用经改良的在Transwell细胞培养真空箱中进行的肿瘤细胞体外侵润分析法和实验性肺转移体内测定与自然杀伤细胞活性试验,进行统计学分析。结果桔梗根水提取物所含CK对侵润重建基底膜(基质胶)的B16-F10细胞有抑制作用。CK抑制B16-F10细胞侵润基质胶/纤维结合蛋白-包埋过滤膜的作用呈现浓度依赖方式。结论 CK在肿瘤细胞侵润方面的作用具有高侵润和转移能力,为改善肿瘤侵润和寻找转移治疗方法提供了参考。 展开更多

在印度阿育吠陀传统医学中,南非醉茄Withania somnifera Dun.是滋补强壮药,用于防治多种疾病,被称作“印度人参”。该植物中的醉茄素 A 和醉茄内酯 D 具免疫抑制活性。作者研究了该植物根70%乙醇提取物的活性部位 B(BF)的抗应激活性。... 在印度阿育吠陀传统医学中,南非醉茄Withania somnifera Dun.是滋补强壮药,用于防治多种疾病,被称作“印度人参”。该植物中的醉茄素 A 和醉茄内酯 D 具免疫抑制活性。作者研究了该植物根70%乙醇提取物的活性部位 B(BF)的抗应激活性。该植物根阴干后磨成粗粉,用70%乙醇渗漉提取10次,提取物再用水提取5次,得到水溶部分,该部位继续分离得4个不含醉茄内酯的次级部位,将次级部位进行耐缺氧和游泳等应激试验,得到活性最强的部位BF,用 BF 进一步作以下研究:对小鼠缺氧时间和游泳时间的影响、对游泳诱导的大鼠胃溃疡的作用。 展开更多

Present mature plants hydroponic technology was used,combined with some excellent characteristics,such as growth conditions was easy to control and process of root growth was easy to continuously observe,the nematicidal activity of 5 kinds of Chinese herbs extracts and the compound solution of Avermectin,with strong contact toxicity effect indoor,was systematically studied and investigated the affection on the root-knot nematode parasitized on the cucumber seeding stage. It is found that under the premise of no influence on root growth of cucumber,extracts from Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora and Punica granatum showed strong prevention and nematicidal activity,and had the similar efficacy of Avermectin; while the extracts from Cibotium barometz,Aucklandia lappa Decne and Fructus cnidii showed low nematicidal activity and various degrees inhibition effect on plant growth. 展开更多

Allelopathic Potential of Some Crop Residues on the Germination and Growth of Soybean (Glycine max L,) Merrill

The result showed that the extr... Allelopathic potentials of aqueous water extracts from residues of sorghum stem, maize inflorescence and rice husks on the germination of soybeans (Glycine max. L.) were investigated. The result showed that the extracts brought about a considerable inhibition in the germination of soybean seeds, reductions in the radicle and plumule lengths of soybean seedlings. Whereas, the extracts of maize inflorescence and rice husk had more inhibitory effects on the growth of soybean radicle, all the three extracts demonstrated pronounced inhibitory effects on the growth of the plumule. The retardation of soybean germination, radicle and plumule growths were concentration dependents as the degree of retardations increases with increase in the concentration of the extracts. Statistical analysis (ANOVA, P = 0.05) revealed that there were no significant differences in the germination, radicle and plumule growths at 24 and 48 h experimental time when compared to the control. However, statistical differences abound in the growth parameters at 72 and 144 h experimental time. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the in vivo antiplasmodial activity and the oral acute toxicity of the Bombax buonopozense root bark aqueous extract.METHODS: The in vivo antiplasmodial activity of the root bark aqueous extract of Bombax buonopozense against early and established rodent malaria infections in chloroquine sensitive Plasmodium berghei strain in mice was investigated, and oral acute toxicity of the aqueous root bark extract of Bombax buonopozense was also evaluated in mice.RESULTS: The findings of this study revealed significant(P < 0.05) and dose dependent decrease in parasitaemia in the parasitized groups treated with varying doses of the extract(50-200 mg/kg p.o.) in both suppressive and curative tests. There was also significant decrease in parasitaemia density in the chloroquine treated group. The aqueous extract was found no toxicity in mice and the oral LD50 was determined to be greater than 5000 mg/kg.CONCLUSION: Bombax buonopozense root bark aqueous extract possesses potent antiplasmodial activity and may therefore, serve as potential sources of new antimalarial agents. 展开更多
