Moreover, the design patterns for the framework .are developed and a variety of functional components are designed by inheriting appropriate patterns. And then an application is constructed by invoking corresponding methods of related components. An MES system implementing the framework and design patterns can be facilely integrated with other manufacturing applications, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) and floor control system (FCS) .展开更多
The fabrication of S-scheme heterojunctions has received considerable attention as an effective approach to promote the separation and migration of photoexcited electron/hole pairs and retain strong redox abilities.He...The fabrication of S-scheme heterojunctions has received considerable attention as an effective approach to promote the separation and migration of photoexcited electron/hole pairs and retain strong redox abilities.Herein,an imine-based porous covalent organic framework(COF-LZU1)is integrated with controllably fabricated Cd S hollow cubes,resulting in the formation of an S-scheme heterojunction.When the COF content reaches 1.5 wt%,the COF/Cd S heterostructure(1.5%COF/Cd S)achieves the highest hydrogen generation rate of 8670μmol·h^(-1)·g^(-1),which is approximately 2.1 times higher than that of pure Cd S.The apparent quantum efficiency(AQE)of 1.5%COF/Cd S is approximately 8.9%at 420 nm.Further systematic analysis shows that the intimate contact interface and suitable energy band structures between Cd S and COF can induce the formation of an internal electric field at the heterojunction interface,which can effectively drive the spatial separation of photoexcited charge carriers and simultaneously maintain a strong redox ability,thus enhancing the photocatalytic H_(2) evolution performance.展开更多

In order to obtain accurate values, it is necessary to carry out online correction. In this paper, a semiclosed-loop framework (SLF) is proposed to establish a soft-sensing approach, which estimates the input variables in the next moment by a prediction model and calibrates the output variables by a compensation model. In this paper,a multi-loop internal model control(IMC) scheme in conjunction with feed-forward strategy based on the dynamic partial least squares(DyPLS) framework is proposed.Unlike the traditional methods to decoupl...In this paper,a multi-loop internal model control(IMC) scheme in conjunction with feed-forward strategy based on the dynamic partial least squares(DyPLS) framework is proposed.Unlike the traditional methods to decouple multi-input multi-output(MIMO) systems,the DyPLS framework automatically decomposes the MIMO process into a multi-loop system in the PLS subspace in the modeling stage.The dynamic filters with identical structure are used to build the dynamic PLS model,which retains the orthogonality among the latent variables.To address the model mismatch problem,an off-line least squares method is applied to obtain a set of optimal filter parameters in each latent space.Without losing the merits of model-based control,a simple and easy-tuned IMC structure is readily carried over to the dynamic PLS control framework.In addition,by projecting the measurable disturbance into the latent subspace,a multi-loop feed-forward control is yielded to achieve better performance for disturbance rejection.Simulation results of a distillation column are used to further demonstrate this new strategy outperforms conventional control schemes in servo behavior and disturbance rejection.展开更多
An increase in public environmental awareness and pressures from the government’s determination to deal with environmental problems force manufacturers to implement green manufacturing(GM).However,since managers and ...An increase in public environmental awareness and pressures from the government’s determination to deal with environmental problems force manufacturers to implement green manufacturing(GM).However,since managers and stakeholders lack understanding of GM and its complexity,the manufacturing enterprise,especially the small and medium ones,are constantly facing the problems of how to make a reasonable decision for an environmental problem,and the adopted approaches have no clear payoffs.The customized design,flexible production,and diversified services in customized production make the problems more challenging.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a framework for the implementation of GM in customized products manufacturing enterprises(CPME).A three-layer framework,i.e.,the goal layer,the product life-cycle layer and the supporting layer,is designed to provide a methodology to help implement GM.In this model,the GM practice processes are divided into four stages from the life-cycle perspective,i.e.design,production,use,and disposal.The preliminary practice of GM in an electrical product manufacturing company is carried out,and the implementation effect shows that the system framework is helpful to make a comprehensive understanding of GM and to improve the operability of GM practices.The integrated product model is an effective way to integrate the life cycle data.展开更多

This framework is insensitive to the inherent interact time delay, and differs from other tele-robotics systems that try to use some mathematic models to describe the internet delay or take some assumptions. In order to verify the framework, a 4-DOF fischertechnik industry robot tele-operation system has been developed using the new proposed framework. Experimental results demonstrate the applicable performance of the new framework. The framework is open structured and can be applied to other general purposed tele-operation systems.展开更多

A large variety of effects have been observed: acute or long-lasting, faci...Since the 1960's, hundreds of articles have been published on the effects of exercise on cognition and more recently on executive functions. A large variety of effects have been observed: acute or long-lasting, facilitating or debilitating. Several theoretical frameworks have been proposed to explain these effects with plausible mechanisms. However, as yet none of these models has succeeded in unifying all the observations in a single framework that subsumes all effects. The aim of the present review is to revisit the strength model of self-control initiated by Baumeister and his colleagues in the 1990's in order to extend its assumptions to exercise psychology. This model provides a heuristic framework that can explain and predict the effects of acute and chronic exercise on effortful tasks tapping self-regulation or executive functions. A reconsideration of exercise as a self-control task results from this perspective. A new avenue for future research is delineated besides more traditional approaches.展开更多

U...In 1987, the Montreal Protocol prohibited the worldwide use and production of chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) and hydro fluorocarbons (HFCs) were proposed as alternative refrigerants. Unfortunately, HFCs have non negligible global warning potential and therefore new refrigerants must be proposed or old refrigerants must be used associated with HFC. Accurate experimental thermodynamic data and predictive techniques are required for better under-standing of the performance of the newly proposed refrigerants. In this communication, experimental techniques based on either analytic or synthetic methods are first described. Data are reported. Then two newly developed predictive models based on thermodynamic approach with the isofugacity criterion and artificial neural network method are presented. The results can provide better evaluation of refrigerants, especially with the aim of studying global warning effects.展开更多

Although the current literature supports a beneficial influence of acute exe...The effects of exercise on decision-making performance have been studied using a wide variety of cognitive tasks and exercise interventions. Although the current literature supports a beneficial influence of acute exercise on cognitive performance, the mechanisms underlying this phenomenon have not yet been elucidated. We review studies that used single-pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to probe the excitability of motor structures during whole-body exercise and present a framework to account for the facilitating effects of acute exercise on motor processes. Recent results suggest that, even in the absence of fatigue, the increase in corticospinal excitability classically reported during submaximal and exhausting exercises may be accompanied by a reduction in intracortical inhibition. We propose that reduced intracortical inhibition elicits an adaptive central mechanism that counteracts the progressive reduction in muscle responsiveness caused by peripheral fatigue. Such a reduction would render the motor cortex more sensitive to upstream influences, thus causing increased corticospinal excitability. Furthermore, reduction of intracortical inhibition may account for the more efficient descending drive and for the improvement of reaction time performance during exercise. The adaptive modulation in intracortical inhibition could be implemented through a general increase in reticular activation that would further account for enhanced sensory sensitivity.展开更多

Al- though a number of policy integration and sec- urity analysis mechanisms have been devel- oped, few focus on enabling the average ad- ministrator by providing an intuitive cognitive sense about the integrated policies, which considerably undermines the usability factor. In this paper we propose a visualization flame- work for inter-domain access control policy integration, which integrates Role Based Ac- cess Control (RBAC) policies on the basis of role-mapping and then visualizes the inte- grated result. The role mapping algorithm in the framework considers the hybrid role hier- archy. It can not only satisfy the security con- straints of non-cyclic inheritance and separa- tion of duty but also make visualization easier. The framework uses role-permission trees and semantic substrates to visualize the integrated policies. Through the interactive policy query visualization, the average administrator can gain an intuitive understanding of the policy integration result.展开更多
