目的:探讨案例需求导向式护理模式在髋关节假体周围感染行二次翻修术患者中的应用效果。方法:将2018年1月1日~2020年1月31日45例髋关节假体周围感染行二次翻修术患者设为对照组,实施常规护理;将2020年2月1日~2022年1月31日45例髋关节假...目的:探讨案例需求导向式护理模式在髋关节假体周围感染行二次翻修术患者中的应用效果。方法:将2018年1月1日~2020年1月31日45例髋关节假体周围感染行二次翻修术患者设为对照组,实施常规护理;将2020年2月1日~2022年1月31日45例髋关节假体周围感染行二次翻修术患者设为观察组,实施案例需求导向式护理模式。比较两组入院当日及出院前1 d行为疼痛评分量表(BPS)评分、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分、Harris量表评分,并发症(深静脉血栓形成、肺栓塞、关节脱节)发生率。结果:两组出院前1 d BPS评分、SCL-90评分均低于入院当日(P<0.01),观察组出院前1 d BPS评分、SCL-90评分低于对照组(P<0.01);两组出院前1 d Harris量表评分均高于入院当日(P<0.05),观察组出院前1 d Harris量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对髋关节假体周围感染行二次翻修术患者实施案例需求导向式干预模式,可减少并发症,减轻疼痛感,改善髋关节功能。展开更多
