自制桥形架治疗小儿股骨干骨折的设计思路及临床应用

目的分析当前小儿股骨干骨折的常用治疗方案,阐述自制桥形架的设计思路,并应用于临床,为治疗小儿股骨干骨折提供一种舒适、简便、患儿依从性好的方案。方法自制桥形架采用简单木板钉制,使患肢保持髋部屈曲30°,膝部屈曲30°的... 目的分析当前小儿股骨干骨折的常用治疗方案,阐述自制桥形架的设计思路,并应用于临床,为治疗小儿股骨干骨折提供一种舒适、简便、患儿依从性好的方案。方法自制桥形架采用简单木板钉制,使患肢保持髋部屈曲30°,膝部屈曲30°的功能体位,使用时患肢固定于桥形架上,可起到夹板固定的作用。结论桥形架制作简单,治疗过程中患儿感觉舒适、依从性好,疗效安全可靠,配合夹闭及皮牵引可用于治疗小儿股骨干各段骨折,是一种较好的治疗方案。 展开更多

小儿股骨干骨折临床较多见,有统计显示约占小儿全身骨折总数的10%~15%。其治疗方法较多,常规治疗方法有牵引疗法(水平皮牵引、悬吊牵引、骨牵引),手法复位、小夹板固定,经皮穿针固定、手术固定(钢板、髓内针,钢丝、螺钉固定)及复位... 小儿股骨干骨折临床较多见,有统计显示约占小儿全身骨折总数的10%~15%。其治疗方法较多,常规治疗方法有牵引疗法(水平皮牵引、悬吊牵引、骨牵引),手法复位、小夹板固定,经皮穿针固定、手术固定(钢板、髓内针,钢丝、螺钉固定)及复位固定器治疗,各有优缺点。结合小儿自身的特点,很难找出一种毫无缺点的治疗方法。我院采用自制的桥形架结合手法整复、小夹板外固定治疗小儿股骨干闭合性骨折56例, 展开更多

The alignment control of the pylon is carried out during the whole process of the construction. The control concept is extended to the manufacture stage. The manufacturing alignment error is strictly controlled in the segments precast process in factory, and the error is recognized and predicted precisely during the installation stage. Their primary goal has functionality and efficiency rather than aesthetic considerations and, yet from a time perspective, they still impress with their beauty and perfection. Gradually, architects began to take care of the form of bridges, as in the case of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Nowadays, the most renowned architects, with Norman Foster in the lead, take up the design of bridge "architecture".
