悬吊测试与8级腹桥测试相关性研究

The changes of three components of aerodynamic force were discussed with the attack angle conversion for three kinds of section models. Based on the project of Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge, the wind tunnel test was conducted to obtain its three components of aerodynamic force including 75 conditions of the construction stage, the bridge without vehicles and the bridge with vehicles from - 12 degrees to + 12 degrees. For the bridge with vehicles, the drag force coefficient and the absolute value of both lift coefficient and moment coefficient were decreased by the vehicles. The test resuh shows that the bridge railing and vehicles have much influence on the three components of aerodynamic force of the vehicle-bridge system for Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge. 展开更多

Identification of Connection Flexibility Effects Based on Load Testing of a Steel-Concrete Bridge

In the case of composite girders, an effective cooperation of both parts of the section is influenced by deformability of connectors. Limited flexural stiffness of welded studs, used commonly in bridge structures, does not provide full interaction of a steel beam and a concrete slab. This changes strain distribution in cross-sections of a composite girder and results in redistribution of internal forces in steel and concrete element. In the paper partial interaction index defined on the basis of a neutral axis position, which can be used for verification of steel-concrete interaction in real bridge structures rather than in specimens is proposed. The range of the index value changes, obtained during load testing of a typical steel-concrete composite beam bridge, is presented. The investigation was carried out on a motorway viaduct, consisting of two parallel structures. During the testing values of strains in girders under static and quasi-static loads were measured. The readings from the gauges were used to determine the index, characterizing composite action of the girders. Results of bridge testing under movable load, changing position along the bridge span is presented and obtained in-situ influence functions of strains and index values are commented in the paper. 展开更多

In order to achieve an access to strain sensor data with wireless transmission in bridge engineering structure testing, a wireless strain test system is presented based on the resistance strain sensor of networks. The wireless bridge strain test system composed of master station and substation adopts the wireless method to realize the high accuracy data acquisition between the master station and the substation under a reliable communication protocol. The system has been tested in contrast with the present strain apparatus. Results show that the wireless system is high-reliable, and has many characteristics such as high efficiency, good precision, high stability with low cost, and good flexibility, without using the present communication network. 展开更多

Fatigue is usually the cause for the cracks identified at bridge elements in service. With an increase in the introduction of corrugated steel web girders in recent highway bridge construction, the understanding of the fatigue behaviour of welded details in such structures becomes an important issue for the design. The typical welded details were represented as welded joints assembled by longitudinal corrugated plates. All the experiments were performed under fatigue loading using a servo-control testing machine. The test results from the failure mode observation with the aid of infrared thermo-graph technology show that the failure manner of these welded joints is comparable to that of the corrugated steel web beams reported previously. It is indicated from the stiffness degradation analysis that the welded joints with larger corrugation angle have higher stiffness and greater stiffness degradation in the notable stiffness degradation range. It is shown from the test S-N relations based on the free regression and forced regression analyses that there is a good linear dependence between lg(N) and lg(ΔS). It is also demonstrated that the proposed fracture mechanics analytical model is able to give a prediction slightly lower but on the safe side for the mean stresses at 2 million cycles of the test welded joints. 展开更多

提出一种基于RRV(rapidly-exploring random vine)的混合采样算法(HS-RRV),以解决空间机械臂在拥挤杂乱环境下进行装配操作时运动规划效率低下的问题。首先,提出同时在工作空间和构形空间采样的策略,且采样权重随着算法进程动态调节,从... 提出一种基于RRV(rapidly-exploring random vine)的混合采样算法(HS-RRV),以解决空间机械臂在拥挤杂乱环境下进行装配操作时运动规划效率低下的问题。首先,提出同时在工作空间和构形空间采样的策略,且采样权重随着算法进程动态调节,从而能够在保证算法完备性的前提下充分利用工作空间信息缩小采样范围以提高算法规划效率。其次,在局部规划器设计中,利用分层二次最小二乘规划方法,考虑了机械臂运动学和动力学特性与约束,提高了所规划轨迹的可执行性。当算法陷入局部复杂区域时,利用桥测试和主成分分析法对局部空间类型进行辨识,从而获取更加高效的拓展方向。最后,对所提方法与现有方法在多种装配场景下进行对比仿真,结果表明本方法有更高的运行效率和规划成功率,以及较短的轨迹长度。 展开更多

It is significant to consider the effect of uncertainty of the measured modal parameters on the updated finite element(FE) model,especially for updating the FE model of practical bridges,since the uncertainty of the measured modal parameters cannot be ignored owing to the application of output-only identification method and the existence of the measured noise.A reasonable method is to define the objective of the FE model updating as the statistical property of the measured modal parameters obtained by conducting couples of identical modal tests,however,it is usually impossible to implement repeated modal test due to the limit of practical situation and economic reason.In this study,a method based on fuzzy finite element(FFM) was proposed in order to consider the effect of the uncertainty of the measured modal parameters on the updated FE model by using the results of a single modal test.The updating parameters of bridges were deemed as fuzzy variables,and then the fuzzification of objective of the FE model updating was proposed to consider the uncertainty of the measured modal parameters.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by updating the FE model of a practical bridge with the measured modal parameters. 展开更多
