为解决工业生产中玻璃检测定位系统实时通信的问题,设计一种基于PROFINET通信方案的玻璃检测定位系统。利用cifX-50E-RE板卡在上位机搭建PROFINET从站,实现上位机与S7-1500 PLC的PROFINET主站通信;通过调用动态链接库的方法,实现上位机... 为解决工业生产中玻璃检测定位系统实时通信的问题,设计一种基于PROFINET通信方案的玻璃检测定位系统。利用cifX-50E-RE板卡在上位机搭建PROFINET从站,实现上位机与S7-1500 PLC的PROFINET主站通信;通过调用动态链接库的方法,实现上位机中LabVIEW与cifX-50E-RE板卡的PROFINET从站通信;通过工业现场对PROFINET通信方案进行测试。结果表明,采用文中设计方案可实现LabVIEW上位机与S7-1500 PLC的PROFINET实时通信,数据量为200 B时,平均每次通信耗时在4 ms内,其准确性与实时性均满足现场工业要求,成功将高性价比的PROFINET通信应用于玻璃检测定位系统中。 展开更多

基于特高频天线阵列的局部放电检测方法已被应用于敞开式变电站(air-insulated substations,AIS)站域的局部放电巡检,但目前装置存在定位精度低等缺点。该文针对变电站局部放电去噪方法、传感器阵列优化布置、定位算法及检测系统开发等... 基于特高频天线阵列的局部放电检测方法已被应用于敞开式变电站(air-insulated substations,AIS)站域的局部放电巡检,但目前装置存在定位精度低等缺点。该文针对变电站局部放电去噪方法、传感器阵列优化布置、定位算法及检测系统开发等方面开展了深入研究。针对电晕噪声、手机通讯信号及非脉冲噪声,提出了合理选取检测频带、硬件陷波器及能量陡度阈值等去噪方法;通过克拉美罗下界分析及定位均方根误差仿真对天线阵列布置进行了优化,选取为4×1m的菱形天线阵;采用基于最大似然估计的概率定位法求解时差定位方程组,综合多次局部放电信号定位结果,可降低时差估计误差的影响,提高了定位准确度。开发了变电站局部放电检测与定位系统,包括超宽带全向双锥天线、信号调理电路及信号高速采集分析单元,用于110kV AIS站域局部放电检测,测试结果验证了系统的有效性及定位准确性。 展开更多

Because pipeline has large pipe diameter, large throughout and high pressure, once pipeline leakage accident happens, the damage is quite serious. In addition, pipeline leakage accident caused by man-made drilling oil stolen every year results in huge economic losses on oilfield. Therefore, a real-time and accurate pipeline leak detection and location system not only can effectively decrease leakage loss and reduce the waste of manpower and material resources in patrolling work, but also is conductive to the management of oil pipeline and improvement of economic efficiency of enterprise. The paper determines leak detection and location project giving priority to negative pressure wave and supplemented by flow parameter analysis. The method not only can judge the accidence of leakage timely and accurately, but also can effectively avoid leakage false alarm caused by start or stop pumps in pipeline. 展开更多

Non Linear Dynamic Crack Model Applied to State Observers Methodology for Fault Detection, Localization and Evaluation in a Cantilever Beam

The purpose of this work is the study of a mathematical model to discretize cracks at continuous mechanical systems, applying all the available properties at computational algorithm using the methodology of state observers to detect, localize and evaluate the crack conditions, seeking the model limitations through an experiment developed at the mechanical department of UNESP, llha Solteira, S^o Paulo-Brazil. Three different notch sizes were placed, one by one, at the top surface of a cantilever beam (to be considered as a crack at the mechanical system) and harmonic forces were applied at the tip of the beam with three different frequencies, for each notch size, to obtain experimental data to run the diagnosis algorithm. From the results it was possible to infer that the observation system performance increases with the raising of the crack size, which can be explained by the model, that gets more accurate with bigger crack sizes, however, when the propagation of the crack is considered at the model, the diagnosis of the crack presence tends to be more difficult. It was also possible to conclude that the developed algorithm works properly for systems which excitation frequencies are higher than 20 Hz and different from the natural frequencies of the system, due to influence of dynamic response of the crack at the model. 展开更多

Members of these communities often use account names instead of real names. When they meet in the real world, they will find it useful to have a tool that enables them to associate the faces in fiont of them with the account names they know. This paper proposes a method that enables a person to identify the account name of the person ("target") in front of him/her using a smartphone. The attendees to a meeting exchange their identifiers (i.e., the account name) and GPS information using smartphones. When the user points his/her smartphone towards a target, the target's identifier is displayed near the target's head on the camera screen using AR (augmented reality). The position where the identifier is displayed is calculated from the differences in longitude and latitude between the user and the target and the azimuth direction of the target from the user. The target is identified based on this information, the face detection coordinates, and the distance between the two. The proposed method has been implemented using Android terminals, and identification accuracy has been examined through experiments. 展开更多

The ultrasonic (US) wave detection and an acoustic emission (AE) linear location system are proposed, which employ fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) as US wave sensors. In the theoretical analysis, the FBG sensor response to longitudinal US wave is investigated. The result indicates that the FBG wavelength can be modulated as static case when the grating length is much shorter than US wavelength. The experimental results of standard sinusoidal and spindle wave test agree well with the generated signal. Further research using two FBGs for realizing linear location is also achieved. The maximum linear location error is obtained as less than 5 mm. FBG-based US wave sensor and AE linear location provide useful tools for specific requirements. 展开更多
