The results showed that for proliferation culture of Toona ciliate, the optimum basic medium was WPM, and the optimum medium was WPM ＋ 6-BA 0.5 mg/L ＋ IBA 0.05 mg/L. The proliferation coefficient reached 4.29. The optimum rooting culture medium was 1/2 MS ＋ IBA 0.5 mg/L ＋ NAA 0.5 mg/L with rooting rate of 100%. In the optimum rooting ＇culture medium, the roots of T. ciliate developed neatly, and the seedlings grew well.展开更多
