This study further investigated the relationship between perceived social support and sense of meaning in life, exploring the mediating role of self-identity and self-concept clarity in this influence mechanism, as well as the correlation between the two. The results showed that self-concept clarity positively predicts self-identity, and both play a chain mediating role between perceived social support and sense of meaning in life. This study expands the integrity of the influence mechanism of social support on sense of meaning in life, providing a clearer direction for improving the education of contemporary college students’ sense of meaning in life.展开更多
