鼻咽癌调强放疗过程中两次模拟定位CT之间模体移位的研究

[目的]研究鼻咽癌患者在调强放疗过程中两次模拟定位CT之间的剂量融合中的关键技术:模体移位。[方法]28例接受调强放疗的鼻咽癌患者,在照射25次时再次CT模拟定位,利用CORVUS6.3调强治疗计划系统,比较模体移位前后二次融合方法中剂量分布的变化。[结果]28例患者不同方向上的位移均值分别为:右/左(R/L):X=-2.19±20.91mm(-50.22~43.21mm);前/后(A/P):X=-2.14±8.61mm(-16.76~16.28mm);脚/头(I/S):X=6.85±20.51mm(-30.11~48.98mm)。Plan2中GTVnx处方剂量体积比和CTV处方剂量体积比均较Plan1和Plan3中减少;而所有的周围危及器官剂量均较Plan1和Plan3中增加。Plan2与Plan3配对t检验发现,GTVnx处方剂量体积比的差异、CTV处方剂量体积比的差异、脊髓最大剂量的差异、脊髓V40的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。[结论]在二次模拟定位CT之间,有较大的模体移位,可以通过CORVUS6.3调强治疗计划系统自动纠正模体移位方式,消除严重的模体移位,得到实际的融合靶区剂量分布。 展开更多

The Anti—tumor Effects of an Anti—CD71 Chimeric Antibody in Vitro and Its Distribution in a Tumor Xenograft Model 被引量:2

Objective To investigate the anti-tumor effects in vitro and in vivo distribution of the human/murine chimeric antibody (D2C). Methods The CD71 positive target cells (K562, GEM and SMMC7721) and the effector cells, freshly isolated human PBMC, with the ratio of target cells to effector cells 1:50, were incubated in various dilutions of D2C antibody ( Ab) . Antibody dependent cytotoxicity (AD-CC) was tested by using an LDH-release assay. Instead of effector cells, complement was added to the target cells (GEM, SMMC-7721) with various dilutions of D2C Ab. A method of counting death cells was used in complement dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) assay. Tumor localization and distribution of the chimeric antibody (D2C) were observed by labeling the chimeric Ab with radioiodine(131I) and injecting it into nude mice (Balb/c nu/nu) transplanted with human hepatocellular carcinoma cells (SMMC-7721).Results A significant ADCC was observed with the increased concentration of the D2C Ab. Cytolysis of CD71-positive target cells by the D2C Ab was found in the presence of fresh rabbit complement. Labeled D2C administered by intraperitoneal as well as tumor regional injection, was visualized by SPECT. The distribution of D2C Ab in murine organs and tissues showed that non-specific binding was lower following tumor regional administration than when the antibody was administered by an intraperitoneal injection. The human/murine chimeric antibody (D2C) has in vitro anti-tumor effects and can exert its effects in specific tumor localization. Its distribution and local effects in vivo can be detected by radioimmunoimaging.Conclusion CD71 human/murine chimeric antibody showed marked killing of tumor cells in vitro, and specific recognition and high affinity binding to tumor tissue in vivo 展开更多

For the cyclic process of mass transfer in tray columns there are considered the hydrodynamic models of liquid flow during steam supply and during overflow of liquid from tray to tray. During steam supply, the hydrodynamic model is determined as perfect displacement model, and during liquid overflow, it is described as cell model. There were received the characteristics of liquid flow as follows: average residence time of liquid, degree of dispersion around the mean on the tray, number of perfect mixing cells depending on multiplication factor of exchange of liquid delay. In Y-X coordinates there is depicted a work line and theoretical stage of perfect displacement model. There were considered the conditions of mutual transfer of theoretical stage and theoretical stage with perfect displacement. The advantages of the mass transfer cyclic process to the stationary one arc stated. 展开更多
