This paper presents the design and verification of the dual-mode core driven fan stage(CDFS)and high-load compressor with a large flow regulation range.In view of the characteristics of large flow regulation range of ...This paper presents the design and verification of the dual-mode core driven fan stage(CDFS)and high-load compressor with a large flow regulation range.In view of the characteristics of large flow regulation range of the two modes and high average stage load coefficient,this paper investigates the design technology of the dual-mode high-efficiency compressor with a large flow regulation range and high-load compressor with an average stage load coefficient of 0.504.Building upon this research,the design of the dual-mode CDFS and four-stage compressor is completed,and three-dimensional numerical simulation of the two modes is carried out.Finally,performance experiment is conducted to verify the result of three-dimensional numerical simulation.The experiment results show that the compressor performance is improved for the whole working conditions by using the new design method,which realizes the complete fusion design of the CDFS and high-pressure compressor(HPC).The matching mechanism of stage characteristics of single and double bypass modes and the variation rule of different adjustment angles on performance are studied comprehensively.Furthermore,it effectively reduces the length and weight of compressor,and breaks through the key technologies such as high-load compressor with the average load factor of 0.504.These findings provide valuable data and a methodological foundation for the development of the next generation aeroengine.展开更多

First, the general displacement mode function was setup, then the hypotheses were made that the lateral passive pressure is linear to the corresponding horizontal displacement and the soil behind retaining wall is composed of a set of springs and ideal rigid plasticity body, the general analytical method was proposed to calculate the passive rigid retaining wall pressure based on Coulomb theory. The analytical results show that the resultant forces of the passive earth pressure are equal to those of Coulomb's theory, but the distribution of the passive pressure and the position of the resultant force depend on the passive displacement mode parameter, and the former is a parabolic function of the soil depth. The analytical results are also in good agreement with the experimental ones.展开更多

In the CC-CV charge mode,the charger IC provides a constant charging current at the beginning, and then the charging current begins to decrease before the battery voltage reaches its final value. After the battery voltage reaches its final value and remains constant,the charging current is further reduced. This approach prevents charging the battery with full current near its saturated voltage,which can cause heating. The novel design of the core of the charger IC realizes the proposed CC-CV charge mode. The chip was implemented in a CSMC 0.6μm CMOS mixed signal process. The results show that the dynamic tensile strength of disc rock specimen is approximately five times its static tensile strength. The failure modes of ring specimens are related to the dimension of the internal hole and loading rate. Under static loading tests, when the ratio of internal radius to external radius of the rock ring is small enough (ρ〈0.3), specimens mostly split along the diametral loading line. With the increase of the ratio, the secondary cracks are formed in the direction perpendicular to the loading line. Under dynamic loading tests, specimens usually break up into four pieces. When the ratio ρreaches 0.5, the secondary cracks are formed near the input bar. The tensile strength calculated by Hobbs’ formula is greater than the Brazilian splitting strength. The peak load and the radius ratio show a negative exponential relationship under static test. Using ring specimen to determine tensile strength of rock material is more like a test indicator rather than the material properties.展开更多

Numerical results show good agreements with the experimental measurements.
