模块化模拟教学法在肩关节镜手术培训中的运用 被引量:2

目的探讨模块化模拟教学法在运动医学肩关节镜手术培训中的运用效果。方法选择2019年9月—2021年5月在滨州医学院烟台附属医院进行运动医学肩关节镜手术培训的64名进修医师作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(32名)和模块化组(32名)。对照组... 目的探讨模块化模拟教学法在运动医学肩关节镜手术培训中的运用效果。方法选择2019年9月—2021年5月在滨州医学院烟台附属医院进行运动医学肩关节镜手术培训的64名进修医师作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(32名)和模块化组(32名)。对照组常规采用关节镜模拟操作训练箱进行培训,模块化组在对照组基础上应用模块化模拟教学法进行培训,对比两组培训效果。结果模块化组肩关节手术操作水平优良率(90.63%,29/32)和合格率(100%,32/32)均显著高于对照组(75.00%,24/32;87.50%,28/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模块化组理论知识考核解剖学知识、肩关节镜康复知识、肩关节镜背景知识、诊疗作用、肩关节镜组成、基本操作技术、适应证和禁忌证评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模块化组操作技能抓持传递、缝合打结、肩关节不稳模拟训练、肩袖损伤模拟训练、肩峰下减压模拟训练、肩峰成形模拟训练考核评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模块化组理论考核、操作技能考核评分及总分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论模块化模拟教学法可有效提升进修医师理论与技能学习效果,可有效提升其肩关节镜手术操作技能,应用价值较高。 展开更多

过渡流区气动问题的数值模拟一直是空气动力学领域的难点。首先介绍了在已有N-S解算器和DSMC方法研究基础上,采用MPC耦合技术建立N-S/DSMC耦合算法,把DSMC方法和N-S方法的应用范围拓展到近连续过渡流区。然后详述了基于国家超级计算无... 过渡流区气动问题的数值模拟一直是空气动力学领域的难点。首先介绍了在已有N-S解算器和DSMC方法研究基础上,采用MPC耦合技术建立N-S/DSMC耦合算法,把DSMC方法和N-S方法的应用范围拓展到近连续过渡流区。然后详述了基于国家超级计算无锡中心的国产十亿亿次超级计算机开展的耦合算法多级并行优化技术,并首次实现了耦合算法的众核并行。测试表明,本文的进程级优化技术取得了超线性加速比;众核级优化受制于原算法特点和系统特点没有取得预期效果,但进行了探讨和分析,为N-S/DSMC耦合算法的众核并行提供了研究和分析依据,为过渡流区高超声速气动特性数值模拟研究提供了有效的途径。 展开更多

Object-oriented Modular Model Library for Distillation

For modeling and simulation of distillation process, there are lots of special purpose simulators along with their model libraries, such as Aspen Plus and HYSYS. However, the models in these tools lack of flexibility and are not open to the end-user. Models developed in one tool can not be conveniently used in others because of the barriers among these simulators. In order to solve those problems, a flexible and extensible distillation system model library is constructed in this study, based on the Modelica and Modelica-supported platform MWorks, by the object-oriented technology and level progressive modeling strategy. It supports the reuse of knowledge on different granularities: physical phenomenon, unit model and system model. It is also an interface-friendly, accurate, fast PC-based and easily reusable simulation tool, which enables end-user to customize and extend the framework to add new functionality or adapt the simulation behavior as required. It also allows new models to be composed programmatically or graphically to form more complex models by invoking the existing components. A conventional air distillation column model is built and calculated using the library, and the results agree well with that simulated in Anen Plus. 展开更多

Impact of Simulated Grazing on the Recovery, Production and Modular Dynamic of the White Wormwood Artemisia herba-alba Asso.

One of the species candidates to rehabilitate arid rangelands of Morocco is Artemisia herba-alba Asso. (white Wormwood). Unfortunately, overgrazing is by far the most important factor causing the reduction of cover and disappearance of this plant. In order to assess the effect of season and grazing on the recovery ofA. herba-alba Asso., plants of similar size were collected from Gourrama region and transplanted in the Experimental Station of Errachidia. These plants were submitted to different clipping heights (Cl = 8 cm, C2 = 15 cm, C3 = 25 cm) during two growing periods: autumn (stage of seed filling) and spring (before the starting of flowering). Mean results show highly significant (P 〈 0.01) differences between the three treatments during the two periods. The increase of the plant volume clipped influences the performances of production and regrowth, the study has shown that the cutting level C 1 affect negatively the Artemisia performances, in fact 60% of plants cut at this height have died after the second clipping against 25% for C2 and 4.2% for C3. The parameters of growth and modular dynamic of branches are also affected by the cutting height C 1. The phytomass produced after the first cutting results in highly significant differences (P 〈 0.0 l) between the three cutting heights. Finally, the study demonstrated that for better regrowth, the taller height C3 is the most convenient for white Wormwood during the two periods, but the cutting height C2 can also be adopted for the autumn period. 展开更多
