The welding fixtures are the most important devices for an auto body welding assembly line. The current special fixtures used by many automotive manufactures are only fit for one or several specific welding processes,...The welding fixtures are the most important devices for an auto body welding assembly line. The current special fixtures used by many automotive manufactures are only fit for one or several specific welding processes, and the dimensional problem in the circle due to several variation sources accumulation has no adjustment. The active error compensating welding fixture system for auto body is designed and manufactured. The detecting model, coordinate transformation model, and adjusting model based on auto body coordinate system are presented. The dowel pin modular design is adopted in the structure of the fixture to suit different workpieces with some similar characteristics. The online detection and adaptive control system using eddy current sensors and adaptive adjusting devices is analyzed. Three kinds of the left rear wheel covers SGM60 are selected to test workpieces of the developed system, and the active error compensating experiments are performed in the lab for many times. Test results show the validity of mechanism reconfigurations, on-line detections and error compensations of the developed welding fixture.展开更多

In this paper, the promotion of e-commerce in the information age is reviewed by the authors, the unique characteristics of e-commerce functional modules are analyzed, and also the most important point of the design of e-commerce automatic operation module is discussed. As the ITER （international thermonuclear experiment reactor ） project is being carried out further, original parties （ EU, JA, RF ） of ITER had accomplished their ITER TBM （ test blanket module ） design in 2001....As the ITER （international thermonuclear experiment reactor ） project is being carried out further, original parties （ EU, JA, RF ） of ITER had accomplished their ITER TBM （ test blanket module ） design in 2001. China joined the negotiation of 1TER project and planed to develop own TBM modules in 2003. A preliminary design description document （ DDD ） for the CH HCSB （ chinese helium-cooled solid breeder ） TBM module design had been completed at SWIP in 2004. A modified structure design based on the 2004 version had been carried out subsequently. Main modification of structure design is that the sub-module design is adopted instead of the previous integrative module design. The modified design enforces the reliability and the flexibility of TBM module structure. The integral TBM module consists of 9 sub-modules. The thermo-hydraulic analysis for sub-module is very important, because the sub-module as a relative independent module has the most basic function of the test blanket module, such as depositing heat, producing tritium, etc.展开更多

This paper in...The establishment of Business English (abbreviated as BE hereafter) as an independent discipline for undergraduate education appeals to the higher professionalism of BE teachers' knowledge structure. This paper introduces the results of a study that, by in-depth semi-structured interviews, investigated the knowledge structure of 18 teachers across three different BE course modules. Data are analyzed based on grounded theory. Eleven knowledge types required of a qualified BE teacher across three different structures (i.e., three BE course modules) are identified. The construction of BE teachers' knowledge structures differs in the three BE course modules. The findings are a meaningful supplement to the theoretical analysis of the “should-be” description of BE teachers’ knowledge structure and can improve the understanding of the constituents of BE teachers' knowledge structures at a micro-level, which should, in turn, provide references for different module teachers' development.展开更多
