In this paper,using the input-output model,the author first calculated the CO 2 emissions embodied in exports of China in 2002 and 2007.Then,the author empirically analyzed problems existing in the composition of expo...In this paper,using the input-output model,the author first calculated the CO 2 emissions embodied in exports of China in 2002 and 2007.Then,the author empirically analyzed problems existing in the composition of exported products and analyzed its possible reasons.The research results of this paper are as follows:Since China's entry into WTO,the CO 2 emissions embodied in exports of China have been increasing rapidly;the value of exported products of high-carbon emissions industries accounts for a relatively higher proportion to China's total exports value because China's carbon intensive products have a certain competitive advantage.Additionally,this paper has put forward relevant suggestions based on these results.展开更多

Therefore, how to design the corresponding algorithms to efficiently deliver content and inertest over them becomes an important issue. In this paper, based on the analysis of content distribution, status of content store, and pending interest, we propose a novel caching algorithm with which the resources of content store and pending interest table can be efficiently used. Starting from the early exploration and the scientific definition of the creativity of the talents, this article summarizes the research achievements of the creativity of talents in China from three aspects of the determination of the nature and the research of the structural model, the research of the relationship between creativity and other factors, and the development and research of the cross cultural creativity. And from the perspective of the theory and the practice, the author puts forward the ways to cultivate the creativity of the talents from the five dimensions of optimizing the development of the brain functions, improving the abilities of the thinking, judgment and control, debugging the emotional stability and the creative personality, striving to improve the teachers' creativity, and drawing lessons from the practical experience of training innovative talents in western countries.展开更多
The scheduling utility plays a fundamental role in addressing the commuting travel behaviours. A new scheduling utility,termed as DMRD-SU, was suggested based on some recent research findings in behavioural economics....The scheduling utility plays a fundamental role in addressing the commuting travel behaviours. A new scheduling utility,termed as DMRD-SU, was suggested based on some recent research findings in behavioural economics. DMRD-SU admitted the existence of positive arrival-caused utility. In addition, besides the travel-time-caused utility and arrival-caused utility, DMRD-SU firstly took the departure utility into account. The necessity of the departure utility in trip scheduling was analyzed comprehensively,and the corresponding individual trip scheduling model was presented. Based on a simple network, an analytical example was executed to characterize DMRD-SU. It can be found from the analytical example that: 1) DMRD-SU can predict the accumulation departure behaviors at NDT, which explains the formation of daily serious short-peak-hours in reality, while MRD-SU cannot; 2)Compared with MRD-SU, DMRD-SU predicts that people tend to depart later and its gross utility also decreases faster. Therefore,the departure utility should be considered to describe the traveler's scheduling behaviors better.展开更多
