结合分离变量法和薄膜光学理论推导了一维矩形受限光量子阱的传输矩阵,并分析了一维矩形受限光量子阱结构的传输特性。计算结果表明:相对于非受限光量子阱结构来说,受限光量子阱的带隙和束缚态向高频方向移动,且束缚态的数目也与阱光子... 结合分离变量法和薄膜光学理论推导了一维矩形受限光量子阱的传输矩阵,并分析了一维矩形受限光量子阱结构的传输特性。计算结果表明:相对于非受限光量子阱结构来说,受限光量子阱的带隙和束缚态向高频方向移动,且束缚态的数目也与阱光子晶体的周期数相同。束缚态的频率随模式量子数的增加而线性增加,随矩形边长参量的增加而呈Lorentz函数关系减小,这些都是一维矩形受限光量子阱所具有的新特征。 展开更多

The nested Bethe ansatz (BA) method is applied to find the eigenvalues and the eigenvectors of the transfer matrix for spin-ladder model with open boundary conditions. Based on the reflection equation, we find the general diagonal solution, which determines the generalboundary interaction in the Hamiltonian. We introduce the spin-ladder model with open boundary conditions. By finding the solution K± of the reflection equation which determines the nontrivial boundary terms in the Hamiltonian, we diagonalize the transfer matrix of the spin-ladder model with open boundary conditions in the framework of nested BA. 展开更多

The prediction of the particle number concentration and liquid/ice water content of cloud is significant for many aspects of atmospheric science.However,given the uncertainties in the initial and boundary conditions and imperfections of microphysical schemes,the accurate prediction of these microphysical properties of cloud is still a big challenge.The ensemble approach may be a viable way to reduce forecast uncertainties.In this paper,a large-scale stratiform cloud precipitation process is studied by comparing results of a 10-member ensemble forecast model with aircraft observation data.By means of the ensemble average,the prediction of bulk parameters such as liquid water content and ice water content can be improved in comparison with the control member,but the particle number concentrations are still one to two orders of magnitude less than those from observations.Intercomparison of raindrop size spectra reveals a big distinction between observations and predictions for particles with a diameter less than 1000μm. 展开更多
