遥操作焊接机器人辐射防护研究

机器人遥操作技术可以充分发挥机器人的执行能力,其稳定性好,然而,人机交互过程复杂,需要远端传感信息的及时反馈,才能实现机器人遥操作技术的很好完成。本文通过对伺服电机、立体视觉显示系统、激光测距传感器、激光跟踪传感器、AGV车... 机器人遥操作技术可以充分发挥机器人的执行能力,其稳定性好,然而,人机交互过程复杂,需要远端传感信息的及时反馈,才能实现机器人遥操作技术的很好完成。本文通过对伺服电机、立体视觉显示系统、激光测距传感器、激光跟踪传感器、AGV车、激光雷达、角磨机、电主轴、电磁阀9项装置进行辐射环境下传感测试,并对设备的辐射防护性能进行了试验验证。研究发现,在10mSv/h的辐射环境下,无需辐射防护也可完成预期功能;立体视觉显示系统、AGV车具备一定的抗辐射能力,制造遥操作修复设备时建议进行辐射防护后使用;激光跟踪传感器不具备抗辐射能力,辐射环境对该部件影响极大,使用时必须搭配辐射防护装置;以延长部件使用寿命1倍为目标,对视觉传感系统进行了辐射防护系统设计,通过理论分析完成了辐射防护材料选择和厚度选择;通过钴60源模拟现场实际环境,对设备耐辐射能力进行了实验验证,验证结果与理论预测一致,辐射防护可靠有效。 展开更多

Microwave Induced Plasma Source for Analytical Applications: Experimental and Simulation Study

In this work, experiment investigations and simulation studies of a waveguide-based microwave plasma source operated at 2.45 GHz in atmospheric pressure helium gas are presented. The plasma source has been designed in conjunction with a gas spectrograph as a speciation analysis tool. Emitted He spectra are observed for gas flow rates between (0.2-1) L/min and microwave power in the range (15-150) W. The results obtained demonstrate maximum excitation temperature of about 3800 K and gas temperature of about 2000 K. Mixtures containing small amounts of mercury atoms are considered and the resonant emission of Hg atoms at 253.56 nm is detected. The spectroscopic measurements are completed with a collisional radiative model delivering the electron density and temperature, the amplitude of the electric microwave field, and the population of the excited atomic states for a given absorbed power and gas temperature, The electromagnetic field distribution in the plasma source is obtained by solving Maxwell's equations. Electric field strength of several 10^5 V/m is obtained that agrees well with the results of the collisional radiative model. The calculated and measured line intensity ratios of He spectral lines agree within 300/0-40%. 展开更多

基于通用分裂窗算法和Landsat-8数据开展地表温度(Land Surface Temperature,LST)反演研究。首先,使用MODTRAN和SeeBor V5数据库开展辐射传输模拟,建立LST与Landsat-8热红外传感器(Thermal InfraRed Sensor,TIRS)第10(10.9μm)和11波段(... 基于通用分裂窗算法和Landsat-8数据开展地表温度(Land Surface Temperature,LST)反演研究。首先,使用MODTRAN和SeeBor V5数据库开展辐射传输模拟,建立LST与Landsat-8热红外传感器(Thermal InfraRed Sensor,TIRS)第10(10.9μm)和11波段(12.0μm)观测亮温、地表比辐射率(Land Surface Emissivities,LSEs)、观测角度和总可降水量(Total Precipitable Water,TPW)之间的关系。其次,对模拟数据进行分组,用多元线性回归求解算法系数,并进行敏感性分析。然后,从经过交叉辐射定标的晴空Landsat-8数据反演得到LST,其中LSEs从Landsat-8陆地成像仪(Operational Land Imager,OLI)数据估算,TPW从欧洲中尺度天气预报中心再分析数据提取。最后,用Terra卫星中分辨率成像光谱仪的LST/比辐射率产品(MOD11_L2 V5)对反演结果进行验证。该算法能够较精确地从Landsat-8数据反演LST,主要误差源自LSEs和TPW的不确定性,对LSEs和TPW纠正前后的误差分别为-0.64±0.81K和0.10±0.68K。 展开更多

The Atmospheric Ultraviolet Radiance Integrated Code (AURIC) is a software package developed by Computa- tional Physics, Inc. (CPI) under the sponsorship of the Air Force Phillips Laboratory/Geophysics Directorate (PL/GP) (cur- rently the Air Force Research Laboratory) for middle and upper atmospheric radiance modeling from the far ultraviolet to the near infrared. The AURIC has been considered as a general model for the radiative transfer simulation of airglow. Based on the theory of MODerate resolution atmospheric TRANsmission (MODTRAN), the AURIC extends calculation to altitudes above 100 km and the wavelength down to 80 nm. A package of AURIC vl.2 was released in 2002, which can be used for sin- gle-point simulation from 1947 to 1999. It means that the model is not suitable for atmospheric simulation of large datasets or for atmospheric parameters retrieval from amount of satellite measurements. In this paper, AURIC vl.2 is upgraded to AURIC-2012 based on MATLAB with improvements for modules of the Geomagnetic Parameter (GEOPARM), Atmosphere neutral composition (ATOMS), and Ionospheric electron density (IONOS). The improved AURIC can be used for global au- tomatic airglow simulation and also for automatic retrieval of atmospheric compositions from satellite global observations, such as O/N2 and electron density etc. Besides, the model supplies possibilities for further improvement of airglow radiative mechanism and for substitution of other modules. Based on the AURIC-2012, Limb Column Emission Intensity (L-CEI) and Volume Emission Rate (VER) are calculated. For validation, the results were compared with measurements of the Global Ul- traviolet Imager (GUVI) and TIMED Doppler Interferometer (TIDI), respectively. The averaged relative errors of L-CEI and VER at peak altitude are both within 20%. Finally, L-CEI varying with latitude, altitude, solar activity, and geomagnetic activ- ity is simulated, and the distribution characteristics of the simulation and their influencing factors are analyzed subsequently. 展开更多
