Methods Rats or rabbits wererandomly assigned to the control, the model and the pivanampeta-treated groups. The rats or rabbitsin the model group and the pivanampeta-treated group were fed with hypercholesterol diet. Thecarotids of rabbits were cut into pieces and stained with HE. The rat or rabbit serum levels of TC,LDL-CHO, HDL-CHO, IL-8, ET-1, PGI_2, TXA_2, and NO were assayed. The expressions of MCP-1 and IL-8mRNA on rabbit carotid were determined by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. Results Pivanampeta exerted aninhibitory effect on TXA_2 formation without PGI_2 production in the early and later stages ofatherosclerosis. The significantly increased release of NO and the decreased release of IL-8 in theanimals in pivanampeta-treated group were both detected in the rat atherosclerosis model. In therabbit atherosclerosis model the expressions of IL-8 and MCP-1 mRNA in pivanampeta-treated groupwere decreased significantly. However, the treatment with pivanampeta had no effect on the levels ofplasma cholesterol, MDA and SOD. Conclusion The increase of serum NO contents and the decrease ofplasma TXA_2 level, as well as its inhibition of expression of IL-8 and MCP-1 are probably involvedin the mechanisms underlying the anti-atherosclerotic effects of pivanampeta.展开更多
Luffing mechanism is a key component of the construction machinery.This paper proposes a two degree of freedom(2-DOF)luffing mechanism,which has one more pair of driving cylinders than the single DOF luffing mechanism...Luffing mechanism is a key component of the construction machinery.This paper proposes a two degree of freedom(2-DOF)luffing mechanism,which has one more pair of driving cylinders than the single DOF luffing mechanism,to improve the performance of the machinery.To establish the dynamic model of the 2-DOF luffing mechanism,firstly,we develop a hierarchical method to deduce the Jacobian matrix and Hessian matrix for obtaining the kinematics equations.Subsequently,we divide the luffing mechanism into six bodies considering actuators,and deduce the kinetic equations of each body by the Newton-Euler method.Based on the dynamic model,we simulate the luffing process.Finally,a prototype is built on a pile driver to validate the model.Simulations and experiments show that the dynamic model can reflect the dynamic properties of the proposed luffing mechanism.And the control strategy that the front cylinders retract first shows better mechanical behavior than the other two control strategies.This research provides a reference for the design and application of 2-DOF luffing mechanism on construction machinery.The modeling approach can also be applied to similar mechanism with serial closed kinematic chains,which allows to calculate the dynamic parameters easily and exactly.展开更多

Firstly, according to the studying on the geometric structure of warp-knitted loops, Goktepe's 3D solid yarn model is developed, and the dimensions of the warp-knitted loops are obtained; then 3D models of stitch defined by eleven given points and in-lay defined by five given points are built with the method of Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline (NURBS) curves and surfaces. Secondly, according to the chain notations of warp-knitted structures, the loop's shape can be decided, and with the 3D models the loops can be connected freely and smoothly in some special warp-knitted structures, such as miss-lapping and two- course in-lay. At last, with the tools of Visual C ++ and OpenGL, computer 3D simulation of two-bar warp-knitted fabrics is successfully realized, taking the factor of fabric light and materials into 3D structural model.展开更多

Three models of constraint strategies include non-constraint model,elevating constraint model and lowering constraint model,which is designed to meet the leveling requirements in full working extent. Through the hydro-mechatronic unified modeling,a virtual prototype model is set up based on the auto-leveling mechanism,and leveling performances of the platform are studied during booms elevating to the maximum working height and extent. Simulation results show that the control method of booms-constraint can realize auto-leveling of the platform under two typical working conditions,meanwhile a leveling deviation appears at the constrained point,but the platform inclination is adjusted in the permissible range. The control method does not only restrict booms' freedom elevating to a certain extent,but also impacts the booms extending to the maximum working range. Experimental results verify that the auto-leveling mechanism based on booms-constraint control is valid and rational,which provides an effective technology approach for development of the platform leveling of MAV.展开更多
To evaluate the operator health risk exposed to whole-body vibration(WBV) while the electric-shovel loads the ore on the truck body, the semi-truck mathematical model and 3-D virtual prototype were built to simulate t...To evaluate the operator health risk exposed to whole-body vibration(WBV) while the electric-shovel loads the ore on the truck body, the semi-truck mathematical model and 3-D virtual prototype were built to simulate the high shockwave of truck cab under the shovel loading. Discrete element method was utilized to accurately estimate the impacting force on the truck body. Based on the ISO 2631-5 criteria, the Sed is about 0.56 MPa in both models, which means that the dump operators have a high probability of adverse health effects over long-term exposure to these vibrations. The 4-DOF operator model was built to investigate the biodynamic response of seated-human body exposed to WBV in terms of the transmission of vibrations through the body. The results show that the response peak is in the frequency range of 4-6 Hz corresponding to the primary body resonant frequency.展开更多

Antarctica plays a key role in global energy balance and sea level change.It has been conventionally viewed as a whole ice body with high albedo in General Circulation Models or Regional Climate Models and the differe...Antarctica plays a key role in global energy balance and sea level change.It has been conventionally viewed as a whole ice body with high albedo in General Circulation Models or Regional Climate Models and the differences of land cover has usually been overlooked.Land cover in Antarctica is one of the most important drivers of changes in the Earth system.Detailed land cover information over the Antarctic region is necessary as spatial resolution improves in land process models.However,there is a lack of complete Antarctic land cover dataset derived from a consistent data source.To fill this data gap,we have produced a database named Antarctic Land Cover Database for the Year 2000(AntarcticaLC2000) using Landsat Enhanced Thematic Mapper Plus(ETM+) data acquired around 2000 and Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectrometer(MODIS) images acquired in the austral summer of 2003/2004 according to the criteria for the 1:100000-scale.Three land cover types were included in this map,separately,ice-free rocks,blue ice,and snow/firn.This classification legend was determined based on a review of the land cover systems in Antarctica(LCCSA) and an analysis of different land surface types and the potential of satellite data.Image classification was conducted through a combined usage of computer-aided and manual interpretation methods.A total of 4067 validation sample units were collected through visual interpretation in a stratified random sampling manner.An overall accuracy of 92.3%and the Kappa coefficient of 0.836 were achieved.Results show that the areas and percentages of ice-free rocks,blue ice,and snow/firn are 73268.81 km2(0.537%),225937.26 km2(1.656%),and 13345460.41 km2(97.807%),respectively.The comparisons with other different data proved a higher accuracy of our product and a more advantageous data quality.These indicate that AntarcticaLC2000,the new land cover dataset for Antarctica entirely derived from satellite data,is a reliable product for a broad spectrum of applications.展开更多

文摘The idea of millimeter-wave (MMW) radiometer virtual prototyping is discussed in this paper. Designing environment, designing method and the main modeling components of virtual MMW radiometer are researched. Important external parameters, which have significant influence to composing system, are used to components modeling, and then components are taken to buildup virtual MMW radiometer system. Moreover, the effect to output is contrasted whether there is a low-noise amplifier or not.

文摘A method of B-spline transform for signal feature extraction is developed. With the B-spline, the log-signal space is mapped into the vector space. An efficient algorithm based on Support Vector Machine (SVM ) to automatically identify the water-flooded status of oil-saturated stratum is described. The experiments show that this algorithm can improve the performances for the identification and the generalization in the case of a limited set of samples.

文摘As multistage gear transmission systems are complex and precise, the flexibility of shaft can influence the dynamic response of system. In order to study dynamic response of the system, we build the rigid model of gear system and the finite element model of the gear shaft. virtual prototype technology, and a contrast between rigid The rigid-flex coupling model is established with the model and rigid-flex coupling model is constructed. With these methods, the dynamic responses with different rotation speeds and different loading magnitudes are examined. We also analyze the influence of shaft flexibility, rotation speeds and loading magnitudes on the vibration characteristics of gear transmission systems.

文摘Antarctica plays a key role in global energy balance and sea level change.It has been conventionally viewed as a whole ice body with high albedo in General Circulation Models or Regional Climate Models and the differences of land cover has usually been overlooked.Land cover in Antarctica is one of the most important drivers of changes in the Earth system.Detailed land cover information over the Antarctic region is necessary as spatial resolution improves in land process models.However,there is a lack of complete Antarctic land cover dataset derived from a consistent data source.To fill this data gap,we have produced a database named Antarctic Land Cover Database for the Year 2000(AntarcticaLC2000) using Landsat Enhanced Thematic Mapper Plus(ETM+) data acquired around 2000 and Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectrometer(MODIS) images acquired in the austral summer of 2003/2004 according to the criteria for the 1:100000-scale.Three land cover types were included in this map,separately,ice-free rocks,blue ice,and snow/firn.This classification legend was determined based on a review of the land cover systems in Antarctica(LCCSA) and an analysis of different land surface types and the potential of satellite data.Image classification was conducted through a combined usage of computer-aided and manual interpretation methods.A total of 4067 validation sample units were collected through visual interpretation in a stratified random sampling manner.An overall accuracy of 92.3%and the Kappa coefficient of 0.836 were achieved.Results show that the areas and percentages of ice-free rocks,blue ice,and snow/firn are 73268.81 km2(0.537%),225937.26 km2(1.656%),and 13345460.41 km2(97.807%),respectively.The comparisons with other different data proved a higher accuracy of our product and a more advantageous data quality.These indicate that AntarcticaLC2000,the new land cover dataset for Antarctica entirely derived from satellite data,is a reliable product for a broad spectrum of applications.
