对高维数据进行建模是Takagi-Sugeno(T-S)模糊系统建模面临的一个重大挑战。为此,该文提出一种特征选择与组稀疏编码相结合的模糊系统建模新方法 WOMP-GS-FIS。首先,运用一种新型的加权正交匹配追踪算法对原始样本进行特征选择,在此基... 对高维数据进行建模是Takagi-Sugeno(T-S)模糊系统建模面临的一个重大挑战。为此,该文提出一种特征选择与组稀疏编码相结合的模糊系统建模新方法 WOMP-GS-FIS。首先,运用一种新型的加权正交匹配追踪算法对原始样本进行特征选择,在此基础上提取出模糊规则前件并产生模糊系统字典;然后,基于组稀疏正则化构造关于后件参数的组稀疏优化问题,在优化问题求解的同时得到重要的模糊规则。实验结果表明,在保证模型泛化性能的前提下,该方法不仅能对所获得的模糊规则结构进行精简还可以进一步减少模糊规则数,进而解决高维数据环境下模糊规则可解释性差的问题。 展开更多

传统Takagi-Sugeno(T-S)模糊系统模型因模糊规则使用样本全部特征,导致模型的可解释性较差,冗余特征的存在还会导致模型的过拟合,降低模型的泛化性能。针对该问题,提出了一种模糊系统联合稀疏建模新方法L2-CFS-FIS(L2-common feature se... 传统Takagi-Sugeno(T-S)模糊系统模型因模糊规则使用样本全部特征,导致模型的可解释性较差,冗余特征的存在还会导致模型的过拟合,降低模型的泛化性能。针对该问题,提出了一种模糊系统联合稀疏建模新方法L2-CFS-FIS(L2-common feature selection fuzzy inference systems),从而提高模型的泛化性能和可解释性。该方法充分考虑存在于模糊规则间的公共特征信息,同时引入模型过拟合处理机制,将模糊系统建模问题转化为一个基于双正则的联合优化问题,并使用交替方向乘子(alternating direction method of multipliers,ADMM)算法来进行求解。实验结果表明,该方法所构造的模糊系统不仅能够获得较为满意的泛化性能,而且通过有效地挖掘规则间重要的公共特征,可以确保模型具有较高的可解释性。 展开更多

Due to the existence o... The servo system actuated by oscillating pneumatic cylinder for X-Y plate is a multi-variable nonlinear control system. Its mathematical model is established, and nonlinear factors are analyzed. Due to the existence of deadlock zone and the small damp of the pneumatic oscillating cylinder, it is likely to result in overshoot, and there is also certain steady-state error, so online modifying of proportion-integration-differentiation (PID) parameters is needed so as to achieve better control performance. Meanwhile considering the stability demand for long-term run, a fuzzy adaptive PID controller is designed. The result of hardware-inloop (HIL) test and real-time control experiment shows that the adaptive PID controller has desirable serfadaptability and robustness to external disturbance and to change of system parameters, and its control per- fonnance is better than that of traditional PID controllers. 展开更多

The attitude adjustment of rope system faces the challenging due to the difficulty in obtaining accurate three-dimensional(3D)mathematical model and solving by traditional methods.A set of adjustment systems is designed and used to investigate the automatic control for level or preset attitude adjustment of unknown weights and eccentric loads.The system principle and characteristics are analyzed.The 3D model is decomposed into two two-dimensional(2D)subsystems,and an adaptive fuzzy controller based on BP neural network and least squares(LSE)is designed.The simulation experiment uses MATLAB to train the level-adjustment data for testing algorithm,and a small load is used to verify the effectiveness of the system.The experimental results show that precise attitude adjustment can be achieved within the system load range,and the response speed is fast.This adjustment method provides a fast and effective method for precise adjustment of the load attitude. 展开更多

Modeling and controlling wind energy systems are difficult and challenging problems. The basic structure of wind turbines and some wind control system methods are briefly reviewed. The need for using advanced theories from fuzzy and intelligent systems in studying wind energy systems is identified and justified. FCMs (fuzzy cognitive maps) are used to model wind energy systems. Simulation studies are performed and obtained results are discussed. A new mathematical approach has been proposed to model dynamical complex systems, the DYFUKN (dynamic fuzzy knowledge networks).
