在辐射电磁场中,在对矢势A采取库仑规范,并且在A中只取振幅正比于1/r的项的条件下,矢势A的横向分量A_s就等于A中的横场分量A_t.根据这个判断,提出一个与通常应用的电磁辐射计算方法等价的电磁辐射计算方法。

This paper describes the drift-diffusion theory of the bipolar field-effect transistor (BiFET) with two identical and connected metal-oxide-silicon-gates (MOS-gates) on a thin-pure-base. Analytical solution is obtained by partitioning the two-dimensional transistor into two one-dimensional problems coupled by the parametric sur- face-electric-potential. Total and component output and transfer currents and conductances versus D. C. voltages from the drift-diffusion theory, and their deviations from the electrochemical (quasi-Fermi) potential-gradient theory,are presented over practical ranges of thicknesses of the silicon base and gate oxide. A substantial contri- bution from the longitudinal gradient of the square of the transverse electric field is shown. 展开更多

The present calculation covers the range of impact energy from 10 to 3000 eV. The results are compared with experimental data and other theories where available. In this paper, a simplified model of the bistable piezoelectric cantilever beam with magnets is established, and the potential energy of the bistable system is analyzed. We have proposed the bistable L-shaped beam structure, which has the same geometry dimensions of the bistable straight beam in the first time. The comparative study on power generations and dynamic responses of the bistable straight beam and the bistable L-shaped beam plays an important role in exploring excellent piezoelectric generator.The experiment structure includes the base layer and the piezoelectric layer. The harmonic excitation is given to the system.Theoretical analysis results show that the potential energy function of the system has two obvious steady potential wells. In addition, the depth of the upper potential well is different from that of the lower potential well when the gravity potential energy is considered. Experimental results demonstrate that the power generation for the straight beam is better than that of the horizontally placed L-shaped beam when the excitation amplitude is 450 m V. There is the existence that the energy harvesting capacity of the bistable L-shaped beam is better than that of the bistable straight beam when the excitation amplitude is 400 m V.Furthermore, the power generation of the bistable L-shaped beam with the upper potential well is obviously better than that of the bistable L-shaped beam with the lower potential well. In addition, comparing with the straight beam, the dynamic response of the bistable L-shaped beam is more complex when the external excitation frequency is changed. It is also observed that the distance between the magnets has the obvious influence on the dynamic response of the bistable system. It is very effective to select the appropriate distance between the magnets to improve the power generation of the bistable energy harvester under the fixed excitation conditions. 展开更多

Pile-anchor retaining structure is widely used in foundation pit engineering and side slope engineering in many countries. In contrast to strut, pile-anchor retaining structure has its typical features and advantages. It does not occupy the internal space of the foundation pit, and the project cost is much lower. Accurate prediction of the lateral displacement of the retaining structure is very important in the design stage. A simplified analysis method and several calculation assumptions of the lateral deformation of pile-anchor retaining structures are set up according to the engineering features. The expression function of lateral displacement versus depth is solved by means of a fitted function and the quasi-elastic summation method. The parameters are obtained through the stiffness equation of the anchors and the principle of minimum potential energy. The analytical evaluation of the lateral deformation curve is then completed, whose applicability is proved through practical engineering. 展开更多
