香港特区享有的是单一制国家结构下的高度自治权

香港特区享有的高度自治权,比中国的民族自治地方的自治权要大,比联邦制国家的成员国的某些权力也要大,但这种高度自治权的性质是单一制国家结构下的地方自治权。香港特区和其它省、直辖市的法律地位一样,都是中国的地方行政区域。香港社会少数人鼓吹香港拥有所谓的"民族自决权""次主权""固有权力""剩余权力"等,是有意或无意地不承认中华人民共和国的国家结构实行的是单一制,是有意或无意地把香港特区视为联邦制成员单位、独立或半独立政治实体。

The Impact of External Actors on the Communist Regime in Albania

During the Second World War, the Albanian communist leadership strengthened its political power by establishing close ties with the communist leadership of the Communist Party of Yugoslavia that was also the godfather in the creation of the Albanian Communist Party on November 8, 1941. The article will argue that the relationship of the Albanian Communist Party with other communist parties including the Yugoslav one and the management of the internal member＇s relations was motivated by the quest for power rather than the ideological motives. Hoxha was largely responsible for Albania＇s virtual isolation from the world. Little interest, understanding combined with negligence of the Western comprehension of the grip of Stalinism in Albania left the country to adhere Stalinism until the end of Communism in the 1990s.

资本主义经济民主的困境与出路:危机后的思考

美国次贷危机、欧洲主权债务危机以及由此引发的波及世界的长期经济萧条,使经济民主遭到打击,可以利用失业率、工资和利润份额,以及工会活动三个方面的变动对此加以说明。尽管从福特制、新福特主义、后福特主义到温特制,劳动过程的演化使劳动者的一部分从分享利润、分享权力、尊重人格三个方面获得不同程度的主权;然而,生产资料私有制原则下的劳动过程依然构成对经济民主的约束。经济民主的根本出路,唯有实现邓小平所说的消灭剥削和两极分化,才能实践生产资料的社会所有制,使劳动者享有参与生产管理的条件和永久的话语权。
