[Method] Delphi method in conjunction with AHP method was adopted to establish the multi-dimensional evaluation index system of agricultural water resources in Liaoning Province, and all the indexes in each hierarchy were ranked overall according to their weights. [Result] There were three hierarchies in this index system, totally including 21 indexes, among which water resource exploitation and utilization rate, sewage treatment rate and utilization of available water resources were the three crucial factors influencing the sustainable development. [Conclusion] This evaluation index system can reflect the true sustainable situation of the agricultural water resources in Liaoning Province.展开更多
Recent historiographic studies of cultural exchanges between Germany and Greece in the 19th and 20th centuries have tended to neglect the mutual influence of the two countries＇ intellectuals; as a result, there is in...Recent historiographic studies of cultural exchanges between Germany and Greece in the 19th and 20th centuries have tended to neglect the mutual influence of the two countries＇ intellectuals; as a result, there is insufficient appreciation of the extent to which historiography and philosophy were appropriated by the politics of the Interwar period. This article focuses on attempts by neo-Kantian philosophers to overcome the crisis of historicism, and on the impact of this crisis on Greek intellectuals＇ perceptions of historicism. The study shows that at the time historicism invoked the past to solve the problems of the present. My purpose is to show that in a time of crisis, Germany＇s pursuit of its Greekness in conformity with the Bildung tradition, and Greece＇s cultural dependence on Germany in the meaning-making of its own Greekness, shared common ground in the ideological uses of philosophy and history in the service of politics and the politics of culture. In the aftermath of WWI, German scholars raised the issue of the crisis of historicism. Neo-Kantian philosophers such as Heinrich Rickert, whose theory had a major impact on Greek intellectuals, became involved in this debate, posing the question of historical objectivity. Yet Rickert＇s philosophy of history soon fell into an impasse, leading to the rise of an idealist philosophy of history in the 1930s that committed itself anew to the dominant politics. In the 1930s, under the guise of idealism, Greek neo-Kantian intellectuals were claiming an objective historical narrative of the traumatic experience from 1922 onwards, which fit into the structure of an idealized ahistorical and mythic past, and which, as a hegemonic discourse, excluded its political enemies and propagandized the political struggle towards the fulfillment of the nation＇s historical and spiritual mission.展开更多
The objective of this paper is to provide a provable solution of the ancient Greek problem of trisecting an arbitrary angle employing only compass and straightedge （ruler）. （Pierre Laurent Wantzel, 1837） obscurely...The objective of this paper is to provide a provable solution of the ancient Greek problem of trisecting an arbitrary angle employing only compass and straightedge （ruler）. （Pierre Laurent Wantzel, 1837） obscurely presented a proof based on ideas from Galois field showing that, the solution of angle trisection corresponds to solution of the cubic equation; x3 - 3x - 1 = 0, which is geometrically irreducible [1]. The focus of this work is to show the possibility to solve the trisection of an angle by correcting some flawed methods meant for general construction of angles, and exemplify why the stated trisection impossible proof is not geometrically valid. Among these methods, the combination of Delphi ＋ Analytic Hierarchy Process incorporates ecological technologies into social and economic systems for a systematic identification, and is able to build an index system for an identification model of ecological technologies, identifying technical features, technical level and performance, and economic, social and ecological benefits. Patentometric method presents an objective perspective for identification, based on the characteristics and the internal development logic of ecological technologies. We find that the Delphi ＋ Analytic Hierarchy Process and Patentometric method are the best choices for identification of ecological technologies, because both combine the advantages of qualitative and quantitative identification.展开更多

In this book, much ink has been spilled over the cause and effects of the attempt to assassinate Adolf Hitler, but the title of the book seems out of place, considering that nowhere in the book has the author touched upon the connection, internal or external, between Secret Germany and Operation Valkyrie. Drawing on historical documents, this paper intends to dig into the spiritual inheritance passed down from Secret Germany and its founder, Stefan George, to Stauffen berg, the main operator of Operation Valkyrie, to examine the true motive behind Stauffenberg＇s self-sacrifice for the salvation of Germany and to reveal the historical significance and value of Secret Germany, which shook the soul of 20th century German intelligentsia.展开更多
