微机械陀螺仪作为检测载体角速率信息的器件,在姿态控制平台和惯性导航领域有着广泛应用。首先结合国内外发展动态及研究成果,分析了三类芯片级多轴集成微机械陀螺集成方法:三单轴陀螺正交集成法、单片单结构三轴陀螺法及单片多结构陀... 微机械陀螺仪作为检测载体角速率信息的器件,在姿态控制平台和惯性导航领域有着广泛应用。首先结合国内外发展动态及研究成果,分析了三类芯片级多轴集成微机械陀螺集成方法:三单轴陀螺正交集成法、单片单结构三轴陀螺法及单片多结构陀螺阵列法。其次,通过对当前方案的总结与分析,比较了各方案的优缺点,设计了一种频差小、抗冲击能力强的单片三轴轮环式陀螺结构。仿真实验表明该结构能承受20000 g冲击,轮结构频差为180.3 Hz,环结构频差为3 Hz。最后,分析了未来芯片级多轴集成微陀螺仪的改良方向。 展开更多

Based on the transform-domain characteristics of pilot signals,a band suppression filter is used as a transform-domain filter to restrain the interference of noise in channel estimation.The performance effect on channel estimation for an orthogonal frequency division multiplex (OFDM) system by different energy coefficients in the transform domain and the energy coefficient under the different signal-to-noise ratios (SNR) are also analyzed.A new energy coefficient expression is deduced.It is theoretically proven that dynamically selecting an energy coefficient can significantly improve the performance of channel estimation.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve better performance close to the theoretic bounds of perfect channel estimation. The algorithm is adapted to single-input single-output (SISO) OFDM and multi-input multi-output (MIMO) OFDM systems. 展开更多

A current feedback loop with a transconductor is used to improve the linearity of the quadrature modulator;An LC resonant tank is used as the load of the upconversion mixer to improve its gain and increase the voltage swing. The measurement results show that the input P1dB achieves -3.6dBm, the transducer power gain of the circuit is -3.6dB,and the current consumes about 45.8mA with a 1.8V power supply. 展开更多

The present work dealt with the preconcentration of rare earth elements in Saghand ore(Yazd province,Iran)which was achieved by Humphrey spiral using orthogonal optimization method after scrubbing the sample at 45%solid pulp density for 30 min.The pulp was diluted and was fed to a Humphrey spiral for upgrading.The process parameters considered were feed size,feed solids and feed rate,and Taguchi’s L9(34)orthogonal array(OA)was selected for optimization of the process.The results show that the feed rate and feed size were more significant than the other operation parameters of the process.It was also found that under optimal conditions,the concentrate grade of rare earth elements increased from2860 10 6to 6050 10 6and recovery reached to 58%. 展开更多

Quadrature signaling-based cooperative transmission is an efficient and simple scheme to obtain spatial diversity.However,this scheme causes date rate loss compared with direct transmission.In this work,our focus is on recovering from the data rate loss while simultaneously achieving spatial diversity.Particularly,an enhanced quadrature signaling-based cooperative scheme was designed,which can realize full-rate transmission by using the signal space diversity(SSD)technique.Then,accurate bit error rate(BER)expression for the full-rate scheme was derived over independent and non-identically distributed(INID)Rayleigh fading channels.Specifically,a closed-form BER expression is obtained,which is quite tight over the whole SNR range,and thus allows for rapid and efficient evaluation of system performance under various channel conditions.Moreover,an asymptotic approximation of the BER was derived to show that the full-rate scheme can achieve full diversity.Simulation results verify the tightness of the analysis and show that the full-rate scheme significantly outperforms the traditional quadrature signaling-based scheme by about 2 dB with the same complexity order. 展开更多

In orthogonal frequency division multiple access(OFDMA) based femtocell networks,the co-tier interference among femto base stations(FBS) becomes important in multiuser and densely deployed environment.In order to mitigate the co-tier interference and enhance the system total throughput,this paper proposed a best effort spectrum allocation scheme based on the extension of graph theory.In the scheme,a controller was proposed to collect the channel state information(CSI)of all femtocell user equipments(FUEs) in a certain range.Then,the controller evaluated the signal-to-interference Ratio(SIR) of each FUE and determined the set of its interference neighbors.By calculating the received power matrix(RPM) among FUEs and building interference graph matrix(IGM),different spectrum resource blocks(RBs) were assigned to the users with interference relation,while users without interference relation shared the same RBs,which could increase the spectrum efficiency.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can significantly improve the RB usage efficiency compared with the basic graph coloring theory,and more than 80% improvement can be acquired in dense deployment scenario.Besides,the throughput of both cell edge macro user equipments(MUEs) and cell edge FUEs is guaranteed on the premise of low interference. 展开更多

The major constraint on the performance of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) based underwater acoustic (UWA) communication is to keep subcarriers orthogonal. In this paper, Doppler estimation and the respective compensation technique along with various diversity techniques were deliberated for OFDM-based systems best suited for underwater wireless information exchange. In practice, for mobile communication, adjustment and tuning of transducers in order to get spatial diversity is extremely difficult. Considering the relatively low coherence bandwidth in UWA, the frequency diversity design with the Doppler compensation function was elaborated here. The outfield experiments of mobile underwater acoustic communication (UWAC) based on OFDM were carried out with 0.17 bit/(s-Hz) spectral efficiency. An approach combining optimal antenna subset selection with blind detection scheme for Orthogonal Space-Time Block Coding (OSTBC) is proposed in this paper. The optimal antenna sub- set selection is taken into account at transmitter and/or receiver sides, which chooses the optimal an- tennas to increase the diversity order of OSTBC and improve further its performance. In order to en- hance the robustness of the detection used in the conventional OSTBC scheme, a blind detection scheme based on Independent Component Analysis (ICA) is exploited which can directly extract transmitted signals without channel estimation. Performance analysis shows that the proposed ap- proach can achieve the full diversity and the flexibility of system design by using the antenna selec-tion and the ICA based blind detection schemes. 展开更多
