目的:评价手法复位联合运动疗法及压膜正位器对青少年急性不可复盘前移位的短期疗效。方法:选取15例张口受限(病程在4个月内),且经MRI证实颞下颌关节盘不可复性前移的患者。对患者关节周围肌肉进行按摩放松,随后进行关节盘手法复位,复位... 目的:评价手法复位联合运动疗法及压膜正位器对青少年急性不可复盘前移位的短期疗效。方法:选取15例张口受限(病程在4个月内),且经MRI证实颞下颌关节盘不可复性前移的患者。对患者关节周围肌肉进行按摩放松,随后进行关节盘手法复位,复位后2周内对患者进行下颌运动轨迹训练、关节稳定性训练和关节盘复位训练,白天自我维持下颌姿势位,夜间配戴压膜正位器,以保持良好的盘-髁关系。分别在治疗前、治疗后评价患者的最大主动开口度和疼痛视觉类比评分(visual analogue score,VAS),复位即刻、3、6个月MRI复查盘-髁关系。结果:经过2周治疗,患者开口度明显改善,疼痛明显缓解。复位即刻、3、6个月,最大开口度均>40 mm,VAS评分均小于1。复位后半年MRI结果显示,9例为正常盘-髁关系,5例为可复性关节盘前移,1例为不可复性关节盘前移。结论:关节盘手法复位联合运动治疗及压膜正位器,可以恢复急性盘前移位患者开口度,缓解疼痛,对维持正常盘-髁关系有一定疗效。 展开更多

目的比较2种不同的颌间牵引固定方法在下颌骨髁状突和下颌角骨折固定中的应用。方法针对29例颌骨骨折患者实行颌间牵引固定术,应用口腔压膜正位器和牙弓夹板固定术,检测2组患者咬合关系恢复情况和DI(软垢指数)、GI(牙龈指数)、CPITN(牙... 目的比较2种不同的颌间牵引固定方法在下颌骨髁状突和下颌角骨折固定中的应用。方法针对29例颌骨骨折患者实行颌间牵引固定术,应用口腔压膜正位器和牙弓夹板固定术,检测2组患者咬合关系恢复情况和DI(软垢指数)、GI(牙龈指数)、CPITN(牙周治疗需要指数)的比较。结果 2种方法均能成功恢复咬合关系,2组的DI、GI指数在进行颌间牵引固定后均有上升,但使用牙弓夹板患者的上升幅度显著高于使用口腔压膜正位器的患者(P<0.001)。CPITN指数显示正位器组无明显变化,牙弓夹板组上升显著(P<0.001)。结论口腔压膜正位器在选择好颌骨骨折适应证的前提下应用于临床,是一种快捷、安全、卫生、美观且效果良好的颌间牵引固定方法,为颌骨骨折治疗提供了新的途径和方法,值得临床推广。 展开更多

A differentially controlled quadrature voltage-controlled oscillator (QVCO) is employed to generate quadrature (I/Q) signals. A second-order loop filter, with a unit gain transconductance amplifier having the performance of a third-order loop filter,is exploited for low cost. The measured spot phase noise is -106.15dBc/Hz@ 1MHz. Close-in phase noise is less than -70dBc/Hz. The synthesizer consumes 13.5mA under a 3.3V voltage supply. The core size is 1.3mm×0. 8mm. 展开更多

A 1.1 - 1.2GHz CMOS high phase accuracy,low amplitude mismatch quadrature LO driver is presented,which consists of a high frequency amplifier,an integrated poly phase filter, and an I/Q phase and magnitude calibration circuit(PMCC). The proposed PMCC uses a feed-forward calibration technique. It improves the phase accuracy and reduces the amplitude mismatch with low power consumption. Simulation results show that phase error with PMCC is reduced to about one half and the amplitude mismatch is reduced to about one tenth, when compared to the LO driver without PMCC. Moreover,the calibration circuit also functions as a buffer to drive mixers, thus no additional buffer is needed in this design. The LO driver is implemented in a TSMC 0.25μm CMOS process. Experimental results show that the LO driver achieves high quadrature accuracy (〈2°) and low amplitude mismatch (0. 1%). It has about 5.25dB gain and dissipates 6mA from the 2.5V power supply. The method need calculate many kinematics equations of parallel robot such as position back solution, velocity Jacobin, position forward solution and error Jacobin. New methods presented for solving these questions are simpler and fitter for programming and calculating, because former methods are too complex to use in engineering. These questions may be solved by iterative method of numerical value which has fast velocity of calculating. These new methods may be used in other mechanism of parallel robot too, and so have wider using value. This paper presents a new approach to alleviate the harmonics and to enhance the power factor of the ASD (adjustable speed drive). A conventional ASD with 2-level PWM (pulse width modulation) inverters generate high dv/dt and high frequency common mode voltages which are harmful for the drive applications. It reduces the motor bearings life and conducted EMI (electro magnetic interference) deteriorates the insulation. In this paper, a diode clamped multilevel (3-level) inverter is used to perform dual task. It generates HF (high frequency) current to be injected at the input of the three-phase front-end rectifier thereby improving the harmonic spectra and the power factor. It also drives the induction motor. The salient feature of this paper is that it does not require separate converters for improving power factor and to drive induction motor. Furthermore, inverter switches operate with ZVS (zero voltage switching), thus reducing the switching losses substantially, The voltage stress of the switches also has been reduced to half of the conventional 2-level converter. The inverter is operated with SPWM (sinusoidal pulse width modulation) technique. The simulation results for a prototype of 2.2 kW are presented. 展开更多
