为验收某正梁斜墩铁路立交桥,分别进行了静动载试验,分析了静载试验下三个主控截面的应变状态、强度、刚度和抗裂性以及动载试验下结构的动应变、动挠度和结构抗冲击性能。结果表明该桥静力性能可靠,实际运营受力状态正常。

在国际电信联盟曾使用的信息通信技术(ICT)发展指数(IDI)基础上,提出改进的信息通信技术发展指数。通过分析2007—2020年二十国集团(G20)的19个成员国的IDI指数和ICT相关指标揭示了G20成员国在信息通信技术发展方面的特点和差异性。分... 在国际电信联盟曾使用的信息通信技术(ICT)发展指数(IDI)基础上,提出改进的信息通信技术发展指数。通过分析2007—2020年二十国集团(G20)的19个成员国的IDI指数和ICT相关指标揭示了G20成员国在信息通信技术发展方面的特点和差异性。分析发现G20成员国信息通信技术发展水平均有较大幅度的提升,国家之间的信息通信技术发展差距逐渐缩小,但增长速度和发展水平仍存在较大差异;G20成员国中韩国、日本、法国、德国和英国的信息通信技术发展水平最高,美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、沙特阿拉伯和俄罗斯的信息通信技术发展居于G20成员国的中上水平,意大利、阿根廷、中国、巴西、土耳其的发展居于中下水平,墨西哥、南非、印度尼西亚和印度的信息通信技术发展水平较低。 展开更多

Seven reinforced concrete (RC) beams with epoxy-bonded glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) sheets and two control RC beams were experimentally tested to investigate the bond behavior of the interfaces between RC beams and GFRP sheets. The variable parameters considered in test beams are the layers of GFRP sheets, the bond lengths and the reinforcement ratios. The results indicate that the flexural strength of the repaired beams is increased, but the ultimate load of beams with GFRP sheets debonding failure is reduced relatively. The bond length is the main factor that results in bonding failure of the strengthened beams. An experimental method of interfacial shear stress is proposed to analyze the distribution of shear stress according to experimental results. The analytical method of shear and normal stresses and a simple equation are proposed to predict the peeling loads. The proposed model is applied to experimental beams. The analytical results show a good agreement with the experimental results. 展开更多

为提高爆炸荷载下FRP-混凝土类梁式构件数值模拟计算效率,提出了爆炸荷载下FRP-混凝土搭接接头精细有限元数值模拟方案。总结已有的不同种类的FRP-混凝土搭接接头在不同荷载条件下的破坏模态和FRP-混凝土界面黏结性能,提出了爆炸荷载下F... 为提高爆炸荷载下FRP-混凝土类梁式构件数值模拟计算效率,提出了爆炸荷载下FRP-混凝土搭接接头精细有限元数值模拟方案。总结已有的不同种类的FRP-混凝土搭接接头在不同荷载条件下的破坏模态和FRP-混凝土界面黏结性能,提出了爆炸荷载下FRP-混凝土修正梁式弯曲搭接接头的基本构造及尺寸,即由两个长500 mm、宽100 mm、高150 mm、圆柱体抗压强度54.4 MPa的混凝土块体,并在底部铰接,在混凝土顶部黏结了一块弹性模量30 GPa、长450 mm、宽100 mm、厚3.0 mm的GFRP板。采用上述FRP-混凝土修正梁式弯曲搭接接头,在爆炸比例距离Z≥1.2 m/kg^(1/3)和爆高跨度比a≥0.5条件下,得到了FRP-混凝土界面在爆炸荷载下发生类似中部弯曲裂缝引起的界面剥离破坏模态(IC Debonding)时FRP实际应力界限范围为[180.1,583.3]MPa;提出爆炸荷载下纵向尺寸1.0 m的修正梁式弯曲搭接接头FRP-混凝土界面发生类IC Debonding的等损伤线压力-冲量(P-I)曲线和P、I同炸药当量W、爆炸距离R、爆炸比例距离Z的经验公式,用于爆炸荷载下FRP-混凝土类梁式构件的数值模拟。 展开更多

Bumper beam is one of the key structural parts,which plays an important role in the frontal crashes of automobile.With the global trend of light-weighted automotive parts,the light weight of bumper beam attracts extensive attention of automobile manufacturers,and hot stamping technology with significant weight advantage has become one of the main light weight measures for bumper beam.The quasi-static press,low speed crash and frontal crash simulation models of bumper beam were established according to its actual working conditions in the automobile crashes.The feasibility of replacing normal steel bumper beam with hot stamping bumper beam was analyzed.Meanwhile,the stiffeners in the front face of hot stamping bumper beam were optimized with topography optimization in order to further improve its performances. 展开更多

Model experimental researches of simply-supported floor and four-corners bearing floor have been done on this new kind of floor system in this paper. The experiment results show that the floor system has good mechanical property such as high bearing capacity, big rigidity and good tensility. A theoretical method is presented in this paper that the stiffening-ribbed-hollow-pipe girderless floor can be analyzed by being converted equivalently to orthotropic solid slab. It is indicated that the method is correct and reasonable according to the contrast between theoretical calculated results and experimental measured results. The changing law of internal forces during the whole deformation development process was analyzed. The process was divided into five stages based on the internal force state of the beam and the assumptions of internal force relationship of five stages were proposed. Then, the formulas for determining the midspan deflection of the steel beam under distributed load, which was restrained both in rotational and axial directions, were obtained using restraint coefficient method and rigid-plastic mechanism, thereby the deformation development process was expressed accurately in a quantified way. Priority was given to the analysis of the process from bending to tension-bending, then the final state totally depends on tension to resist the external loads, that is the problem of catenary action of the restrained beam under distributed load. Additionally, finite element analysis was carried out with soitware ABAQUS6.7 on a restrained steel beam under distributed load with different axial and rotational restraint coefficients. The accuracy of the formulas presented was verified by the results of the behavior of the restrained beams. Finally, error analysis was conducted and some formulas were corrected according to the reasons of errors. The calculated results of corrected formulas match the FEM analysis results better, thus the accuracy of these formulas is improve . 展开更多

Random behavior of concrete C45/55 XF2 used for prefabricated pre-stressed bridge beams is described on the basis of evaluating a vast set of measurements. A detailed statistical analysis is carried out on 133 test results of cylinders 150 ~ 300 mm in size. The tests have been running in laboratories of the Klokner Institute. A single worker took all specimens throughout the period, and the subsequent measurements of the static modulus of elasticity and the compressive strength of the concrete were performed. The measurements were made at the age of 28 days after specimens casting, and only one testing machine with the same capping method was used. Suitable theoretical models of division are determined on the basis of tests in good congruence, with the use of Z2 and the Bernstein criterion. A set of concrete compressive strength (carried out on 133 test results of cylinders 150 ~ 300 mm after test of static modulus of elasticity) shows relatively high skewness in this specific case. This cause that limited beta distribution is better than generally recommended theoretical distribution for strength the normal or lognormal. The modulus of elasticity is not significantly affected due to skewness because the design value is based on mean value. 展开更多

The present work consists of dynamic detection of damages in reinforced concrete bridges by using a MMUM (mathematical model updating method) from incomplete test data. A well suited finite element model of a repaired bridge is carried out. The diagnosis enables us to locate and detect the damage in a reinforced concrete bridge. Thus, developments of analytical predictions have been checked by modal testing techniques. Besides, the FTCS (finite time centered space) scheme is developed to solve the set of equations which can easily handle finite element matrices of a bridge model. It is shown in this study that the method is applied to detect damages as well as existing cracks in real time of a repaired bridge. To check the efficiency of the method, the repaired bridge of OuedOumazer in Algeria has been selected. It is proven that identification methods have been able to detect the exact location of damage areas to be corrected avoiding the inaccuracy from the finite element model for the mass, stiffness and loading. 展开更多

A timely and accurate damage identification for bridge structures is essential to prevent sudden failures/collapses and other catastrophic accidents.Based on response surface model(RSM)updating and element modal strain energy(EMSE)damage index,this paper proposes a novel damage identification method for girder bridge structures.The effectiveness of the proposed damage identification method is investigated using experiments on four simply supported steel beams.With Xiabaishi Bridge,a prestressed continuous rigid frame bridge with large span,as the engineering background,the proposed damage identification method is validated by using numerical simulation to generate different bearing damage scenarios.Finally,the efficiency of the method is justified by considering its application to identifying cracking damage for a real continuous beam bridge called Xinyihe Bridge.It is concluded that the EMSE damage index is sensitive to the cracking damage and the bearing damage.The locations and levels of multiple cracking damages and bearing damages can be also identified.The results illuminate a great potential of the proposed method in identifying damages of real bridge structures. 展开更多
