文摘基于某220 kV变电站检修改造工作中出现的正母线电压异常事故,从现场施工、专业管理、综合检修统筹管理多方面分析事故的原因。事故发生的直接原因为检修改造中新更换的220 kV母线电压并列装置内部交流电压中性线N接触不良,进而导致220 k V正母线电压互感器二次电压三相不平衡。检修人员重新配线后,线路恢复正常运行。同时,通过专题分析会,对事件原因进行认真分析,对相关责任人进行教育和处理,并提出下一步改进措施,避免同类事件再次发生。
