聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)针刺滤料的寿命与蠕变失效密切相关。为预测其长期蠕变行为,在200~260℃范围内进行梯度蠕变实验,借助时温等效原理得到滤料的蠕变曲线,并进一步探究后处理工艺对PTFE针刺滤料蠕变性能的影响。结果表明:在恒定拉应力下P... 聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)针刺滤料的寿命与蠕变失效密切相关。为预测其长期蠕变行为,在200~260℃范围内进行梯度蠕变实验,借助时温等效原理得到滤料的蠕变曲线,并进一步探究后处理工艺对PTFE针刺滤料蠕变性能的影响。结果表明:在恒定拉应力下PTFE滤料发生了蠕变和其他多种形变,长时间尺度内蠕变起主要作用,预测滤料的高温蠕变寿命在3年左右。此外,时移因子与温度的关系曲线满足WLF方程,意味着时温等效原理描述PTFE滤料的高温蠕变行为是适用的。在试验周期内,松弛热定形增加了滤料的蠕变应变量,定长热定形、浸渍整理、覆膜整理降低了滤料的蠕变应变量,其中覆膜整理滤料的抗蠕变性能最佳。 展开更多

A modified surface layer was formed on Ti-6Al-4V alloy by wet peening treatment. The variations of the residual stress,nano-hardness and microstructure of the modified layer with depth from surface were studied using X-ray diffraction analysis,nano-indentation analysis, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy observations. The results show thatboth the compressive residual stress and hardness decrease with increasing depth, and the termination depths are 160 and 80 μm,respectively. The microstructure observation indicates that within 80 μm, the compressive residual stress and the hardness areenhanced by the co-action of the grain refinement strengthening and dislocation strengthening. Within 80–160 μm, the compressiveresidual stress mainly derives from the dislocation strengthening. The strengthened layer in Ti-6Al-4V alloy after wet peeningtreatment was quantitatively analyzed by a revised equation with respect to a relation between hardness and yield strength. 展开更多

The quench sensitivity of 6063 alloy was investigated via constructing time-temperature-property(TTP) curves by interrupted quenching technique and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) analysis.The results show that the quench sensitivity of 6063 alloy is lower than that of 6061 or 6082 alloy,and the critical temperature ranges from 300 to 410℃ with the nose temperature of about 360℃.From TEM analysis,heterogeneous precipitate β-Mg2Si is prior to nucleate on the(AlxFeySiz) dispersoids in the critical temperature range,and grows up most rapidly at the nose temperature of 360℃.The heterogeneous precipitation leads to a low concentration of solute,which consequently reduces the amount of the strengthening phase β'' after aging.In the large-scale industrial production of 6063 alloy,the cooling rate during quenching should be enhanced as high as possible in the quenching sensitive temperature range(410-300℃) to suppress the heterogeneous precipitation to get optimal mechanical properties,and it should be slowed down properly from the solution temperature to 410℃ and below 300℃ to reduce the residual stress. 展开更多

To study the effect of annealing temperature on the joints between magnesium and aluminum alloys, and improve the properties of bonding layers, composite plates of magnesium alloy(AZ31 B) and aluminum alloy(6061) were welded using the vacuum diffusion bonding method. The composite specimens were continuously annealed in an electrical furnace under the protection of argon gas. The microstructures were then observed using scanning electron microscopy. X-ray diffractometry was used to investigate the residual stresses in the specimens. The elemental distribution was analyzed with an electron probe micro analyzer. The tensile strength and hardness were also measured. Results show that the diffusion layers become wide as the heat treatment temperature increases, and the residual stress of the specimen is at a minimum and tensile strength is the largest when being annealed at 250 ℃. Therefore, 250 ℃ is the most appropriate annealing temperature. 展开更多

In this work,the nickel-based powder metallurgy superalloy FGH95 was selected as experimental material,and the experimental parameters in multiple overlap laser shock processing(LSP)treatment were selected based on orthogonal experimental design.The experimental data of residual stress and microhardness were measured in the same depth.The residual stress and microhardness laws were investigated and analyzed.Artificial neural network(ANN)with four layers(4-N-(N-1)-2)was applied to predict the residual stress and microhardness of FGH95 subjected to multiple overlap LSP.The experimental data were divided as training-testing sets in pairs.Laser energy,overlap rate,shocked times and depth were set as inputs,while residual stress and microhardness were set as outputs.The prediction performances with different network configuration of developed ANN models were compared and analyzed.The developed ANN model with network configuration of 4-7-6-2 showed the best predict performance.The predicted values showed a good agreement with the experimental values.In addition,the correlation coefficients among all the parameters and the effect of LSP parameters on materials response were studied.It can be concluded that ANN is a useful method to predict residual stress and microhardness of material subjected to LSP when with limited experimental data. 展开更多
