[ Method] The colorimetry method was used to detect protein content of non-diapause pupae, diapause pupae and eclosion-adult from diapause pupae at different developmental stages. [Result] It was showed that the protein content of non-diapause pupae was from 111.768 to 115.030 7 mg/g and the change of protein content during whole pupal stage, while diapause pupae were from 81.218 to 131.623 7 mg/g and the change of protein content was not big from last ten-day period of October to last ten-day pariod of November, however, the content increased from the last ten-day period of November. The protein content of emerging adult was 296.969 3 mg/g. [Conclusion] The change of protein content was related to Papilio memnon at different development stage.展开更多
To solve the excessive huge scale problem of the traditional multi-bit digital artificial neural network(ANN) hardware implementation methods,a bit-stream ANN hardware implementation method based on sigma delta(Σ...To solve the excessive huge scale problem of the traditional multi-bit digital artificial neural network(ANN) hardware implementation methods,a bit-stream ANN hardware implementation method based on sigma delta(ΣΔ) modulation is presented.The bit-stream adder,multiplier,threshold function unit and fully digital ΣΔ modulator are implemented in a field programmable gate array(FPGA),and these bit-stream arithmetical units are employed to build the bit-stream artificial neuron.The function of the bit-stream artificial neuron is verified through the realization of the logic function and a linear classifier.The bit-stream perceptron based on the bit-stream artificial neuron with the pre-processed structure is proved to have the ability of nonlinear classification.The FPGA resource utilization of the bit-stream artificial neuron shows that the bit-stream ANN hardware implementation method can significantly reduce the demand of the ANN hardware resources.展开更多

[Method] Artificial synthetic antigen of citrinin (CIT) was first conjugated with vector protein bovine serum albumin (BSA) and then identified by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis,and its coupling ratio was measured by UV absorption and mass spectrometry. [Result] The identification result showed that artificial antigen of CIT was successfully coupled,and the coupling ratio was 8.4 by UV absorption while 6.0 by mass spectrometry. [Conclusion] The comparison experiment showed that mass spectrometry could rapidly identify the artificial antigen and accurately detect its coupling ratio. This study provided basis for the preparation of CIT antigen as well as the establishment of an for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for citrinin determination.展开更多

The pronephric kidney duct appeared early in ha...Histological study on the ontogeny of the lymphoid organs, kidney, thymus and spleen of Japanese flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus, from hatching to 40 d was carried out. The pronephric kidney duct appeared early in hatching although the primordial haemopoietic stem cells were observed within a week after hatching. The spleen was first seen after 8 d of hatching. The thymus appeared after 15 d, situated near the pronephric kidney. Small lymphoid cells appeared during the later phase of the post-larval stage in the sequence of thymus, kidney and spleen. During the 40 d of observations, there were no distinct inner or outer zones in thymus and no red or white pulp in spleen. These results suggest that the nonspecific defense immune system plays a very important role in the early larval stage of Japanese flounder.展开更多

In the meantime, the receiver should also carry out right unitary operations with the introduction of appropriate ancillary qubits to confirm the successful teleportation of the demanded entangled state. The existing kinematic parameter calibration method cannot further improve the absolute positioning accuracy of the robot due to the uncertainty of positioning error caused by robot joint backlash.In view of this prob...The existing kinematic parameter calibration method cannot further improve the absolute positioning accuracy of the robot due to the uncertainty of positioning error caused by robot joint backlash.In view of this problem,a closed‑loop feedback accuracy compensation method for robot joints was proposed.Firstly,a Chebyshev polynomial error estimation model was established which took geometric error and non‑geometric error into account.In addition,the absolute linear grating scale was installed at each joint of the robot and the positioning error of the robot end was mapped to the joint angle.And the joint angle corrected value was obtained.Furthermore,the closed‑loop feedback of robot joints was established to realize the online correction of the positioning error.Finally,an experiment on the KUKA KR210 industrial robot was conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.The result shows that the maximum absolute positioning error of the robot is reduced by 75%from 0.76 mm to 0.19 mm.This method can compensate the robot joint backlash effectively and further improve the absolute positioning accuracy of the robot.展开更多

(1) Climatology of tropical cyclone (TC) or typhoon (TC on the intensity of TS or stronger) shows some difference in tropical cyclone frequency among the centers, which is more notable with TC than with typhoon. Both of them are more at the database of CMA than at those of the other two centers. (2) The difference is too significant to ignore in the inter-annual variability of tropical cyclone frequency between CMA and JTWC, which mainly results from the obvious difference in the inter-annual variability of the number of generated tropical depression (TD) between the two databases. The difference is small in the inter-annual variability of TS formations among all the three databases, and consistence is good between JMA and CMA or JTWC. (3) Though differences are not significant in the periodical variation of TC formations between CMA and JTWC, they are markedly apart in the inter-decadal variability, which is mainly shown by an anti-phase during the 1990s. The analysis of errors existing in the manipulator is discussed and a novel approach for error correction is advanced. By DSP technique, inverse kinematics is solved in real time conditions with high precision and the hardware control system is given. Although much has been written about African contributions to world civilization, the authors would like to discuss in this paper the reasons why Africa is considered the cradle of civilizations and some specific elem...Although much has been written about African contributions to world civilization, the authors would like to discuss in this paper the reasons why Africa is considered the cradle of civilizations and some specific elements of African culture found in other parts of the world. The dominant view is that the history of humankind began in Africa, particularly in East Africa (Ethiopia and Tanzania). Human history in Africa is immensely long. In fact, both archaeological research and genetic studies strongly support the theory that the evolution of the modern human species (Homo sapiens) occurred in Africa. Thereafter, these early human beings spread rapidly from East Africa throughout Africa and the rest of the world. As they spread across the globe, the early human beings adapted to very different environments by developing the slight genetic variations which produce differences in skin color, hair, body type, and facial features. From Africa some people migrated into Asia before continuing to other parts of the world. The idea that the first Africans chose Asia when they decided to migrate provides the first link between Africans and Asians. Early Asians must be the closest cousins of the early Africans. Although there are historical, cultural, and linguistic connections between the African and Eastern Cultures, the authors will only discuss four major cultural elements.
