为提高叶片尺寸精度及表面质量,针对气体的可压缩性、阀的死区效应、阀的流量非线性、气缸摩擦力和测量噪声等干扰因素对叶片抛光力控制精度的影响,提出了一种基于干扰观测器的反向传播神经网络比例—积分—微分控制方法。该方法通过构... 为提高叶片尺寸精度及表面质量,针对气体的可压缩性、阀的死区效应、阀的流量非线性、气缸摩擦力和测量噪声等干扰因素对叶片抛光力控制精度的影响,提出了一种基于干扰观测器的反向传播神经网络比例—积分—微分控制方法。该方法通过构造干扰观测器来预测抛光力气动控制系统中的非线性干扰,并在控制中引入等效的补偿来抑制干扰,同时利用反向传播神经网络控制算法对比例—积分—微分控制参数进行在线自适应整定。仿真分析和实验结果表明,基于干扰观测器的反向传播神经网络比例—积分—微分控制器具有控制精度高、鲁棒性强、抑制干扰能力强等优点,能够提高叶片型面尺寸精度和表面一致性、降低表面粗糙度、减小残余应力并提高抛光效率。 展开更多

在现有的基于电容电压排序的优化均压算法基础上,提出一种适用于模块化多电平换流器(MMC)的精确控制子模块开关频率的方法。通过引入双保持因子,避免绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)不必要的反复投切现象,从而在保证各子模块电容电压基本一致... 在现有的基于电容电压排序的优化均压算法基础上,提出一种适用于模块化多电平换流器(MMC)的精确控制子模块开关频率的方法。通过引入双保持因子,避免绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)不必要的反复投切现象,从而在保证各子模块电容电压基本一致的前提下,有效地降低MMC子模块开关频率,减小开关损耗;在此基础上,设计了精确控制子模块开关频率的比例—积分(PI)控制器,能够在降低开关频率的同时精确地控制其大小,保证系统稳定运行和换流器的运行效率;最后,为证明所提出频率控制方法的有效性,在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建了双端101电平MMC仿真模型,对所提出的方法进行了验证,仿真结果表明该方法可以在保证系统稳定运行的前提下,精确地控制子模块的开关频率,证明了所提出方法的正确性和有效性。 展开更多

This research investigated the outputting circulation current inhibition characteristic which are controlled by the instantaneous feedback voltage in inverter parallel driving of the mine hoist. We established a transfer function of the parallel inverters controlled by the close-loop adjustment of instantaneous voltage feedback. The influence of the parameters of the close-loop feedback circuit to the inhibition effects to the outputting circulation current is observed. After analyzing the circulating current inhibition characteristics, the proportion integration (PI) controller is introduced into the close-loop adjustment by instantaneous voltage feedback. The characteristics equation is gained to determine the PI parameters by drawing the Bode plots. The inhibition effects of the proposed controller are examined by the established simulation model of parallel inverter system. The harmonic distortion rate at the outputting voltage frequency value of 4, 10, 20, 41 and 50 Hz, are all lower than 2.32 % by the instantaneous outputting voltage feedback. 展开更多

Since the combustion system of coal-fired boiler in thermal power plant is characterized as time varying, strongly coupled, and nonlinear, it is hard to achieve a satisfactory performance by the conventional proportional integral derivative (PID) control scheme. For the characteristics of the main steam pressure in coal-fired power plant boiler, the sliding mode control system with Smith predictive structure is proposed to look for performance and robustness improvement. First, internal model control (IMC) and Smith predictor (SP) is used to deal with the time delay, and sliding mode controller (SMCr) is designed to overcome the model mismatch. Despite this great ability, it can not provide good responses in following commands and rejecting load disturbance. This study explores the way to overcome these problems by using another controller. Although the idea of using output feedback has been used in previous works, by considering a simple model for one-cycle controller, the design of the controller has become simpler in this work. In the proposed method, difficult mathematical modeling is avoided. Based on decupling of effects of feedback and input voltage disturbance, a simple model for one-cycle controller has been given. Therefore, by employing a conventional averaging method and the model of one-cycle controller, design of proportional integral differential controller has become straightforward. 展开更多

The aim of the present study was to implant an efficient strategy for controlling the level of the effluent-oily foam interface in a DAF (dissolved air flotation) chamber of a pilot-scale prototype. DAF has been successfully used in the treatment of oily water, which is one of the main environmental problems in different industrial facilities. Along with important operational parameters, such as microbubble size and flow rate, the control strategy for the automation of a DAF chamber may be an important tool for increasing efficiency. Controlling the level was the strategy chosen to enhance the separation efficiency in a pilot-scale DAF prototype, with monitoring performed using a computational program in LabVIEW (laboratory virtual instrument engineering workbench). The findings demonstrate that it is possible to maintain the level of the fluid at a reference value established by the operator using the software program through the application of classic proportional integral derivative controllers. Using this control tool, the efficiency of water-oil separation in the pilot flotation chamber prototype was increased to nearly 98%. 展开更多

The indirect vector controlled IM (induction motor) drive involves decoupling of the stator current into torque and flux producing components. This paper proposes the implementation of a fuzzy logic control scheme applied to a two d-q current components model of an induction motor. An intelligent based on fuzzy logic controller is developed with the help of knowledge rule base for efficient control. The performance of fuzzy logic controller is compared with that of the proportional integral controller in terms of the settling time and dynamic response to sudden load changes. The harmonic pattern of the output current is evaluated for both fixed gain proportional integral controller and the fuzzy logic based controller. The performance of the IM drive has been analyzed under steady state and transient conditions. Simulation results of both the controllers are presented for comparison. 展开更多

This paper deals with a scalar conservation law in 1-D space dimension, and in particular, the focus is on the stability analysis for such an equation. The problem of feedback stabilization under proportional-integral-derivative(PID for short) boundary control is addressed. In the proportional-integral(PI for short) controller case, by spectral analysis, the authors provide a complete characterization of the set of stabilizing feedback parameters, and determine the corresponding time delay stability interval. Moreover, the stability of the equilibrium is discussed by Lyapunov function techniques, and by this approach the exponential stability when a damping term is added to the classical PI controller scheme is proved. Also, based on Pontryagin results on stability for quasipolynomials, it is shown that the closed-loop system sub ject to PID control is always unstable. 展开更多

In this paper, a new algorithm which integrates the powerful firefly Mgorithm (FA) and the ant colony optimization (ACO) has been used in tracking control of ship steering for optimization of fractional-order proportional-integral-derivative (FOPID) controller gains. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is also used to optimize FOPID controllers, and their performances are compared. It is found that FA optimized FOPID controller gives better performance than others. Sensitivity analysis has been carried out to see the robustness of optimum FOPID gains obtained at nominal conditions to wide changes in system parameters, and the optimum FOPID gains need not be reset for wide changes in system parameters. 展开更多
