比率指纹图谱定量评价柏子养心丸质量 被引量:10

目的以样品指纹峰面积xi和对照指纹峰面积yi之比ri=xi/yi对保留时间作图得到比率指纹图谱(ROFP),以样品指纹向量XR=(x1/y1,x2/y2,···,xn/yn)=(r1,r2,···,rn)→和对照指纹图谱(标准制剂指纹)向量YR=(1,1,&... 目的以样品指纹峰面积xi和对照指纹峰面积yi之比ri=xi/yi对保留时间作图得到比率指纹图谱(ROFP),以样品指纹向量XR=(x1/y1,x2/y2,···,xn/yn)=(r1,r2,···,rn)→和对照指纹图谱(标准制剂指纹)向量YR=(1,1,···,1)=(100%,100%,···,100%)→为基础建立中药比率指纹定量法(QRFM)以定性定量控制中药质量。方法用高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测器同时测定12批柏子养心丸228、286和326 nm指纹谱,以均值法整合三波长下指纹图谱和ROFP的评价结果,并与正常指纹图谱(NFP)评价结果进行比较。结果以绿原酸(CGA)为参照物峰,确定56(228 nm)、53(286 nm)和45(326 nm)个共有指纹峰,建立了三波长BZYXP-HPLC指纹图谱和ROFP。首先将三波长下得到的NFP和ROFP进行均值整合,之后再对NFP和ROFP进行二次均值整合鉴定出S11(1级)质量极好,S2、S3、S4、S6和S10质量很好(2级);S1、S5、S8和S9质量好(3级);S7质量次(7级);S12质量劣(8级)。结论 ROFP各指纹量值一致使其评价结果更准确和更客观,但奇异峰比值易引起误差。QRFM对中药复杂轮廓化学成分的整体定量更客观和更准确。基于中药标准制剂控制模式,以定量指纹图谱为基础和使用QRFM是中药质量一致性和均一性控制的重要方法。 展开更多

目的建立色谱指纹图谱柱效指数模型,用以检测定量指纹图谱的变化。方法用高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测器同时测定12批朱砂安神丸(ZSASP)在203 nm和286 nm指纹谱(NFP)和比率指纹图谱(ROFP),分别以均值法整合同波长下指纹图谱,最后进行双... 目的建立色谱指纹图谱柱效指数模型,用以检测定量指纹图谱的变化。方法用高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测器同时测定12批朱砂安神丸(ZSASP)在203 nm和286 nm指纹谱(NFP)和比率指纹图谱(ROFP),分别以均值法整合同波长下指纹图谱,最后进行双波长指纹图谱的二次均值整合,计算双波长指纹图谱柱效指数并进行比较。结果以小檗碱(BBR)为参照物峰,确定57(203 nm)和50(286 nm)个共有指纹峰,建立了双波长ZSASP-HPLC指纹图谱和比率指纹图谱。首先将同波长下的NFP和ROFP进行均值整合,之后进行双波长二次均值整合鉴定出S1、S4、S5、S6、S9和S10质量极好(1级),S2、S3、S11和S12质量很好(2级),S7和S8质量次(7级)。在203 nm,S4、S5、S6、S9柱效指数较高,而在286 nm下四者柱效指数较低造成两者差值很大,S8呈现上述反变化过程造成较大差异值。结论色谱指纹图谱柱效指数能监测中药定量指纹图谱的柱效关联分离度后的变化情况,因此柱效指数标志着信号均化性和分离度均化性以及峰宽变动情况。 展开更多

目的考察3种定量指纹图谱模式利用系统指纹定量法(SQFM)对复方丹参片(FFDST)进行评价时误差变动。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为TEDA Chrom Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流速1.0 mL·mi^n-1,紫外检测波长... 目的考察3种定量指纹图谱模式利用系统指纹定量法(SQFM)对复方丹参片(FFDST)进行评价时误差变动。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为TEDA Chrom Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流速1.0 mL·mi^n-1,紫外检测波长280 nm,柱温(35.0±0.15)℃,进样量10μL,采集22批FFDST的HPLC指纹图谱(NFP),对其变换得到比率指纹图谱(ROFP)和统一化指纹图谱(UFP),以各对照指纹图谱(RFP)为标准用SQFM计算22批FFDST超信息定量参数,阐述不同模式图谱的3个指标Sm,Pm和α间差异性。结果以丹酚酸B为参照物峰,确定46个共有指纹峰。超信息特征定量参数评价出FFDST指纹图谱指数处于中等程度。经SQFM评价结果表明NFP和ROFP图谱模式评价结果基本一致,S17-S20均为不合格品,S17-S19是由于Pm过高所致,S20则是Pm过低引起。UFP图谱模式定性评价结果与前两者基本相同,定量结果出现显著差异,但乘以最大峰校正系数fi即可消除定量误差。结论 3种定量指纹图谱模式均能对样品进行准确地定性定量评价。 展开更多

研究了一种改进的回复电压法评估方法——比率谱法。在传统油纸绝缘Debye模型的基础上,提出了带水树部分的XLPE电力电缆绝缘扩展Debye模型;仿真分析扩展Debye模型得出了不同水树长度和面积的比率谱;提出了运用比率谱最大值分布图分析电... 研究了一种改进的回复电压法评估方法——比率谱法。在传统油纸绝缘Debye模型的基础上,提出了带水树部分的XLPE电力电缆绝缘扩展Debye模型;仿真分析扩展Debye模型得出了不同水树长度和面积的比率谱;提出了运用比率谱最大值分布图分析电缆水树的具体状况;实验室条件下得到不同水树老化程度电缆的极化谱和比率谱。结果表明:比率谱最大值所处的充电时间tc对水树长度更敏感,而比率谱最大值的数值对水树面积更敏感;新电缆比率谱为一条相对平直的线,水树老化电缆比率谱则存在一个峰值;实验室测试得到的比率谱较好的反应了电缆绝缘水树的真实状况。 展开更多

Signal to noise ratio (SNR) and resolution are two important but contradictory characteristics used to evaluate the quality of seismic data. For relatively preserving SNR while enhancing resolution, the signal purity spectrum is introduced, estimated, and used to define the desired output amplitude spectrum after deconvolution. Since a real reflectivity series is blue rather than white, the effects of white reflectivity hypothesis on wavelets are experimentally analyzed and color compensation is applied after spectrum whitening. Experiments on real seismic data indicate that the cascade of the two processing stages can improve the ability of seismic data to delineate the geological details. 展开更多

The estimation of the quality factor Q plays a fundamental role in enhancing seismic resolution via absorption compensation in the near-surface layer.We present a new geometry that can be used to acquire field data by combining surface and cross-hole surveys to decrease the effect of geophone coupling on Q estimation.In this study,we drilled number of receiver holes around the source hole,each hole has different depth and each geophone is placed geophones into the bottom of each receiver hole to avoid the effect of geophone coupling with the borehole wall on Q estimation in conventional cross-hole seismic surveys.We also propose a novel tomographic inversion of the Q factor without the effect of the source signature,and examine its stability and reliability using synthetic data.We estimate the Q factors of the near-surface layer in two different frequency bands using field data acquired in the Dagang Oilfield.The results show that seismic absorption in the nearsurface layer is much greater than that in the subsurface strata.Thus,it is of critical practical importance to enhance the seismic solution by compensating for near-surface absorption.In addition,we derive different Q factors from two frequency bands,which can be treated,to some extent,as evidence of a frequency-dependent Q. 展开更多

The stochastic resonance phenomenon in a bistable system subject to Markov dichotomous noise (DN) is investigated. Based on the adiabatic elimination and the two-state theories, the explicit expressions for the signal-tonoise ratio (SNR) and the spectral power amplification (SPA) have been obtained. It is shown that two peaks can occur on the curve of SNR versus the intensity of the DN. Moreover, the SNR is a non-monotonic function of the correlation time of the DN. The SPA varies non-monotonously with the strength of the DN. The dependence of the SNR on the frequency and the amplitude of the external periodic signal are discussed. The effect of the external frequency and the correlation time of the DN on the SPA are analyzed. 展开更多

The use of nanostructured composites as catalyst supports is a promising route to prepare catalysts with high selectivity and productivity. In this work, reduced graphene oxide-TiO_2(rGP-x) composites with a variation of reduced graphene oxide(rGO) content were synthesized by hydrothermal method. Pd/rGP-x catalysts were prepared in incipient-wetness impregnation method for the direct synthesis of H_2O_2 from H2 and O_2. The morphology and electronic properties of catalysts were investigated by XPS, TEM, and Raman spectroscopy.The ratio of Pd^(2+)/Pd^0 and the hydrophobicity of the catalysts were increased with the rising content of rGO. As the amount of rGO in the catalysts varied in the range of 0.025 wt%–2 wt%, the selectivity of H_2O_2 exhibited a tendency of increasing firstly and then decreasing from 0.1 wt% to 2 wt%. It indicates that good catalytic performance for H_2O_2 synthesis can be achieved only when appropriate amount of rGO is introduced. The H_2O_2 selectivity and productivity of Pd/r GP-0.025 both improved remarkably compared with Pd/P25. This enhancement originated from the combined effects of the proper ratio of Pd^(2+)/Pd^0 and hydrophobicity of the catalyst. 展开更多

Shannon channel capacity theorem poses highest bit-rate of error free transmission over additive white Gaussian noise channel.In addition,he proved that there exists channel code that can theoretically achieve the channel capacity.Indeed fortunately,the latter researchers found some practical channel codes approaching the channel capacity with insignificant losses of spectral efficiency under ignorable bit error rate(BER).The authors note,in general,that bits of the channel codes are not independent of each other in code space.Further,we note that the modulated symbols are not independent among them,as well,in Euclidean Space.By exploiting a usage of the dependencies jointly to signal design,we can transmit two independent signal streams through an additive white Gaussian channel and separate them in Euclidean space at the receiver.The capacity of this approach is found larger than that of Shannon capacity in the same channel assumptions.The numerical results confirm the theoretical procedures. 展开更多

Spectrograph slit is conventionally used to enhance the spectral resolution ~md manage how much light can be allowed to enter spectrograph. The narrow slit provides a higher resolution but sacrifices efficiency of spectrograph and results in a low signal to noise ratio (S/N) spectra product. We take GuoShouJing telescope as an example and carry out a series of experiments to study how its 2/3 slit mode affects the precision of stellar radial velocity measurement and atmosphere parameters estimate. By transforming the resolution and adding a Gaussian White Noise to the extremely high quality spectra from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey, we generate synthetic stellar spectra of various brightness with different S/Ns. Comparing the measurements on these noise added spectra with the original high quality ones, we summarize the influences of the 2/3 slit mode on the meas- urement accuracy of stellar radial velocity and atmospheric parameters. 展开更多
