建构主义视角下民办学校英语教师的专业发展途径——以伊春林区民办英语学校为例

教师专业发展作为我国教师教育的基本理念之一,备受关注。建构主义为我们深入思考教师专业发展提供了一个新的视角。本文拟从建构主义理论出发,以伊春林区民办英语学校的部分教师为研究对象,积极探究促进民办英语学校教师专业发展的几种有效途径,以达推动伊春林区民办英语学校教师成长和加速其专业化进程的目的。
