“西裔特朗普选民”与美国2020年大选

“西裔特朗普选民”形成于2016年美国大选,大选之后规模稳步扩展。“西裔特朗普选民”由核心与外围两部分组成,核心部分的党派取向比较稳定,外围部分的党派取向则呈现高度不确定性。从选民的意识形态看,“西裔特朗普选民”的核心主要由保守派选民构成,外围主要由中间派选民构成。“西裔特朗普选民”折射出西裔与特朗普之间形成了一个选举悖论,越来越多的西裔支持“反西裔”的特朗普。从西裔与特朗普之间的政治互动看,两者之间的选举悖论之所以形成,是经济因素、移民改革、社会价值观和外交政策四方面动因共同作用的结果。当前,“西裔特朗普选民”已成为特朗普选民基础的重要组成部分,其作为特朗普撬动选举政治格局的杠杆,对美国2020年大选有着重要影响,主要表现为“西裔特朗普选民”有力扩展了特朗普的选民基础,使特朗普的竞选动员更加理性。“西裔特朗普选民”的强劲发展势头对民主党带来严峻挑战,并将会在很大程度上成为特朗普争取连任的有力武器。

乌江流域民族地区中小学教师内涵发展定位探究

基于卡西尔的符号哲学理论,以乌江流域民族地区中小学教师现状为个案,对西部民族地区教育公平发展现状进行由点及面的关注,指出西部民族地区中小学教师内涵发展定位路径应走"民特"之路。从"自上而下,方向引领;横向联动,主动呼应;自动自发,内涵发展;政策支持,互相扶助"四个方面提出了西部民族地区教师内涵发展"民特"计划初纲。在当下构建和谐社会、推进教育公平发展、西部大开发及破解城乡教育统筹难题的大背景下,该文有其特有的启示与价值。

运用AHP层次分析法评估“民转军”过程中的民营企业风险

根据现阶段我国民营企业的现状,分析了民企在“民转军”过程中存在的管理风险、经营风险和财务风险。随后引入AHP层次分析法建立风险评估模型,结合北京亿美博科技有限公司,对其评估,找到关键风险因素,并针对关键因素给出初步的解决设想。

“奥巴马选民”VS“特朗普选民”:关键性选举与美国政党选民联盟重组

关键性选举理论是美国政党政治和选举研究的核心理论,2016年美国大选是一次久违的关键性选举。本文以关键性选举理论框架考察2008年以来美国选举政治与政党体制的深层次变革,以"奥巴马选民"联盟和"特朗普选民"联盟两个概念为线索,分析美国经济社会结构、政党选民联盟和政治议题变迁的作用机制。2008年以来,抓住少数族裔人口比例大幅上升的机遇,民主党成功打造了"奥巴马选民"联盟,扩大了选民基本盘,获得了相对共和党的选举优势。为了扭转劣势,共和党主流政客分别提出了"拉拢拉美裔"和"唤醒基本盘"两个选举策略。但是,均不成功。特朗普的出现则在一定程度上成功回应了"奥巴马选民"联盟的挑战,从根本上重塑着共和党的选民基础,带来了1960年代以来美国政党选民联盟的根本性重组:第一,民主党曾经的核心支持者"锈带"蓝领改换门庭,与中南部白人联手构成了新的共和党选民联盟,成为特朗普赢得大选和共和党夺取国会多数席位的关键力量;第二,议题巨变。"反非法移民"和"把工作带回美国"一跃成为美国政治的核心议题,并在特朗普执政后引发了公共政策的根本转向。

Study on Extracting Information about Settlements Distribution in Western Jilin Province Based on Decision Tree Model

With western Jilin Province as the study region, spectral characteristics and texture features of remote sensing images were taken as the classification basis to construct a Decision Tree Model and extract information about settlements in western Jilin Province, and the manually-extracted information about settlements in western Jilin Province was evaluated by confusion matrix. The results showed that Decision Tree Model was convenient for extracting settlements information by integrating spectral and texture features, and the accuracy of such a method was higher than that of the traditional Maximum Liklihood Method, in addition, calculation methods of extracting settlements information by this mean were concluded.

Spatial-temporal Characteristics and Factors Influencing Commuting Activities of Middle-class Residents in Guangzhou City, China

The middle class in metropolitan Chinese cities has become an important social group. With the rapid development of urbanization and constant advancement of suburbanization, the middle class has increasingly come to influence city traffic. Research into middle-class commuting activities thus has practical significance for improving traffic congestion and reducing the commuting burden in metropolitan cities. Based on a dataset formed by 816 completed surveys, this paper analyzes the commuting mode, time and distance of middle-class residents in Guangzhou City using the descriptive statistical method. The results indicate that private cars are the main commuting mode, followed by public transport. Meanwhile, middle-class residents mainly undertake medium-short time and medium-short distance commuting. The study subsequently uses multilevel logistic regression and multiple linear regression models to analyze the factors that influence commuting mode choice, time and distance. The gender, age, number of family cars, housing source and jobs-housing balance are the most important factors influencing commuting mode choice; housing, population density, jobs-housing balance and commuting mode significantly affect commuting time; and transport accessibility, jobs-housing balance and commuting mode are the notable factors affecting commuting distance. Finally, this paper analyzes what is affecting the commuting activities of middle-class residents and determines the differences in commuting activity characteristics and influence factors between middle-class and ordinary residents. Policy suggestions to improve urban planning and urban management are also proposed.

Cultural Connotation and Contemporary Value of Japanese Garden

Culture is the soul of a nation, and also the basis of landscape design, the basis of historical inheritance and innovation. Japanese garden was born out of Chinese garden, but because of the difference of geographical environment and national culture, Japanese gardens combine Chinese culture with local national characteristics, forming a unique garden culture in Japan. Based on the research on Japanese gardens like pond garden, rock garden and tea garden, this study analyzed the cultural connotation in Japanese garden landscape design, made in-depth understanding of Japanese landscape development, explored the value existing in the contemporary garden design of Japanese gardens, with the aim to make use of the excellent experience to the garden landscape design in the future.

Characteristics of the tertiary egg membrane of cuttlefish Sepiella maindroni de Rochebrune

We separated tertiary egg membrane （TGM） from 2- and 25-day-old eggs of cuttlefish Sepiella maindroni de Rochebrune, and revealed its ultrastructure, physical （solubility, barrier property） and biochemical （histology, histochemistry, nutritional components, bacteriostasis） characteristics. The results show that TGM could not be dissolved with natural seawater, alcohol, ether or hydrochloric acid （HC1）, but it could be dissolved with 2-chloroethanol, diethylamine, and sodium hydroxide （NaOH）. The black TGM was more effective in blocking off mud particulates, microorganisms （Chlorella vulgaris, Vibrio alginolyticus） and lighter than the white TGM. The elasticity of black and white TGMs was 1.8 N and 1.5 N, respectively. There were some ink particulates and rod-shaped bacteria in the black TGM. The nutritional components were different between black and white TGMs： Lipid content was lower and protein content was higher in the black TGM. TGM could also inhibit the growth of Vibrio alginolyticus.

The Linguistic Means of Representing Women in the Doukhobor Russian Psalms

This paper analyzes the language employed in the representations of women in Doukhobor Russian ritual texts called ＂ncanMbf＇ （psalms） from the viewpoint of linguistic text analysis performed in the Russian tradition of folklore stylistics. While addressing the representations of Biblical female characters, such as the Holy Virgin Mary Magdalene, the Heavenly Bride, and the Whore of Babylon, along with the portrayals of Doukhobor and other women, the paper identifies stylistic features in their textual descriptions. The study establishes connections between Doukhobor texts and Russian folklore and liturgical tradition. The paper strives to identify the place of Doukhobor psalms as an integral part of the Russian literary and folklore heritage

Demographic and Infrastructure Problems of Villages in the Hilly-Mountainous Areas of Prilep

In this paper it has been investigated the issue of the dynamics of the rural population in villages in the mountainous areas of the municipality of Prilep height distribution of the mountainous villages, the area size, absolute density and agrarian population in hilly-mountainous villages, the distance of the hill-mountain villages of the municipality center and institutional infrastructure hilly-mountainous areas in Prilep. Despite the demographic decline that was made in the past 45 years, the municipality and the country will have even more incentive in the coming years to invest in infrastructure to improve little very bad living conditions and foremost here we think of infrastructure, roads, water drinking, clinics, veterinary stations, public transportation, gas stations, stores, construction of ethnic restaurants and small hotels so that at least the older generations of the cities as the least retirement to spend at home, to create minimum conditions for living and so that villages in hilly and mountainous villages to be attractive to younger generations of the cities and migrant workers from European countries and America Australia frequently to visit home, and to be able to invest in small commercial buildings in the area of tourism.

Progress in Enclave Tourism Study of Overseas:A Literature Review

In response to the "isolated island" phenomenon emerging from the development of tourist resorts in China, this paper reviews the study of enclave tourism overseas, which has similar features to the resort "island". Based on the literatures related to enclave tourism from Tourism Management and Annals of Tourism Research, this paper reviews the study of enclave tour- ism from the following aspects: definition discussion, theories used, causation of enclaves, characteristics and impacts of enclave tourism. The understanding of the overseas researches on enclave tourism would provide instructions for the study on the problems of Chinese resorts, such as enclavity and "island effects", and suggest measures for the sustainable development of resorts in China. This paper is divided into three sections. Section 1 briefly introduces the development of enclave tourism in developing countries and the outline of enclave tourism study. Section 2 elaborates on the contents of enclave tourism research and gives deep insights into the study on concepts, characteristics, causations and effects respectively, which is the key part of this paper; Section 3 concludes the review and proposes suggestions for the enclave tourism study in China.

This study seeks to determine an effective boundary between government and market in light of modern financial theories.According to the findings of this paper,the relationship between government and market must be conceived of as under the "continuous spectrum of change" resulting from economic development.In practice,an effective frontier between government and market not only transforms continuously with the process of economic development but also demonstrates significant contrasts internationally according to the different national characteristics existing in each country.Determining a frontier between government and market requires that the relationship between the two be embedded into a broader set of institutional environmental constraints that incorporate consideration of the dynamic processes and mechanisms of economic development.The key issue is that government and market act with regard to the principle of comparative advantage as they play their respective roles.

The Pork Consumption Characteristics of Chinese Urban Residents： The Outlook for 2020

China has the highest pork consumption in the world. As incomes increase and the urbanization process accelerates, the consumption of pork by Chinese residents will continue to grow. This paper studies the proportion of the household pork consumption account and examines the use of apparent pork consumption as a bridge that links consumption and production. Based on the pork consumption of urban and rural residents from 2000 to 2012, combined with per capita income, the total population and the rate of urbanization, we can analyse China＇s market demand in the pork trade for 2020, which will be useful for countries who are interested in potential trade with China. The research shows two important findings： First, with the per capita income of urban residents increasing, their per capita pork consumption is also on the rise, and as increasing numbers of rural residents move to urban areas with the acceleration of urbanization in China, the urban areas will be the most important pork market in the future. Secondly, the per capita pork consumption of rural residents will still be lower than that of urban residents in 2020, so there will be more room for growth in pork consumption in rural areas.
