W_5O_(14)纳米棒结构及气体感测特性研究

以电浆电弧作为加热源来蒸发钨靶材,由气凝合成机制以及吹气装置制备W5O14纳米棒,并探讨了W5O14纳米棒的气体感测特性.实验过程中,使用氩气添加10%的氢气作为电浆气体,并在电流90A以及腔体压力53.3kPa下蒸发钨靶材.研究结果表明,在电浆... 以电浆电弧作为加热源来蒸发钨靶材,由气凝合成机制以及吹气装置制备W5O14纳米棒,并探讨了W5O14纳米棒的气体感测特性.实验过程中,使用氩气添加10%的氢气作为电浆气体,并在电流90A以及腔体压力53.3kPa下蒸发钨靶材.研究结果表明,在电浆气中加入10%氢气可成功地制备具有单晶结构的W5O14纳米棒,晶格间距为0.38nm,且W5O14纳米棒会沿着[010]方向成长,而W5O14纳米棒长宽比为12.7.透过参数作佳化的设计,发现W5O14纳米棒于48h,300℃下具有良好的热稳定性;气体感测研究结果表明,W5O14纳米棒在感测温度为200℃下对低浓度(1×10-6~4×10-6)的NO2气体具有良好的感测性质,随着气体浓度的增加其感测的灵敏度也会呈线性成长. 展开更多

In the infrared spectrum absorbed type gas concentration sensor,voltage signal obtained from the two-channel thermopile infrared detector TPS2534 is very weak.In order to solve this problem,the authors have established the structure of the sensor and designed weak signal detecting circuit of the sensor based on infrared spectrum absorption principle,differential de-noising principle and weak signal detecting principle.The authors have made experiments using CH4 gas.The results show that the circuit can remove noise effectively and detect weak electrical signal obtained from the detector. 展开更多

Based on the spectral absorption, The wideband light source is used to reflect two narrowband spectra by fiber grating of different duty. and piezoelectric ceramics to obtain narrowband output light. The high sensitivity detection can be measured from the second harmonic signal. The two narrowband spectra are corresponding to the absorption spectra of NH3 and CO. A carbon monoxide gas sensor based on single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) has been developed for detection of carbon monoxide (CO) at room temperature. Copper chloride (CuC1) was mixed with SWNT by mechanical blending. The thin film was deposited on interdigitated electrodes by using airbrush technology. This paper described the fabrication of the sensor for detecting carbon monoxide with concentrations from 20 ppm to 100 ppm. The performance of CO gas sensor was measured by using relevant apparatus to obtain the continuous sensor electric resistance change on exposure to CO and air atmosphere at room temperature, respectively. The results exhibited that the senor presented a larger sensitivity and a good recoverability. The experimental results suggested the potential use of CuC1 doped SWCNT for CO detecting. 展开更多

We demonstrated the application of sensors for ethanol gas detection.The ZnO nanowires based sensors with interdigital electrodes were fabricated,and a platform was constructed to test the properties of the sensors.To acquire better response and shorter response/recovery time,the ZnO nanowires were modified with Au.The ethanol gas sensing performance of the pure sensors and those modified with Au nanoparticles were investigated for comparison,and the optimal test temperature of 350℃ was obtained.We found that the response/recovery time for the modified sensor towards 500 ppm of the ethanol gas was reduced by 1.35 and1.42 times compared with the pure sensors,and the sensitivities towards 500 and 10 ppm of the ethanol gas were also increased by 3.18 and 1.35 times,respectively.These proved the enhancement of the Au nanoparticles in the ZnO nanowires based sensors for ethanol gas sensing. 展开更多

In the field of near infrared H2O sensing, the acquisition of the absorption signal usually is from a noisy background, thus it is important to adopt an effective signal demodulation method. This study introduced the research progress in the field of trace water vapor detection, covering different individual gas detection techniques. On the basis of the conventional double-beam differential absorption, the division method in voltage and the dual-peak method based on the differential value of two adjacent absorption lines have been studied. Voltage division has an excellent stability to temperature variation, mechanical extrusion, and fiber bend loss. The dual-peak method proved a linear relation with the water vapor concentration, and this method provided a way to measure the concentration at high pressure. Furthermore, the so called balanced ratiometer detection (BRD) was introduced. It has an outstanding self-adjusting capability, and it can also avoid an excess phase difference caused by the current-to-voltage converting circuit, thus this method has a high sensitivity. In addition, the second harmonic technique applied to gas detection was introduced, and for the high-frequency modulation via driving current, l/f was suppressed apparently; as a result, this technique realized a better sensitive detection by one to two orders of magnitude. 展开更多
