目的探讨经尿道直出绿激光前列腺气化剜除术的可能性。方法选取该院于2017年1—6月收治的良性前列腺增生患者100例,随机分组处理,观察组与对照组各50例。对照组行经尿道前列腺电切术治疗;观察组行直出绿激光气化剜除术治疗,分析比较两... 目的探讨经尿道直出绿激光前列腺气化剜除术的可能性。方法选取该院于2017年1—6月收治的良性前列腺增生患者100例,随机分组处理,观察组与对照组各50例。对照组行经尿道前列腺电切术治疗;观察组行直出绿激光气化剜除术治疗,分析比较两组患者治疗效果。结果 (1)手术前后前列腺症状评分:术前及术后,两组患者的前列腺症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)置尿管时间及住院时间:观察者组患者该两项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)并发症发生率:观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经尿道直出绿激光气化剜除术治疗前列腺增生效果显著,同时预后良好,显著降低并发症发生率,可在临床上进行推广应用。 展开更多

Preparation of high pure tellurium from raw tellurium containing Cu and Se by chemical method 被引量:12

High pure tellurium was prepared from raw tellurium containing copper and selenium by chemical method containing oxidation with concentrated nitric acid, leaching with hydrochloric acid, reducing with sulfur dioxide and treating in hydrogen atmosphere at high temperature. Removal ratio of Cu in raw tellurium reaches 99% after raw tellurium is oxidized and leached with HNO3(69%) under the following conditions: 0.96 times stoichiometric quantity of concentrated nitric acid, 4:1 of ratio of liquid to solid, 20 °C of reaction temperature and 30 min of reaction time. Leaching ratio of Te reaches 99% after Te is leached with hydrochloric acid under the following conditions: 1.67 times stoichiometric quantity of hydrochloric acid, 4:1 of ratio of liquid to solid, 20 °C of reaction temperature and 30 min of reaction time. Tellurium powder(99.95%) is obtained when Te(IV) in leachate is reduced with sulfur dioxide. The purity of tellurium increases from 99.954% to 99.999 6% after tellurium(99.95%) is treated in hydrogen atmosphere at 723.15 K for 30 min. 展开更多

Hydrogen is a promising sustainable energy to replace fossil fuels owning to its high specific energy and environmental friendliness.Alkaline water electrolysis has been considered as one of the most prospective technologies for large scale hydrogen production.To boost the sluggish kinetics of hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in alkaline media,abundant materials have been designed and fabricated.Herein,we summarize the key achievements in the development of layered transition-metal hydroxides[TM(OH)x]for efficient alkaline HER.Based on the structure of TM(OH)x,the mechanism of synergistic effect between TM(OH)x and HER active materials is illuminated firstly.Then,recent progress of TM(OH)x-based HER catalysts to optimize the synergistic effect are categorized as TM(OH)x and active materials,including species,structure,morphology and interaction relationship.Furthermore,TM(OH)x-based overall water splitting electrocatalysts and electrodes are summarized in the design principles for high activity and stability.Finally,some of key challenges for further developments and applications of hydrogen production are proposed. 展开更多

Developing highly efficient platinum‐group‐metal‐free electrocatalysts towards hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR)under alkaline electrolyte is critical for the development of alkaline exchange member fuel cells.Herein,we reported the synthesis of boron doped Ni electrocatalyst(B‐Ni/C)and its remarkable alkaline HOR performance,with a 10‐fold mass activity enhancement compared with that of undoped Ni catalyst.Experimental results and density functional theory calculations indicate the d‐p hybridization between the p orbital of B and the d orbital of Ni via B‐doping could lead to promoted OH adsorption and optimized hydrogen binding energy on Ni surface,which together with the reduced formation energy of water species,contributes to the enhanced HOR performance under alkaline electrolyte. 展开更多

In this study we measured the △P(initial speed of gas emission) index with different gas concentrations of carbon dioxide(pure CO2,90% CO2+10% CH4,67% CO2+33% CH4,50% CO2+50% CH4,30% CO2+10% CH4 and pure CH4) of coal samples from the No.2 coal seam in the Yaojie Coal Mine,Gansu province,China.The effect of carbon dioxide concentration,gas composition,coal strength and particle size of coal samples on the △P index was investigated.The experimental results show that with gas of various compositions,the △P value of three samples were clearly different.The △P index of coal samples A,B and C(0.2~0.25 mm) were 4,6 and 7 with pure CH4 and 22,30 and 21 when pure CH4 was used.Carbon dioxide concentration affects the △P index markedly.The △P index increases with an increase in carbon dioxide concentration,especially for coal B.Hence,the △P index and K(another outburst index) values tested only with pure CH4 for prediction of the danger of outburst is not accurate.It is important to determine the initial speed of gas emission given the gas composition of the coal seam to be tested for exact outburst prediction. 展开更多

Hydrodynamic cavitaion venturi tube technique is used for pico and nano bubble generations in coal column flotation. In order to determine the optimal design of hydrodynamic cavitation venture tube for pico and nano bubble generation, a four-factor three-level Central Composite Design of Experimental was conducted for investigating four important design parameters of cavitation venturi tube governing the median size and the volume of pico and nano bubbles. The test results showed that maximum volume of pico and nano bubbles, 65–75%, and minimum mean pico and nano bubble size,150–240 nm, were achieved at the medium ratio of the diameter of outlet of the venturi-tube and diameter of throat(3–4), medium outlet angle(11–13°), high inlet angle(26–27°) and high ratio of the length of the throat and the diameter of throat(2.3–3). Study the effects of the producing pico and nano bubbles on fine coal flotation was performed in a 5 cm diameter 260 cm height flotation column. The optimal percentage of pico and nano bubbles was about 70%, which produced maximum combustible material recovery of 86% with clean coal ash content of 11.7%. 展开更多

New sustainable syntheses based on solid-state strategies have sparked enormous attention and provided novel routes for the synthesis of supported metallic alloy nanocatalysts(SMACs).Despite considerable recent progress in this field,most of the developed methods suffer from either complex operations or poorly controlled morphology,which seriously limits their practical applications.Here,we have developed a sustainable strategy for the synthesis of PdAg alloy nanoparticles(NPs)with an ultrafine size and good dispersion on various carbon matrices by directly grinding the precursors in an agate mortar at room temperature.Interestingly,no solvents or organic reagents are used in the synthesis procedure.This simple and green synthesis procedure provides alloy NPs with clean surfaces and thus an abundance of accessible active sites.Based on the combination of this property and the synergistic and alloy effects between Pd and Ag atoms,which endow the NPs with high intrinsic activity,the PdAg/C samples exhibit excellent activities as electrocatalysts for both the hydrogen oxidation and evolution reactions(HOR and HER)in a basic medium.Pd9Ag1/C showed the highest activity in the HOR with the largest j0,m value of 26.5 A g Pd^–1 and j0,s value of 0.033 mA cmPd^–2,as well as in the HER,with the lowest overpotential of 68 mV at 10 mA cm^–2.As this synthetic method can be easily adapted to other systems,the present scalable solid-state strategy may open opportunity for the general synthesis of a wide range of well-defined SMACs for diverse applications. 展开更多

Effects of Gas Flow Field on Clogging Phenomenon in Close-Coupled Vortical Loop Slit Gas Atomization 被引量:3

In order to study the basic characteristics of gas flow field in the atomizing chamber near the nozzle outlet of the vortical loop slit atomizer and its influence mechanism on clogging phenomenon,the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software Fluent is used to conduct a numerical simulation of the gas flow field in the atomizing chamber near the nozzle outlet of this atomizer under different annular slit widths,different atomization gas pressures and different protrusion lengths of the melt delivery tube. The results show that under atomization gas pressure p=4.5 MPa,the greater the annular slit width D,the lower the static temperature near the central hole outlet at the front end of the melt delivery tube,and the smaller the aspirating pressure at the front end of the melt delivery tube. These features can effectively prevent the occurrence of the clogging phenomenon of metallic melt. Under an annular slit width of D=1.2 mm,when the atomization gas pressure satisfies 1 MPa ≤ p ≤ 2 MPa and increases gradually,the aspirating pressure at the front end of the melt delivery tube will decline rapidly. This can prevent the clogging phenomenon of metallic melt. However,when the atomization gas pressure p >2 MPa,the greater the atomization gas pressure,the lower the static temperature near the central hole outlet at the front end of the melt delivery tube,and the greater the aspirating pressure at the front end of the melt delivery tube. Hence,the effect of preventing the solidification-induced clogging phenomenon of metallic melt is restricted. When atomization gas pressure is p =4.5 MPa and annular slit width is D=1.2 mm,the greater the protrusion length H of the melt delivery tube,and the smaller the aspirating pressure at its front end. The static temperature near the central hole that can be observed in its front end is approximate to effectively prevent the occurrence of clogging phenomenon of metallic melt. However,because of the small aspirating pressure,the metallic melt flows into the atomizing chamber from the central hole at the front end of the melt delivery tube at an increasing speed and the gas-melt ratio in the mass flow rate is reduced,which is not conducive to the improvement of atomization performance. 展开更多

Metal‐organic frameworks(MOFs)are a series of highly porous crystalline materials,which are built from inorganic metal nodes and organic linkers through coordination bonds.Their unique porous structural features(such as high porosity,high surface areas,and highly ordered nanoporous structures)and designable structures and compositions have facilitated their use in gas capture,separation,catalysis,and energy storage and conversion.Recently,the design and synthesis of pure MOFs and their derivatives have opened new routes to develop highly efficient electrocatalysts toward oxygen reduction reactions(ORR)and oxygen evolution reactions(OER),which are the core electrode reactions in many energy storage and conversion techniques,such as metal‐air batteries and fuel cells.This review first discusses recent progress in the synthesis and the electrocatalytic applications of pure MOF‐based electrocatalysts toward ORR or OER,including pure MOFs,MOFs decorated with active species,and MOFs incorporated with conductive materials.The following section focuses on the advancements of the design and preparation of various MOF‐derived materials-such as inorganic nano‐(or micro‐)structures/porous carbon composites,pure porous carbons,pure inorganic nano‐(or micro‐)structured materials,and single‐atom electrocatalysts-and their applications in oxygen electrocatalysis.Finally,we present a conclusion and an outlook for some general design strategies and future research directions of MOF‐based oxygen electrocatalysts. 展开更多

Chemical analysis, methane isothermal adsorption studies, and mercury porosimetry were performed on ten samples taken from the magma intrusion boundary in the Wolonghu coalfield. The physico-chemical properties of coals from the magma intrusion region are compared to those from the normal regions. The results show that the volatile content (Vad), the limiting adsorption constant (a), and the initial methane diffusion rate of samples from the magma intrusion region are generally smaller than those values from samples from the normal region. The number three coal sample from the magma intrusion region has a large vitrinite reflectance, well developed macropores, a small surface area, and weak methane adsorp- tion capacity. The number ten coal sample from the normal region has a small vitrinite reflectance, well developed micropores, a large surface area, and a strong methane adsorption capacity. The maceral of the coal samples from the magma intrusion region and the normal region are similar. The coal in the area near the magma intrusion boundary is rich in methane and is an area where coal and gas outbursts often occur. 展开更多

Nevertheless, the gradual decontrol of market and the storage requirement under low oil price, crude oil imports hit a record high of 335.5 million tons, with the growth rate approximating 9%. Refined oil exports soared and imports decreased, which made China become a net refined oil exporter for the first time for 24 years, and net imports reached 6.22 million tons. Robust requirement on chemical raw materials propelled imported liquefied petroleum gas market to go on expanding. Imports exceeded 12 ,zillion tons in 2015, thus China leaped into the world's largest liquefied petroleum gas importer. In 2016, oil consumption growth would be kept at lower level. However, China would further decontrol crude oil import and refined oil export permits and put incremental storage capacity, into use. Therefore, crude oil imports would continue to rise up, and refined oil exports may hit a new historic high. hnported liquefied petroleum gas market will enter into a stage of stable growth after two years rapid development. 展开更多

Due to its inherent safety feature, the modular high temperature gas-cooled reactor(MHTGR) is considered as one of the best candidates for SMR-based nuclear power plants. Since its dynamics presents high nonlinearity and parameter uncertainty, it is necessary to develop adaptive power-level control, which is beneficial to safe, stable, and efficient operation of MHTGR and is easy to be implemented. In this paper, based on the physically-based control design approach, an adaptive outputfeedback power-level control is proposed for MHTGRs. This control can guarantee globally bounded closedloop stability and has a simple form. Numerical simulation results show the correctness of the theoretical analysis and satisfactory regulation performance of this control. 展开更多

In gaseous reduction of iron ore fines, alkaline earth oxides have profound effects on the precipitation behavior of fresh metal- lic iron on the particle surface. In this work, in situ observation was performed to reveal the influence of alkaline earth oxides on the precipitation morphology and micro-structure variation of fresh metallic iron from microscopic level by simulation of the gas-solid reaction condition on the surface of ore particles. Experimental results indicate that doping MgO in the particle surface can inhibit the reduction of iron oxide and however doping CaO, SrO and BaO promote; all alkaline earth oxides tested in this study can change the precipitation morphology of fresh metallic iron; minimum doping mole fraction of one oxide to inhibit iron whiskers growth ( NAO ) is related to its cation radius ( r:+ ) and its extranuclear electronic layers(nAD ), which can be expressed as NAO = 1.3 × 10^-5r^2AD,√nA^2. 展开更多
