为了研究毫秒量级脉宽激光与半导体材料的相互作用机理,建立了一维有限元模型,对长脉冲激光与硅相互作用的气化现象进行了数值模拟。在计算中,利用热焓法处理了固-液相变过程,并根据热流方程考虑了气化产生的能量损失。在入射激光功率... 为了研究毫秒量级脉宽激光与半导体材料的相互作用机理,建立了一维有限元模型,对长脉冲激光与硅相互作用的气化现象进行了数值模拟。在计算中,利用热焓法处理了固-液相变过程,并根据热流方程考虑了气化产生的能量损失。在入射激光功率密度相同的条件下,定量地描绘了不同脉宽激光辐照材料的温度分布,前表面的温度历史,以及气化速度和气化深度,并估算出气化深度为0.5μm时,物质蒸汽使激光产生光学自聚焦现象的激光功率阈值仅为0.2 W,此阈值远小于长脉冲激光的功率。因此,在长脉冲激光与硅材料相互作用过程中,气化的物质蒸汽会使后续激光产生光学自聚焦现象。得到的结果可为长脉冲激光的应用提供理论依据。 展开更多

在实验室条件下,考察了NaOH固相处理用于互花米草中温干式发酵以及一次发酵后沼渣二次发酵的预处理方式的可行性,从产气特性、物质转化等角度进行了系统的分析.结果表明,NaOH处理对互花米草中温干式发酵产气未表现出促进作用,干物质(TS... 在实验室条件下,考察了NaOH固相处理用于互花米草中温干式发酵以及一次发酵后沼渣二次发酵的预处理方式的可行性,从产气特性、物质转化等角度进行了系统的分析.结果表明,NaOH处理对互花米草中温干式发酵产气未表现出促进作用,干物质(TS)产气量为358.94 mL/g,仅为CK的92.42%,但甲烷平均含量提高了1.84%;互花米草一次发酵后的沼渣经5%的NaOH溶液固相处理48 h后用于进行中温湿式二次发酵实验,TS产气量为209.73 mL/g,甲烷平均含量为70.78%,厌氧生物转化率仅为23.29%;二次发酵的类型为丙酸型发酵,实验过程中未出现酸化现象;经二次发酵后,纤维素含量大幅降低,木质素被相对浓缩,半纤维素含量稍有增加,FTIR和XRD的结果与常规分析的结果一致.综合以上结果认为,互花米草一次发酵后的沼渣仍具有很大的产气潜力,NaOH可作为其深度气化利用的预处理方式. 展开更多

Experiments were conducted to investigate the behavior of the sequential system of intensified zero-valent iron process(IZVI) and anaerobic filter and biological aerated filter(AF/BAF) reactors for advanced treatment of biologically pretreated coking wastewater. Particular attention was paid to the performance of the integrated system for the removal of chemical oxygen demand(COD), ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N) and total nitrogen(TN). The average removal efficiencies of COD, NH3-N and TN were 76.28%, 96.76% and 59.97%, with the average effluent mass concentrations of 56, 0.53 and 18.83 mg/L, respectively, reaching the first grade of the national discharge standard. Moreover, the results of gas chromatography/mass spectrum(GC/MS) and gel permeation chromatography(GPC) analysis demonstrated that the refractory organic compounds with high relative molecular mass were partly removed in IZVI process by the function of oxidation-reduction, flocculation and adsorption which could also enhance the biodegradability of the system effluent. The removal efficiencies of NH3-N and TN were achieved mainly in the subsequent AF/BAF reactors by nitrification and denitrification. Overall, the results obtained show that the application of IZVI in combination with AF/BAF is a promising technology for advanced treatment of biologically pretreated coking wastewater. 展开更多

During the Asian summer monsoon(ASM)season,the process of stratosphere-troposphere exchange significantly affects the concentration and spatial distribution of chemical constituents in the upper troposphere and lower stratosphere(UTLS).However,the effect of the intensity of the Asian summer monsoon anticyclone(ASMA)on the horizontal distribution of chemical species within and around the ASMA,especially on the daily time scale,remains unclear.Here,the authors use the MERRA-2 reanalysis dataset and Aura Microwave Limb Sounder observations to study the impact of ASMA intensity on chemical distributions at 100 hPa during the ASM season.The intraseasonal variation of ASMA is classified into a strong period(SP)and weak period(WP),which refer to the periods when the intensity of ASMA remains strong and weak,respectively.The relatively low ozone(O_(3))region is found to be larger at 100 hPa during SPs,while its mixing ratio is lower than during WPs in summer.In June,analysis shows that the O_(3) horizontal distribution is mainly related to the intensity of AMSA,especially during SPs in June,while deep convections also impact the O_(3) horizontal distribution in July and August.These results indicate that the intraseasonal variation of the ASMA intensity coupled to deep convection can significantly affect the chemical distribution in the UTLS region during the ASM season. 展开更多
