虹吸管内气团流流型时流动压降计算

针对非驼峰式正虹吸管道进行了系列试验,量测了不同安装高度、不同水头差时管内呈现气团流流型时的过流能力、截面含气率和水平管道压降。试验结果表明,气团流流型下虹吸管道水平管路压降随安装高度的增大而减小,不能按照单一液相有压... 针对非驼峰式正虹吸管道进行了系列试验,量测了不同安装高度、不同水头差时管内呈现气团流流型时的过流能力、截面含气率和水平管道压降。试验结果表明,气团流流型下虹吸管道水平管路压降随安装高度的增大而减小,不能按照单一液相有压管流直接采用达西公式计算气团流流型时的管道压降。基于试验结果分析了影响气团流流动压降的因素,结果表明管内流速减小不是导致压降减小的唯一因素,气体的存在及截面含气率大小对流动沿程阻力系数λ影响不可忽略,不能直接采用单一液相流动沿程阻力系数计算管道压降。通过量纲分析法得出影响气团流流动压降的无量纲关系式,应用数值分析法对试验数据进行分析,推导出适用于虹吸管内气团流流型、安装高度不大于8m的水平管段压降算公式,经检验公式计算误差小于±7%。 展开更多

该文针对非驼峰式正虹吸管道进行了系列试验,量测了不同安装高度、不同水头差时管内呈现气团流流型时的过流能力和截面含气率。试验结果表明,气团流流型下虹吸管道过流能力随虹吸管安装高度的增大而减小,不能采用常规有压管流公式计算... 该文针对非驼峰式正虹吸管道进行了系列试验,量测了不同安装高度、不同水头差时管内呈现气团流流型时的过流能力和截面含气率。试验结果表明,气团流流型下虹吸管道过流能力随虹吸管安装高度的增大而减小,不能采用常规有压管流公式计算气团流流型时虹吸管过流能力。基于试验结果分析了影响气团流过流能力的因素,结果表明气体存在对流动沿程阻力系数影响不可忽略,过流能力计算时不能直接采用单一液相流动沿程阻力系数。不同安装高度时虹吸管内过流面积减小不是导致输水流量减小的唯一因素,除了考虑过流面积减小对过流量的影响外,还应考虑含气率大小引起的μ_0或λ变化对流量的影响。结合试验结果和数值分析,推导出适用于气团流流型下伪空化现象明显、安装高度不大于8 m的水平管段较长考虑含气率大小的虹吸管流量系数计算公式,修正和完善了有压管流过流能力计算公式,经检验公式计算误差小于±7%。 展开更多

通过对虹吸式输水管道输水能力的试验研究,观测到不同安装高度下的气液两相流现象。量测了不同安装高度相应水位差下的流量的大小,并分析了流量变化规律。研究发现,随着安装高度的增大,虹吸管内气液两相流流型由气泡流转化为气团流。分... 通过对虹吸式输水管道输水能力的试验研究,观测到不同安装高度下的气液两相流现象。量测了不同安装高度相应水位差下的流量的大小,并分析了流量变化规律。研究发现,随着安装高度的增大,虹吸管内气液两相流流型由气泡流转化为气团流。分析原因发现在安装高度h_s=2 m时,流量减小率与面积减小率相等,表明气液两相流时过流面积小于液相满流时过流面积是流量的减小的主要原因;当安装高度h_s>2 m时,流量减小率与面积减小率相差较大,表明流量的减小不仅与面积变化有关,还应与沿程阻力系数有关。掺气浓度的增大使管内压降增大,压降的增大导致了管内阻力增大,从而使沿程阻力系数增大,而导致流量减小。 展开更多

为明确二氧化碳水合物在间歇流条件下的生成形态与堵塞机理,采用高压可视实验环路进行了气团流及段塞流体系下的二氧化碳水合物的生成实验,分析了气团流与段塞流下二氧化碳水合物生成及堵塞形态图像。结果表明:气团流下水合物主要生成... 为明确二氧化碳水合物在间歇流条件下的生成形态与堵塞机理,采用高压可视实验环路进行了气团流及段塞流体系下的二氧化碳水合物的生成实验,分析了气团流与段塞流下二氧化碳水合物生成及堵塞形态图像。结果表明:气团流下水合物主要生成位置为管道顶部,以持续增长的水合物层的形式逐步减小环路流通面积,最终导致堵塞;段塞流下水合物在液相及管道顶部均有大量生成,但受制于大流量的冲刷,顶部水合物层无法长期存在,破碎落入液相主体中,导致液相主体黏度上升,流动阻力增大,流速下降,进而为液相中絮状水合物的并聚成块提供条件,液相中水合物的不断聚集是段塞流下水合物堵管的主要原因。此外,段塞流下生成的中空水合物球体是一种特殊的水合物形态,这类水合物多形成于液塞区与液膜区交界处。由于其内包裹着气体,故而会浮于液相空间上部,也会受扰动而破碎成片状水合物,但都无法在顶部空间聚集紧实形成致密水合层。 展开更多

The Williamson-Hall and uniaxial compression methods were used to study the variations of the micro-strain and stress-strain relations in WC powders after jet milling and ball milling, respectively. The rupture behavior of agglomerates in WC powders was investigated. Meanwhile, the as-obtained WC powders treated by different milling methods were used to fabricate WC-10%Co cemented carbides, followed by the performance assessment of cemented carbides. The results show that the micro-strain of the jet-milled WC powders decreases significantly compared with that of the ball-milled WC powders, and that the cemented carbides prepared by jet-milled WC powders exhibit excellent properties with a transverse-rupture strength of 4260 MPa, due to the elimination of agglomerates and the reduction of lattice strain. 展开更多

In this paper, time and space distribution regularity of meso-scale heavy rains in five selected typhoons which landed at Fujian from 1996 to 1998 has been analyzed. Besides, with hourly digitized satellite infrared imagery, the features of the mesoscale are revealed for the genesis and evolution of mesoscale convective systems in typhoons. It indicates that the intensity of mesoscale storms is closely connected with the temperature and the area of the coldest cloud cluster. The heavy rainfall usually emerges on the eastern side of the mesoscale convective cloud clusters, where the cloud mass is developing and with a dense gradient and big curvature of isoline of the cloud top temperature. 展开更多

Based on conventional meteorological observation data, NECP 1°×1° reanalysis data, precipitation data from automatic weather stations on the ground, FY- 2E satellite cloud images, and so forth, the circulation background, formation mechanism and features of a satellite cloud image of a local heavy rainstorm process in Shandong Province during August 8-9 in 2010 were analyzed. The results showed that the slow eastward movement of short-wave trough at middle and high latitudes, the stable maintenance of the subtropical high and ground cyclone, and the strong development of extra low-level southeast flow were large-scale circulation back- grounds of occurrence of the rainstorm; the rainstorm generated under the effects of mesoscale echo clusters or echo belts and mesoscale convective cloud clusters; precipitation mainly happened in periods when convective cloud clusters generated, developed and matured, and short-time heavy precipitation mainly appeared in the west, southwest and south of convective cloud clusters; extra low-level southeast flow was very conducive to the occurrence of short-time heavy precipitation; mesoscale convective systems rose in the whole troposphere, and the constant enhancement of low-level θse frontal zone provided favorable unstable energy for the occurrence of convective heavy rainfall. 展开更多

An enhancement on the electrocatalytic activity of the palladium nanoparticles toward H2O2 reduction was observed, which was related to the coverage of the carbon nanoparticles. Both of Typhoon Winnie (9711) and Matsa (0509) underwent an extratropical transition (ET) process when they moved northward after landfall and affected Liaodong Peninsula. However, Matsa produced half as much rainfall as Winnie, although it struck Liaodong Peninsula directly while Winnie passed through the Bohai Sea. The relations between the ET processes and the precipitation over Liaodong Peninsula are examined. The result shows that the precipitation difference between Winnie and Matsa was closely related to the interactions between the westerly systems and typhoons during their ET processes. Winnie was captured by the upper westerly trough and then coupled with it when moving to the mid-latitudes, and the positive anomaly of moist potential vorticity (MPV) was transported downward from the upper troposphere over the remnant circulation of the tropical cyclone (TC). It was favorable to the interaction between tropical warm and wet air and westerly cold air, causing convective cloud clusters to form and develop. The rain belt composed of several meso-β cloud clusters over the Liaodong Peninsula, resulting in heavy rainfall. On the other hand, Matsa did not couple with any upper trough during its ET process and the positive anomaly of MPV in the upper troposphere and its downward transfer were weak. Only one meso-β cloud cluster occurred in Matsa’s rain belt during its ET process that tended to lessen rainfall over Liaodong Peninsula. 展开更多

We calculated the fractal dimensions Db of the perimeter of tropical cyclone(TC)Dan based on the satellite GMS-5 infrared sensor images from 1800 UTC,1 October 1999 to 1200 UTC,9 October 1999.The fractal dimensions Db were used to characterize objectively the temporal change of TC complex structure.Our results show that the change of fractal dimension during TC Dan motion can be divided into three stages.The statistically significant difference does not exist either between Dm1 and DL or between Dm3 and DL,but it exists between Dm2 and DL,where Dmi denotes the mean value of Db in i-th stage(i=1,2 and3);DL denotes Lovejoy’s fractal dimension calculated based on satellite and radar data within the size range(1–1.2×106 km2),which is used as a"normal value"of the fractal dimension of the cumulus cloud perimeter for the global tropical region.TC Dan turns to the north from the west abruptly at the end of the second stage.The emergence of the second stage with high fractal dimensions may be viewed as a possible premonition for the track turning.Our results also show that there are two kinds of processes resulting in the translation from the first stage to the second stage.One is the interaction of TC circulation and an adjacent small scale convective cloud cluster,causing to the complexity increase of a local segment of the perimeter.The other includes the fragmentation of a strong convective area within the TC inner region,the self-organization of the small strong convective cloud clusters,the emergence,development,and merger of the small scale non-convective holes,and the formation of a gap of the perimeter,causing to the complexity increase of the whole TC perimeter. 展开更多
