在气体辅助成型工艺中,常常遇到一种缺陷是'气指',气泡穿过气道形成指状分支,严重的'气指'会降低注塑件的强度,造成气辅成型技术的失败,或者不能发挥气辅成型技术的优势。为了消除或减少这种缺陷的产生,本文采用数值模... 在气体辅助成型工艺中,常常遇到一种缺陷是'气指',气泡穿过气道形成指状分支,严重的'气指'会降低注塑件的强度,造成气辅成型技术的失败,或者不能发挥气辅成型技术的优势。为了消除或减少这种缺陷的产生,本文采用数值模拟方法和正交试验方法对气辅成型制品'气指'缺陷进行了研究。研究了对'气指'缺陷影响最重要的6个工艺参数:熔体短射量、气体注射延迟时间、气体注射压力、模具温度、熔体温度以及气体注射时间对气辅成型制品'气指'缺陷的影响关系。结果表明,影响'气指'最重要的工艺参数依次是气体注射延迟时间、熔体温度和气体注射压力。因此优先选择合理的延时,熔体温度和注气压力参数尤为重要,为控制气指行为建议在相同熔体温度下适当延长气体注射延迟时间。 展开更多

多筋梳形件具有多加强筋及中空的复杂结构,传统注射成型难以获得良好的成型效果,故通常采用气辅成型作为制造工艺。然而,复杂结构下的气辅成型将产生气指缺陷,严重制约零件成型质量。以某多筋梳形件小腿靠为研究对象,针对零件气指缺陷,... 多筋梳形件具有多加强筋及中空的复杂结构,传统注射成型难以获得良好的成型效果,故通常采用气辅成型作为制造工艺。然而,复杂结构下的气辅成型将产生气指缺陷,严重制约零件成型质量。以某多筋梳形件小腿靠为研究对象,针对零件气指缺陷,基于对产品的结构设计和成型技术方法的分析,对气指缺陷的形成原因进行了理论分析;基于Moldflow软件建立了小腿靠有限元模型,对气指形成进行有限元分析;基于薄化壁厚原则,改进了主体壁厚和加强筋壁厚,并提出了火山口减胶方案。结果表明,随着主体壁厚和加强筋壁厚的减少,气指缺陷得到改善。采用火山口减胶方案可在消除气指缺陷的基础上避免大面积减薄。试模验证了局部减薄可加快零件冷却,形成有效冻结层,从而消除气指缺陷。 展开更多

[Objective] The experiment aimed to study chromatographic fingerprint in volatile components of acacia honey and provide scientific evaluation and effective control on quality of acacia honey.[Method] Using solid-phase microextraction method to separate and detect volatile components and construct chromatographic fingerprint.[Result] The honey was preheated for 15 min in water bath at 40 ℃ and solid-phase microextraction 85 μmPA was used to extract in overhead air about 30 min,then put it into the injector and desorpted 3 min,which is in 230 ℃.The Supelco WaxTM10 30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm column and gradient heating program was the best method to separate volatile components from honey.83 fingerprint peaks were constructed,among which 17 common fingerprint peaks were comprised of chromatographic fingerprint of volatile components of acacia honey.[Conclusion] The chromatographic fingerprint could provide reference for quality control of acacia honey. 展开更多

Climatic Factors for Limiting Northward Distribution of Eight Temperate Tree Species in Eastern North America 被引量:3

Eight temperate deciduous tree species, Acer rubrum L., A. saccharinum L., A. saccharum Marsh., Belluta alleghaniensis Britton., Fraxinus nigra Marsh., Quercus rubra L., Titia americana L., and Ulmus americana L. in eastern North America, were selected to explore relationship between the northward distribution of temperate tree species and climatic factors. For each species, more than 30 sites at their north limits of distribution were obtained from their distribution maps, and 11 climatic indices at the north limits were computed. The standardized standard deviation (SD) method, which compares the magnitude of variance of climatic indices, was used to detect which climatic parameter was the most important for explaining northward distribution of these species. We presume that the climatic parameter that has the smallest variance at the north limit would be assigned as the dominant climatic factor for limiting the distribution of this species. The results derived from the standardized SD method indicated that the SD value of warmth index (WI) and/or annual biotemperature (ABT) were the smallest among the 11 climatic indices. Since both WI and ABT represent growing season temperature, it suggested that growing season temperature was the most important climatic factor for explaining the northward distribution of these temperate tree species. The relationships between several climatic indices, WI, coldness index (CI), annual precipitation (AP), annual range of temperature (ART) and humid/arid index were also analyzed. As a result, at the north limits of all these species, both WI and CI decreased with an increase of AP, and CI increased with an increase of ART. Besides growing season temperature, precipitation and climatic continentality also have influence on the northward distribution of the temperate trees in eastern North America. 展开更多

Based on the analysis of monitoring data on six pollution indexes of SO2, NO2, CO, O3, PM10 and PM2.5 from 53 monitoring points in 7 cities, including Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, etc., from April 8 of 2014 to July 23 of 2014, this article adopted Pearson correlation coefficient method to determine the relevance among each pollutant of these cities with the help of SPSS. The results showed that such three leading indexes as SO2, PM10 and PM2.5 had strong correlation in Beijing, Tianjin and main cities of Hebei. Finally, some suggestions and preventive measures for the cooperative governance of air pollution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region were put forward, hoping this can help them. 展开更多

Seasonal Dynamics of Terrestrial Net Primary Production in Response to Climate Changes in China 被引量:32

Study on seasonal responses of terrestrial net primary production (NPP) to climate changes is to help understand feedback between climate systems and terrestrial ecosystems and mechanisms of increased NPP in the northern middle and high latitudes. In this study, time series dataset of normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) and corresponding ground-based information on vegetation, climate, soil, and solar radiation, together with an ecological process model, were used to explore the seasonal trends of terrestrial NPP and their geographical differences in China from 1982 to 1999. As the results,. seasonal total NPP in China showed a significant increase for all four seasons (spring, summer, autumn and winter) during the past 18 years. The spring NPP indicated the largest increase rate, while the summer NPP was with the largest increase in magnitude. The response of NPP to climate changes varied with different vegetation types. The increased NPP was primarily led by an advanced growing season for broadleaf evergreen forest, needle-leaf evergreen forest, and needle-leaf deciduous forest, whilst that was mainly due to enhanced vegetation activity (amplitude of growth cycle) during growing season for broadleaf deciduous forest, broadleaf and needle-leaf mixed forest, broadleaf trees with groundcover, perennial grasslands, broadleaf shrubs with grasslands, tundra, desert, and cultivation. The regions with the largest increase in spring NPP appeared mainly in eastern China, while the areas with the largest increase in summer NPP occurred in most parts of Northwestern China, Qinghai-Xizang Plateau, Mts. Xiaoxinganling-Changbaishan, Sanjiang Plain, Songliao Plain, Sichuan Basin, Leizhou Peninsula, part of the middle and lower Yangtze River, and southeastern mountainous areas of China. In autumn, the largest NPP increase appeared in Yunnan Plateau-Eastern Xizang and the areas around Hulun Lake. Such different ways of the NPP responses depended on regional climate attributes and their changes. 展开更多

[Result] The factors significantly related to the area attacked by rice plan-thopper were selected. Two types of prediction models were established. One was for Sogatella furcifera (Horvath), based on Atlantic-Europe circulation pattern W in October in that year, Pacific polar vortex area index in October in that year, North America subtropical high index in August in that year, Atlantic-Europe circulation pattern W in June in that year, northern boundary of North America subtropical high in February in that year, Atlantic-Europe polar vortex intensity index in October in that year and Asia polar vortex intensity index in November in the last year; the other type of prediction models were for Nilaparvata lugens (Stal), based on the Eastern Pacific subtropical high intensity index in July in that year, northern hemi- sphere polar vortex area index in October in the last year, Asia polar vortex strength index in November in the last year, north boundary of North America-At- lantic subtropical high in September in that year, north boundary of North Africa-At- lantic-North America subtropical high in January in that year, sunspot in September of the last year and eastern Pacific subtropical high area index in September in that year. [Objective] This study aimed to investigate the effects of different padding on ammonia concentration in broiler house and growth performance and blood indi- cators of broilers. [Method] A total of 480 one-day-old 817 broilers were selected. They were randomly divided into four groups with different paddings, and each group was in triplicate. The weights of broilers and feed were weighed weekly. The growth performance of broilers was determined. On day 30, the ammonia concentra- tions in broiler houses were determined. On day 35, 6 broilers were randomly se- lected from each group, and their vein blood was sampled. In the sampled vein blood, the concentrations of ammonia, glucose, globulin, serum total protein and urea nitrogen were determined. [Result] There were significant differences in ammo- nia concentration among broiler houses laid with different paddings (P〈0.05). The ammonia concentration in group 1 was significantly lower than those in group 3 and group 4 (P〈0.05). No significant difference was found in ammonia concentrations in broiler houses between group 2 and group 3 (P〉0.05). The ammonia concentration in group 4 was significantly higher than those in group1, group 2 and group 3 (,0〈 0.05). There were also significant differences in blood indicators among different groups (P〈0.05). The blood ammonia, blood glucose and serum urea nitrogen con- centrations in group 1 were significantly lower than those in other groups (P〈0.05), the serum total protein concentration was significantly higher than those in group 3 and group 4 (P〈0.05), and the serum globulin concentration was significantly higher than those in group 2, group 3 and group 4 (P〈0.05). Significant differences were observed in feed intake, body weight gain and slaughter weight between different groups (P〈0.05), but there were no significant differences in feed to grain ratio (P〉 0.05). [Conclusion] Under the experimental conditions, the padding of Chinese medicine residue showed better effect on reducing ammonia concentration in broiler house, which was conducive to play of production potential of broilers. 展开更多

The results showed that the most comfortable month for travelling in this region is May and September. From east to west, the climatic comfort of such a section is decreasing.
