在触控产品的制作过程中,气泡线不良严重影响着产品的外观品质.本文从气泡线的产生机理入手进行研究,发现该不良是由贴附偏光片时传感器保护层有机膜段差处与偏光片之间残留气泡导致.本文从设计面、工艺面对气泡线的影响因子进行了研究... 在触控产品的制作过程中,气泡线不良严重影响着产品的外观品质.本文从气泡线的产生机理入手进行研究,发现该不良是由贴附偏光片时传感器保护层有机膜段差处与偏光片之间残留气泡导致.本文从设计面、工艺面对气泡线的影响因子进行了研究,实验发现有机膜边界设计位置、有机膜厚度、偏光片贴附相关工艺以及偏光片中PSA厚度对气泡线不良影响显著.其中有机膜边界设计位置远离显示区,降低有机膜与偏光片交叠宽度,可以使脱泡时气泡更容易排出而改善气泡线不良;降低有机膜厚度,可以减少偏光片贴附时有机膜断差位置气泡积累而改善气泡线不良;偏光片贴附相关工艺中增加贴附压力、降低贴附速度、增加脱泡时间,可以减少气泡积累以及增加排出而改善气泡线不良;增加偏光片中PSA胶层的厚度,可以在偏光片贴附时获得更大的弹性及压入量,减少气泡的积累而改善气泡线不良.研究结果表明,以上改善方法均能有效降低气泡线的发生率,实际生产时可采用组合对策,避免气泡线不良的发生. 展开更多

结合实际生产分析了药用玻璃管上气泡线缺陷产生的各种原因及特征,并提出了相应的解决措施。特别是在以芒硝作为高温澄清剂的药用玻璃生产过程中,澄清之后的冷却、均化阶段一定要保持氧化性气氛,尤其是在工作池部位,否则极易出现二次气泡。

Effects of the profile of a supercavitating vehicle's front-end on supercavity generation 被引量:2

The authors designed three different front profiles for supercavitating vehicles based on cavity theory and the Granville streamlined equation are designed. Experiments were done using these front profiles in the Northwestern Polytechnical University high-speed water tunnel. The experiments indicated that the critical volume of gas required for supercavitation is affected by the axial distribution of the front-end's slope. The experimental data showed critical gas flow rates required for the three designs were less than rood-l, with the greatest decrease 24%. The experimental results also showed the supercavitation generation speeds of the models were faster than mod-1 by up to 32.4%. This verifies that the front profile of a supercaviting vehicle effects supercavity generation speed and critical gas flow rates. The smaller the changes in axial distribution of pressure, the higher the supercavity generation speed. The smaller the changes in curvature distribution of axial, the smaller the critical gas flow rates. 展开更多

Porcine respiratory disease complex (PRDC) is a serious health problem that mainly affects growing and finishing pigs. PRDC is caused by a combination of viral and bacterial agents, such as porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV), swine influenza virus (SIV), Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (Myh), Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (APP), Pasteurella multocida and Porcine circovirus 2 (PCV2). To characterize the specific role of swine influenza virus in PRDC presentation in Colombia, 11 farms from three major production regions in Colombia were examined in this study. Nasal swabs, bronchial lavage and lung tissue samples were obtained from animals displaying symptoms compatible with SIV. Isolation of SIV was performed in 9-day embryonated chicken eggs or Madin-Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK) cells. Positive isolates, identified via the hemagglutination inhibition test, were further analyzed using PCR. Overall, 7 of the 11 farms were positive for SIV. Notably, sequencing of the gene encoding the hemagglutinin (HA) protein led to grouping of strains into circulating viruses identified during the human outbreak of 2009, classified as pandemic H1N1-2009. Serum samples from 198 gilts and multiparous sows between 2008 and 2009 were obtained to determine antibody presence of APP, Myh, PCV2 and PRRSV in both SIV-H1Nlp-negative and -positive farms, but higher levels were recorded for SIV- HI Nlp-positive farms. Odds ratio (OR) and P values revealed statistically significant differences (p〈0.05) in PRDC presentation in gilts and multiparous sows of farms positive for SIV-HINlp. Our findings indicate that positive farms have increased risk of PRDC presentation, in particular, PCV2, APP and Myh. 展开更多

A model is developed to calculate the distribution of first-order velocity field caused by the coupled bubbles in an ultrasound field. Using this model, numerical investigations of velocity field have been made when the two identical bubbles are driven well below resonance by an acoustic field with pressure amplitude exceeding cavitation threshold. Three representative kinestates of the coupled bubbles were chosen for analyzing the velocity distribution of surrounding liquid. The results show that the nonlinear oscillations of a bubble pair affect violently the radial velocity distribution of surrounding liquid, especially in the expanding phase. Symmetry of the tangential velocity distribution implies a possibility of attraction or repulsion of the bubble pairs. 展开更多

Experimental results showed that there are a few Xenon atom bubbles connected by the dislocation line in the UO2+x nuclear fuel, and the largest radius of bubbles is about 45 nm. This phenomenon is in contrast to traditional bubble formation mechanism. This phenomenon is very important in understanding the properties of nuclear fuel. In this work, we apply a time- dependent microscopic atom transport equation and take into account stress coherent potential in the boundary of the dislocation. Using the equation, we numerically solved the stress coherence effect and studied the transfer properties of Xenon atoms along the dislocation line. Our numerical results show that the transport of the Xenon atoms along the dislocation changes nonlinearly with the external driving energy, and reaches at the saturation values. It explains the growth limit of Xenon atom bubbles that is in agreement with the experiment results. 展开更多

Two-phase statically stable foam flow was used as a heat transfer fluid. Heat exchanger model consisted of staggered tube bank. Experimental results are presented with the focus on influence of tube position in the line of the bank, volumetric void component and velocity of gas component of the foam. The phenomena of liquid draining in cellular foam flow and its influence on heat transfer rate has also been discussed. The experi- mental results have been generalized by relationship between Nusselt, Reynolds and Prandtl numbers. 展开更多
