随着用户对飞行气象情报的时效性与规范性的需求日益增长,飞行气象情报发布与交换不正常情况更要引起我们的重视与警惕,本文主要对2020年飞行气象情报交换不正常情况按错报类型进行统计,并选取典型事件进行原因分析,原因主要有人员对规...随着用户对飞行气象情报的时效性与规范性的需求日益增长,飞行气象情报发布与交换不正常情况更要引起我们的重视与警惕,本文主要对2020年飞行气象情报交换不正常情况按错报类型进行统计,并选取典型事件进行原因分析,原因主要有人员对规章要求不熟悉、发报转报系统安全管控力量不足、人员安全意识薄弱等;此外还对七个地区中心的错报情况进行分别统计,给出不同地区之间的差异,并根据客观结果给出相关建议,倡导民航气象系统各单位共同努力,提高飞行气象情报的质量,夯实数据基础,提升民航气象的软实力。With the increasing demand for timeliness and standardization of operational meteorological information from users, abnormal situations in the release and exchange of flight operational meteorological information require our attention and vigilance. This article mainly summarizes the abnormal situations in the exchange of operational meteorological information in 2020 based on the types of false reports, and selects typical events for cause analysis. The main reasons include personnel’s unfamiliarity with regulatory requirements, insufficient security control capabilities in the reporting and transmission system, and weak personnel safety awareness;In addition, separate statistics were conducted on the misreporting situation of seven regional centers, and differences between different regions were given. Based on objective results, relevant suggestions were proposed to encourage all units of the civil aviation meteorological system to work together to improve the quality of flight operational meteorological intelligence, consolidate the data foundation, and enhance the soft power of civil aviation meteorology.展开更多
