三明化工有限责任公司合成氨厂的合成氨生产能力为25万t/a.为保证合成气中惰性气体含量处于适宜范围内,需要不断地排放部分循环气,这部分气体称为合成吹除气.吹除气量约4 000~5 000m3/h,其组分体积分数为H257.28%、N2 19.11%、CH4 16.... 三明化工有限责任公司合成氨厂的合成氨生产能力为25万t/a.为保证合成气中惰性气体含量处于适宜范围内,需要不断地排放部分循环气,这部分气体称为合成吹除气.吹除气量约4 000~5 000m3/h,其组分体积分数为H257.28%、N2 19.11%、CH4 16.92%、Ar 6.91%、NH39%.吹除气除供三聚氰胺及白炭黑生产所需外,其余均作为生活煤气使用.从经济角度讲,由于这些气体经过了多道工序处理,成本较高,作为燃料使用是不合理的.若能回收其中的氢气,经压缩后重返合成系统可增产合成氨1.4~1.6t/h.为此,我厂采用中空纤维膜分离技术回收吹除气中的氢气. 展开更多

Increasing demand is fueling the booming polyurethane industry worldwide. An impeding issue for poly- urethane industry is how to handle the large quantity of hydrogen chloride byproduct generated from the synthesis of intermediates, i.e., isocyanates. In the meantime, the traditional chloro-alkaline process sufibrs both from the high en- ergy intensity of electrolysis method and the disparity in the chlorine and caustic soda market. To solve these prob- lems, the state-of-the-art chlorine recycling technologies are reviewed and compared. Approaches for cost-effective utilization of chlorine in polyurethane industry are investigated. Chinese academies and enterprises' on-going effort on the development of a novel hydrogen chloride oxidation process for the synthesis of chlorine is presented. With this process, the closed loop recycling of chlorine can be realized. Tremendous economic, environmental and social bene- fits can be expected. A wide adoption of this technology will significantly advance the sustainable development of polyurethane industry. 展开更多

Commercial Application of the RAR Sulfur Recovery and Tail Gas Treating Process

The 40kt/a sulfur recovery unit for tail gas treating applying the reduction-absorption-recycling (RAR) technology is aimed at regeneration of the rich amine solution and recovery of sulfur to operate in tandem with the 1.2Mt/a diesel hydrofining unit. The process unit calibration data have revealed that the recovery of total sulfur reaches 99.86%, which is 6.65 percentage points higher than that before application of the RAR technology. The SO2 content in vented tail gas is 0.27 t/d, which is much less than the latest emission standard prescribed by the State. The factors that can affect the unit operation have been analyzed and corresponding measures have been suggested including the necessity to improve the control over the reaction temperature in the tail gas hydrogenation unit. 展开更多
