The effects of pH, temperature, and salinity on k were studied. The k value for phosphine in natural seawater was 6.415 at room temperature (approximately 23℃). This value increases with increases in temperature and salinity, but no obvious change was observed at different pH levels. At the same temperature, there was no significant difference between the k for phosphine in natural seawater and that in artificial seawater. This implies that temperature and salinity are major determining factors for k in marine environment. Double linear regression with Henry's Law constants for phosphine as a function of temperature and salinity confirmed our observations. These results provide a basis for the measurement of trace phosphine concentrations in seawater, and will be helpful for future research on the status of phosphine in the oceanic biogeochemical cycle of phosphorus.展开更多

The results show phosphine exists in all of the samples in Arctic pole biosphere and phosphine concentration in Arctic atmosphere is between 18.54- 132.18 ng/m^3, almost the same as that in Antarctic atmosphere; phosphine concentration in Dalian bay sea surface sediments is between 116. 8- 554.3 ng/kg, almost the same as that reported in Jiao-zhou bay. Our research of phosphine will shed new light on the mechanisms showing how the phosphorus supplement influences the biogeochemical cycle and global warming.展开更多

The introduction of petroleum-system concept shifts the view of geoscientists from geology and geophysics to oil, gas and their related source rocks. After detailed study, two petroleum systems have been identified in the Damintun Depression: (1) the ES42-Ar buried hill petroleum system (called the high-wax oil petroleum system) and (2) the ES41+ES34-ES4 and ES3 petroleum system (called the normal oil petroleum system). Based on the detailed analysis of the basic components, and all the geological processes required to create these elements of the two petroleum systems, it is put forward that targets for future exploration should include the area near Dongshenpu-Xinglongpu and the area near the Anfutun Sag. This provides scientific basis and has theoretical and practical meaning for the exploration and development.展开更多
