Si粉对矾土-氮化硅复合材料“自阻碍氧化”能力的影响

以高铝矾土和氮化硅为主原料,二氧化硅微粉、高铝水泥、α-Al2O3微粉等为辅助原料,Si粉为添加剂,外加定量的水和分散剂配制成70%(质量分数,下同)高铝矾土和10%氮化硅的矾土-氮化硅浇注料,并利用回转抗渣试验研究了不添加与外加2%和4%的S... 以高铝矾土和氮化硅为主原料,二氧化硅微粉、高铝水泥、α-Al2O3微粉等为辅助原料,Si粉为添加剂,外加定量的水和分散剂配制成70%(质量分数,下同)高铝矾土和10%氮化硅的矾土-氮化硅浇注料,并利用回转抗渣试验研究了不添加与外加2%和4%的Si粉对矾土-氮化硅浇注料抗高炉渣(碱度为1.3)侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明,添加Si粉明显改善其抗侵蚀性能,而且随添加量的增加,侵蚀指数显著降低。分析认为:1)矾土-氮化硅材料中非氧化物材料在表层的氧化和相继形成的SiO(g)在表层的沉积,使表面形成致密层,使材料具有"自阻碍氧化"能力;2)Si3N4氧化时,不论是生成SiO2还是SiO气体,均伴随着N2的生成和逸出,不利于材料表层致密度的提高;3)Si的存在不仅增加SiO的生成量,而且消除了N2的生成和排出,大大提高了表层的致密度,显著改善了复合材料的"自阻碍氧化"能力和抗渣铁侵蚀性能。 展开更多

This study aimed to understand the growing development and physiological characteristics of seeds harvested different days after pollination and the seedlings emerged from the seeds of yellow-seeded Brassica napus L..Two yellow-seeded cultivars‘Hongyuan 558’and‘Qinyou 806’were selected in this study,and 50 seeds were collected 30,35,and 40 d after pollination,respectively.The seeds were weighed and placed on filter paper for hydroponic experiments.The seed germination rate was determined 3-5 d later.The physiological indicators including superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),and catalase(CAT)activities and malondialdehyde(MDA)content were measured for the seeds harvested different days after pollination and the 7-day-seedlings emerged from the seeds.The results showed that the seed dry weights and germination rates of both‘Qinyou 806’and‘Hongyuan 558’increased as the days after pollination increased,especially 30-35 d after pollination.The germination rate and dry and fresh weights of the seeds showed no significant differences between the two cultivars,and almost all the seeds germinated 40 d after pollination.As the days after pollination increased,the SOD activities in the seeds of both cultivars first increased and then decreased,reaching their peaks 35 d after pollination,which may be related to encountering adverse stress.The POD activity in the seeds of‘Qinyou 806’kept declining,and that of‘Hongyuan 558’first increased and then decreased,which may be related to the antioxidant mechanism and adaptive regulation.The CAT activities in the seeds of both cultivars first decreased and then increased.The MDA content in the seeds of‘Qinyou 806’first decreased and then increased,while that of‘Hongyuan 558’kept reducing and was the highest in the seeds 30 d after pollination,which indicated‘Hongyuan 558’was mildly affected by the environment and had strong resistance.The activities of SOD and POD in the seedlings of two cultivars that were emerged from the seeds 35-40 d after pollination became weakened,which may be related to their exposure to stress.The CAT activity in the seedlings of‘Hongyuan 558’was generally higher than that of‘Qinyou 806’,indicating that‘Hongyuan 558’had stronger stress resistance.The MDA content in the seedlings emerged from the seeds 35-40 d after pollination showed a decreasing trend,indicating that the seedlings emerged from the seeds harvested at this stage had mild cell membrane damage and enhanced stress resistance.In conclusion,‘Hongyuan 558’had strong environmental adaptability and stress resistance. 展开更多

以板状刚玉、α-Al2O3微粉、石墨、Al粉、Si粉为原料,固定板状刚玉、α-Al2O3微粉、石墨的加入质量分数分别为85%、5%、2%,加入8%(w)不同比例的Al粉和Si粉(Al、Si质量比分别为0∶8、5∶3、3∶5和8∶0),以酚醛树脂为结合剂,制备了低碳Al2... 以板状刚玉、α-Al2O3微粉、石墨、Al粉、Si粉为原料,固定板状刚玉、α-Al2O3微粉、石墨的加入质量分数分别为85%、5%、2%,加入8%(w)不同比例的Al粉和Si粉(Al、Si质量比分别为0∶8、5∶3、3∶5和8∶0),以酚醛树脂为结合剂,制备了低碳Al2O3-C滑板,并研究了该滑板材料于1 500℃保温3 h埋石墨热处理后的热态抗折强度、应力-应变关系和抗热震性,同时分析了其物相组成和显微结构。结果表明,此低碳Al2O3-C滑板材料具有较高的高温强度和优良的抗热震性:当Al、Si质量比从0∶8变为8∶0时,材料在1 400℃的高温抗折强度从10.4 MPa增至32.4 MPa;在6.5 MPa载荷下1 400℃时的最大变形量从215μm降至90μm;1 100℃风冷热震3次后的抗折强度保持率从80%降至65%。这是由于Al、Si在使用的高温下与C、CO和N2反应生成了非氧化物Al4C3、AlN和SiC,这些非氧化物填充在刚玉骨架结构中起增强、增韧作用,有利于提高低碳Al2O3-C滑板材料的高温力学性能。 展开更多

Ultrafine oxide dispersion strengthening(ODS)-Mo and ODS-W alloy powders containing different types of oxide nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by spraying method(solid−liquid mixing method)combined with the reductions with carbon black and hydrogen in sequence.It is concluded that the solution concentration and type of rare earth oxide have no effect on the grain size of ODS-Mo alloy powder,but have obvious effect on that of ODS-W alloy powder.The higher the concentration of rare earth solution is,the smaller the average grain size of ODS-W alloy powder is.Furthermore,compared with doping with CeO_(2),the grain sizes of reduction products of La_(2)O_(3) and Y_(2)O_(3) doped WO_(3) are relatively larger.Compared with the undoped case,there is almost no change for grain size of ODS-Mo alloy powder,while the grain size of ODS-W alloy powder becomes much larger.This is probably due to the appearance of the composite oxide(such as La_(2)WO_(6))formed by the reaction between tungsten oxide and rare earth oxides,which promotes the heterogeneous nucleation and growth of tungsten grains during the reduction process of ODS-W,while there is no complex oxide composed of molybdenum and rare earth oxides in the reduction process of ODS-Mo. 展开更多

AIM:To investigate free-radical scavenger effect of n- acetylcysteine in rats intragastrically fed with ethanol. METHODS:Twenty-four rats divided into three groups were fed with ethanol (6 g/kg/day,Group 1),ethanol and n- acetylcysteine (1 g/kg,Group 2),or isocaloric dextrose (control group,Group 3) for 4 weeks.Then animals were sacrificed under ether anesthesia,and intracardiac blood and liver tissues were obtained.Measurements were made in both serum and homogenized liver tissues. Malondialdehyde (MDA) level was measured by TBARS method.Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels were studied by commercial kits. Kruskal-Wallis test was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS:ALT and AST in Group 1 (154 U/L and 302 U/L, respectively) were higher than those in Group 2 (94 U/L and 155 U/L) and Group 3 (99 U/L and 168 U/L) (P=0.001 for both).Serum and tissue levels of MDA in Group 1 (1.84 nmol/mL and 96 nmol/100 mg-protein) were higher than that in Group 2 (0.91 nmol/mL and 64 nmol/100 mg protein) and Group 3 (0.94 nmol/ml and 49 nmol/100 mg-protein) (P<0.001 for both).On the other hand,serum GSH-Px level in Group 1 (8.21 U/g Hb) was lower than that in Group 2 (16 U/g Hb) and Group 3 (16 U/g-Hb) (P<0.001).Serum and liver tissue levels of SOD in Group 1 (11 U/mL and 26 U/100 rag-protein) were lower than that in Group 2 (18 U/ mL and 60 U/100 mg protein) and Group 3 (20 U/mL and 60 U/100 rag-protein) (P<0.001 for both). CONCLUSION:Ethanol-induced liver damage was associated with oxidative stress,and co-administration of n-acetylolsteine attenuates this damage effectively in rat model. 展开更多

The effects of alkali oxides (Na2O and K2O addition on both the sintering behavior and dielectric properties of Ca-AI-B-Si-O glass/Al2O3 composites were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the increasing amount of alkali oxides in the glass causes the decrease of [SiO4], which results in the decrease of the continuity of glass network, and leads to the decrease of the softening temperature Tf of the samples and the increasing trend of crystallization. And that deduces corresponding rise of densification, dielectric constant, dielectric loss of the low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) materials and the decrease of its thermal conductivity. By contrast, the borosilicate glass/A1203 composites with 1.5% (mass fraction) alkali oxides sintered at 875 ℃ for 30 rain exhibit better properties of a bulk density of 2.79 g/cm3, a porosity of 0.48%, a 2 value of 2.28 W/(m.K), a er value of 7.82 and a tand value of 9.1 × 10-4 (measured at 10 MHz). 展开更多

This study investigated the effect of a chitosan oligosaccharide-Ca complex (COS-Ca) on the depuration of cadmium (Cd) from Chlamys ferrari. After exposure to 0.5 mg L-1 CdCl2 for 3 or 7 d, the scallops were treated by COS-Ca prior to determina-tion of Cd, calcium (Ca) and zinc (Zn) contents, Cd distribution in organs, malondialdehyde (MDA) content and antioxidant variables. Results showed that COS-Ca reduced Cd content in the viscera of the scallops, with highest Cd depuration rate (47%) observed on day 3. The COS-Ca concentration substantially affected Cd depuration, and the exposure to 8.75 mg L-1 COS-Ca led to significantly higher Cd depuration rate compared with those of lower COS-Ca concentrations (1.75, 3.5, 5.25, and 7.00 mg L-1). Distribution analysis of Cd in scallop organs indicated that COS-Ca significantly reduced Cd content in the kidney throughout the 5-d experiment, as well as in the gill during the early stage of Cd depuration. In addition, COS-Ca treatment decreased glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity and MDA content while increasing superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) activities on different days. Our work suggested COS-Ca complex treatment as an effective method for acceleration of Cd depuration from Cd-contaminated bivalves. 展开更多

A solid oxide electrolysis cell(SOEC) is an environmental-friendly device which can convert electric energy into chemical energy with high efficiency. In this paper,the progress on structure and operational principle of an SOEC for co-electrolyzing H2O and CO2to generate syngas was reviewed. The recent development of high temperature H2O/CO2co-electrolysis from solid oxide single electrolysis cell was introduced. Also investigated was H2O/CO2co-electrolysis research using hydrogen electrode-supported nickel(Ni)-yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ)/YSZ/Sr-doped LaMnO3(LSM)-YSZ cells in our group. With 50 % H2O,15.6 % H2and 34.4 % CO2inlet gas to Ni- YSZ electrode,polarization curves(I- U curves) and electrochemical impedance spectra(EIS) were measured at 800 ℃ and 900 ℃. Long-term durability of electrolysis was carried out with the same inlet gas at 900 ℃ and 0.2 A/cm2. In addition,the improvement of structure and development of novel materials for increasing the electrolysis efficiency of SOECs were put forward as well. 展开更多

This article focuses on the current underlying of molecular mechanisms of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ coactivator-1α (PGC-1α) mediated pathway and discuss possible therapeutic benefits of increased mitochondrial biogenesis in compensating for mitochondrial dysfunction and ameliorating aging and aging-related diseases. PGC-1α is the master transcription regulator that stimulates mitochondrial biogenesis, by upregulating nuclear respiratory factors and mitochondrial transcription factor A, leading to increased mitochondrial DNA replication and gene transcription. PGC-1α also regulates cellular oxidant-antioxidant homeostasis by stimulating the gene expression of superoxide dismutase-2, catalase, glutathione peroxidase 1, and uncoupling protein. Recent reports from muscle-specific PGC-1α overexpression underline the benefit of PGC-1α in muscle atrophy and sarcopenia, during which PGC-1α enhanced mitochondrial biogenic pathway and reduced oxidative damage. Thus, PGC-1α seems to have a protective role against aging associated skeletal muscle deterioration. 展开更多

AIM:To investigate the protective effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride post-conditioning in the damage to the barrier function of the small intestinal mucosa caused by limb ischemia-reperfusion(LIR) injury. METHODS:Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups(36 rats each) :the sham-operation group(group S) ,lower limb ischemia-reperfusion group(group LIR) ,and penehyclidine hydrochloride postconditioning group(group PHC) .Each group was divided into subgroups(n=6 in each group) according to ischemic-reperfusion time,i.e.immediately 0 h(T1) ,1 h(T2) ,3 h(T3) ,6 h(T4) ,12 h(T5) ,and 24 h(T6) .Bilateral hind-limb ischemia was induced by rubber band application proximal to the level of the greater trochanter for 3 h.In group PHC,0.15 mg/kg of penehyclidine hydrochloride was injected into the tail vein immediately after 3 h of bilateral hind-limb ischemia.The designated rats were sacrificed at different time-points of reperfusion;diamine oxidase(DAO) ,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,myeloperoxidase(MPO) of small intestinal tissue,plasma endotoxin,DAO,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) ,and interleukin(IL) -10 in serum were detected in the rats. RESULTS:The pathological changes in the small intestine were observed under light microscope.The levels of MPO,endotoxin,serum DAO,and IL-10 at T1-T6,and TNF-αlevel at T1-T4 increased in groups LIR and PHC(P<0.05) compared with those in group S,but tissue DAO and SOD activity at T1-T6 decreased(P<0.05) .In group PHC,the tissue DAO and SOD activity at T2-T6,and IL-10 at T2-T5 increased to higher levels than those in group LIR(P<0.05) ;however,the levels of MPO,endotoxin,and DAO in the blood at T2-T6,and TNF-αat T2 and T4 decreased(P<0.05) . Titanium germanium intermetallics (TixGey)were directly prepared from titanium oxide (TiO2) and germanium oxide(GeO2) powders mixture by using an electrodeoxidation process. The electrochemical experiment was carried out in a molten fluxCaCl2-NaCl at 800℃ with a potential of 3.0 V. The results show that monolithic germanide Ti5Ge3 intermetallic can be directlyproduced from TiO2-GeO2 or CaTiO3-GeO2 precursors (both molar ratios are 5:3), and the obtained Ti5Ge3 powders exhibithomogenous particle structure. In addition, the phase composition of the final product can be dramatically affected by the initialmolar ratio of TiO2 to GeO2. The reaction mechanism of the electrodeoxidation process was discussed based on the experimentalresults. It is suggested that the electrodeoxidation process is an environmentally friendly method for the preparation of Ti-Geintermetallics. 展开更多

AIM:To investigate the relation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) to hypoxia induced factor 1α (HIF-1α) in gastric ischemia. METHODS:The animal model of gastric ischemia reperfusion was established by placing an elastic rubber band on the proximal part of the bilateral lower limb for ligature for 3 h and reperfusion for 0,1,3,6,12 or 24 h. Ischemic post-conditioning,three cycles of 30-s reperfusion and 30-s femoral aortic reocclusion were conducted before reperfusion. Histological and immunohistochemical methods were used to assess the gastric oxidative damage and the expression of HIF1-α in gastric ischemia. The malondialdehyde (MDA) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD),xanthine oxidase (XOD) and myeloperoxidase (MPO) activities were determined by colorimetric assays. RESULTS:Ischemic post-conditioning can reduce post-ischemic oxidative stress and the expression of HIF-1α of gastric tissue resulting from limb ischemia reperfusion injury. MDA,SOD,XOD and MPO were regarded as indexes for mucosal injuries from ROS,and ROS was found to affect the expression of HIF-1α under gastric ischemic conditions. CONCLUSION:ROS affects HIF-1α expression under gastric ischemic conditions induced by limb ischemia reperfusion injury. Therefore,ROS can regulate HIF-1α expression in gastric ischemia. 展开更多

A unique nanocomposite of CeO_(2)nanoparticles and Ce-doped manganese oxide nanofibers having a crystalline cryptomelane-type octahedral molecular sieve(KMn_(8)O_(16)·nH_(2)O,abbreviated as OMS-2)structure(denoted CeO_(2)-CeOMS-2)was prepared by the reaction of Ce(NO_(3))3 and KMnO_(4)at 90°C.CeO_(2)-CeOMS-2 shows extremely high photothermocatalytic activity,very low selectivity for acetaldehyde(an unfavorable byproduct),and excellent durability for ethyl acetate removal under UV-visible-infrared(UV-vis-IR)irradiation.In striking contrast,pure CeO_(2),pure OMS-2,and TiO_(2)(P25)showed much lower photothermocatalytic activities and higher selectivities for acetaldehyde.The CO_(2)production rate within the first five minutes(r CO2)of reaction with CeO_(2)-CeOMS-2 was as high as 1102.5μmol g-1 min-1,which is 137,17,and 30-times higher than those of pure CeO_(2),pure OMS-2,and TiO_(2)(P25),respectively.CeO_(2)-CeOMS-2 also shows good photothermocatalytic activity under vis-IR(λ>420 or 560 nm)irradiation.Further,even under vis-IR(λ>830 nm)irradiation,efficient photothermocatalytic activity was achieved.In addition,the catalytic activity of CeO_(2)-CeOMS-2 is far superior to those of pure CeO_(2)and OMS-2,which is attributed to the fact that Ce doping significantly improves the lattice oxygen activity of OMS-2.The high photothermocatalytic activity of CeO_(2)-CeOMS-2 arises from the synergy between the photocatalytic effect of the CeO_(2)nanoparticles and light-driven thermocatalysis of the Ce-doped OMS-2.The novel photoactivation of Ce-doped OMS-2,which is unlike that of conventional photocatalysis on semiconductor photocatalysts,further promotes the catalytic activity because the surface oxygen activity of Ce-doped OMS-2 is promoted upon UV-vis-IR or vis-IR(λ>560 nm)irradiation. 展开更多

The oxidation behavior at 973 1 273 K and the effect of oxidation on the room temperature tribological properties of hot pressed boron carbide ceramic were investigated. Oxidized samples were studied by X ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscopy. It is demonstrated that the oxidation results in the formation of a thin transparent B 2O 3 film, and the oxide film is severely cracked during cooling due to the thermal expansion mismatch between the oxide film and B 4C substrate. B 2O 3 reacts with moisture in air to form boric acid, which is a kind of solid lubricant. The sliding friction factors of oxidized B 4C pair are about 0.05 0.08, compared to 0.25 0.35 of the as received B 4C pair. When the oxidation temperature is up to 1 273 K, severe unstability and increase of friction factor are observed. Visual inspection of the wear track reveals that the lubricant film is broken and some debris particles occur on and around the rubbing surfaces, because the friction interface is rough by the severe etching of grain boundaries. 展开更多

The effects of Fe2+ on the trimethylamine N-oxide (TMAO) demethylating activity of the Harpadon nehereus kidney extract were studied in this research.The activity of the kidney extract was presumably inhibited by ethylene diamine tetra-acetic acid (EDTA),which indicates that the kidney extract contains an enzyme or enzyme system with metal cations as activator.Activity of the kidney extract was enhanced significantly when Fe2+ was added into the model system in vitro.As the concentration of Fe2+ increased,the decomposing rate of TMAO increased rapidly until TMAO decomposed completely.The activity of the kidney extract was also enhanced by reductant such as ascorbic acid.Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP-AES) was employed to determine the content of total iron in a number of fishery products.Significant positive correlation between the contents of total iron and endogenous formaldehyde (FA) was found,especially in marine products. 展开更多

The microstructure and electrical properties of ZnO-Bi2O3-Yb2O3 based varistor ceramics were investigated with various temperature effects from 900°C to 1050°C.From the results,it was observed that the increase of sintering temperature offers a reduced capacitive effect from 0.460 nF to 0.321 nF.Furthermore,the grain sizes of varistors were varied from 6.8μm to 9.8μm.The consequence of such smaller grain sizes provided a better voltage gradient of about 895 V/mm for the disc sintered at 900°C and fallen drastically to 410 V/mm for the sample sintered at 1050°C.In addition,there was an increase of non-linearity index to a maximum value of 36.0 and reduced leakage current of 0.026 mA/cm2.However,the density of the varistor decreased with an increase of temperature from 5.41 g/cm3 to 5.24 g/cm3.With this base,the influence of varistor capacitance and high voltage gradient were scrutinized and it led an improved transition speed of the varistor assembly from non-conduction to conduction mode during intruding nanosecond transients. 展开更多
