目的:探讨智能氧控技术在呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)早产儿氧疗监护中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1-10月在本院NICU收治的80例胎龄≤36周,需行无创通气的ARDS早产儿为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组各40例,对照组实施常规无创通气,观察组... 目的:探讨智能氧控技术在呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)早产儿氧疗监护中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1-10月在本院NICU收治的80例胎龄≤36周,需行无创通气的ARDS早产儿为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组各40例,对照组实施常规无创通气,观察组在常规无创通气基础上应用智能氧控技术进行参数调节。比较2组的氧疗效果及参数调节情况。结果:观察组早产儿上机24h和48h动脉血PaO_(2)和FiO_(2)指标的控制优于对照组(P<0.05),呼吸机参数调节次数和耗时小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:智能氧控技术应用能更好地控制氧疗指标,降低氧疗并发症风险。 展开更多

It is a great advantage to design advanced materials with outstanding porosity and controllable band gab. In this study, (Fe, Ti)-containing mesoporous silica (x Fe/Ti-HMS) nanoparticles were prepared by a photo-assisted deposition PAD technique, where x is a nominal composition ofFe (l to 4 wt%)). The prepared samples were characterized by DR-UV, XRD, and TEM techniques. The results showed the insertion of Fe into intra-framework of Ti-HMS resulted in a gradual narrowing of the band gap of Ti-HMS samples with increment of Fe wt%. TEM observations reveal that Fe nanoparticles are evenly distributed within Ti-HSM matrix at different Fe wt%. Such results indicate the possibility to control the band gap of a single-site photocatalyst (Ti-HMS) by coupling it with the conventional nano-sized Fe catalysts. 展开更多

The world is experiencing global climate change, and most scientists attribute it to the accumulation in the atmosphere of carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, and chlorofluorocarbons. Because of its enormous emission rate, carbon dioxide (CO2) is the main culprit. Almost all the anthropogenic CO2 emissions come from the burning of fossil fuels for electricity, heat, and transportation. Emissions of COg can be reduced by conservation, increased use of renewable energy sources, and increased efficiencies in both the production of electrical power and the transportation sector. Capture of CO2 can be accomplished with wet scrubbing, dry sorption, or biogenic fixation. After CO2 is captured, it must be transported either as a liquid or a supercritical fluid, which realistically can only be accomplished by pipeline or ship. Final disposal of CO2 will either be to underground reservoirs or to the ocean; at present, the underground option seems to be the only viable one. Various strategies and technologies involved with reduction of CO2 emissions and carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) are briefly reviewed in this paper. 展开更多

This filter work as antireflection coating in the near IR region and also includes a high colored reflectance at a specific wavelength in the visible region, this is to gain an esthetic aspect for the thermal solar collector which can be used as building facades by employing appropriate dielectric materials with high refractive index (H) like SiO2 and low refractive index (L) such as MgF2 which they deposited on glass substrate for quarterwave thickness and for the optical model air//HL//glass. 展开更多

Rational engineering of oxygen vacancy(VO) at atomic precision is the key to comprehensively understanding the oxygen chemistry of oxide materials for catalytic oxidations. Here, we demonstrate that VO can be spatially confined on the surface through a sophisticated surface hydrogen bond(HB) network.The HB network is constructed between a hydroxyl-rich Bi OCl surface and polyprotic phosphoric acid,which remarkably decreases the formation energy of surface VO by selectively weakening the metal–oxygen bonds in a short range. Thus, surface-confined VO enables us to unambiguously distinguish the intrafacial and suprafacial oxygen species associated with NO oxidation in two classical catalytic systems.Unlike randomly distributed bulk VO that benefits the thermocatalytic NO oxidation and lattice O diffusion by the dominant intrafacial mechanism, surface VOis demonstrated to favor the photocatalytic NO oxidation through a suprafacial scheme by energetically activating surface O2, which should be attributed to the spatial confinement nature of surface VO. 展开更多
