探究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)患者在氧浓度测定仪配合无创呼吸机干预的影响。方法 按随机数字表法将我院2022年1月至2022年6月收治的OSAHS患者88例分为对照组及观察组,各44例。对照组予以常规干预,在其基础上观察组予以氧浓度... 探究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)患者在氧浓度测定仪配合无创呼吸机干预的影响。方法 按随机数字表法将我院2022年1月至2022年6月收治的OSAHS患者88例分为对照组及观察组,各44例。对照组予以常规干预,在其基础上观察组予以氧浓度测定仪配合无创呼吸机干预。比较两组干预疗效、睡眠监测指标及炎性指标水平。结果 相较于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率较高,有差异(P<0.05);相比于对照组,观察组脉搏血氧饱和度(MSpO2)、最低血氧饱和度(LSpO2)较高,氧减指数(ODI)、呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)较低,有差异(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血清白介素-6(IL-6)水平均较低,有差异(P<0.05)。结论 OSAHS患者在氧浓度测定仪配合无创呼吸机干预下获得较好的临床效果,有助于提升患者睡眠各指标水平,降低炎症因子水平,对改善患者预后具有重要作用,值得推广应用。 展开更多

目的检测新生儿头罩吸氧时不同供氧流量下患儿血液中二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)与吸入氧浓度(FIO2)的变化关系,分析得出新生儿安全头罩用氧的规律。方法调节氧气流量,测定在不同流量下新生儿头罩内FIO2。结果氧气流量在3 L/min以下时,3组FIO2... 目的检测新生儿头罩吸氧时不同供氧流量下患儿血液中二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)与吸入氧浓度(FIO2)的变化关系,分析得出新生儿安全头罩用氧的规律。方法调节氧气流量,测定在不同流量下新生儿头罩内FIO2。结果氧气流量在3 L/min以下时,3组FIO2均小于35%,中小号头罩组有CO2潴留;氧流量在3~5 L/min时,中小号头罩组FIO2为35%左右,大号头罩组FIO2接近30%,小号头罩组有CO2潴留;氧流量在5~7 L/min时,中小头罩组FIO2为40%~50%,大号头罩组FIO2接近40%,3组均无CO2潴留;氧流量大于7 L/min时,3组FIO2均在50%以上,无CO2潴留。结论纯氧下,选择流量在3~5 L/min,选择大中号头罩吸氧相对安全。对于没有空氧混合仪及氧浓度检测设备的基层医院进行氧气治疗有一定指导作用。 展开更多

Effect of Different Sources of Dietary Fibre on Oxidative Stress in Laboratory Rats

The objective of the present study was to determine the effect of different sources of dietary fibre on the oxidative stress induced by a high fat diet in laboratory rats. Thirty two laboratory rats were penned individually and divided into four groups: CONT (high fat diet), G (70 g guar gum/kg), P (70 g apple pectin/kg) and WB (155 g wheat bran/kg). After 11 or 13 days of treatment DNA damage of blood leukocytes was measured by Comet assay and lipid peroxidation was studied by determining the malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration in liver and in urine. In comparison with group CONT, the degree of DNA damage was significantly lower in group WB. In groups G and P DNA damage was also reduced but not significantly. Similar results were also obtained for the liver MDA concentration. All three studied groups showed reduced liver MDA concentrations but only group WB was significant compared to group CONT. In comparison with group CONT, the groups WB and P had significantly reduced 24-hour urine MDA excretion, hut not group G. The results of the experiment confirmed that wheat bran intake effectively reduces oxidative stress induced by a high fat diet. 展开更多

Peroxy radicals (ROx) concentrations were measured by Peroxy Radical Chemical Amplifier (PERCA) technique during the field campaign RISFEX 2003 (RiShifi Fall Experiment 2003), which was performed in September 2003 at Rishiri island (45.07 N, 141.12 E, and 35 m asl) in the sea of Japan. The concentrations of nighttime ROx radicals had temporal variations around an average of 7.9±5.8 (1σ) pptv and showed a positive correlation with the summed mixing ratio of four monoterpene species. Model calculations suggested that local nighttime ROx radicals were dominated by the reactions of monoterpene with ozone (03) and nitrate radical (NO3), contributing ca. 76% and 19%, respectively. The comparisons between the observed ROx and ones modeled had implied that the current model may be overestimated the yields of peroxy radicals from the reactions of monoterpenes with ozone and an important source of peroxy radicals was possibly missed.
