硫化锌精矿氧压酸浸渣中综合回收硫的工艺研究

对锌精矿氧压酸浸渣中硫的回收进行了研究,选择不燃不爆的有机试剂A作萃硫剂,在加热条件下,浸渣中的硫溶解于有机试剂A中,冷却后析出单质硫。当液固比为8∶1,≥110℃加热6~8min,硫回收率达98.5%,纯度>99.5%。

锌氧压酸浸渣属于冶炼危废,其安全处置已成为制约锌系统稳定生产的重要因素。为揭示其安全利用的关键技术难题与瓶颈,采用粒度分析仪、X射线荧光分析仪(XRF)、电感耦合原子发射光谱仪(ICPAES)、电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)、高频红... 锌氧压酸浸渣属于冶炼危废,其安全处置已成为制约锌系统稳定生产的重要因素。为揭示其安全利用的关键技术难题与瓶颈,采用粒度分析仪、X射线荧光分析仪(XRF)、电感耦合原子发射光谱仪(ICPAES)、电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)、高频红外碳硫仪、X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)、矿物解离分析仪(MLA)、扫描电镜-能谱(SEM-EDS)连用技术、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)以及傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)分析研究2种典型锌精矿氧压酸浸渣的粒度分布、化学组成、形貌特征和表面元素化学价态以及分子键结构等矿物学特性。采用热分析仪(TG-DSC)和毒性浸出程序(TCLP)分别考察锌氧压酸浸渣的着火性能和短期环境活性等安全属性。研究结果表明:氧压酸浸渣1多呈球块状,平均粒径为22μm,主要物相为单质硫、闪锌矿、黄铁矿、石膏和石英等,其中单质硫质量分数最高,达52%;氧压酸浸渣2外形不规则,平均粒径为86μm,主要物相为单质硫、纤铁矾、硫酸铁、闪锌矿和石膏等,其中单质硫质量分数为33%。锌氧压酸浸渣热稳定性较差,酸浸渣1的着火温度为214~291°C,酸浸渣2的着火温度为213~240°C;锌氧压酸浸中锌和镉元素在弱酸性条件下不稳定,酸浸渣1中锌和镉的浸出量分别超标6.45和2.55倍,酸浸渣2中锌和镉的浸出量分别超标4.37和4.80倍。 展开更多

氧压水浸工艺处理辉钼矿,钼回收率达95%以上,此工艺中,采用氨水浸出氧压水浸渣会导致氨浸渣中存在部分难溶钼酸盐,降低了钼回收率。本文尝试采用NaOH或Na_(2)CO_(3)为浸出介质对氧压水浸渣进行浸出实验,考察浸出剂用量、温度、液固比及... 氧压水浸工艺处理辉钼矿,钼回收率达95%以上,此工艺中,采用氨水浸出氧压水浸渣会导致氨浸渣中存在部分难溶钼酸盐,降低了钼回收率。本文尝试采用NaOH或Na_(2)CO_(3)为浸出介质对氧压水浸渣进行浸出实验,考察浸出剂用量、温度、液固比及浸出时间等参数对钼浸出率的影响,并结合浸出渣的物相组成和热力学分析阐明浸出过程反应机理,得到以下主要结论。辉钼矿氧压水浸渣中含有CaMoO_(4)这一物相,采用NaOH浸出时,无法有效将CaMoO_(4)中的Mo浸出,但Na_(2)CO_(3)浸出时,在温度20℃以上,即可自发实现CaMoO_(4)的分解,且温度越高,分解越容易;采用Na_(2)CO_(3)作为浸出剂时,最佳工艺条件为浸出温度90℃、Na_(2)CO_(3)用量系数1.2、液固比4∶1、浸出时间90 min、搅拌转速400 r/min,此条件下钼浸出率为97.15%;采用NaOH作为浸出剂,最佳工艺条件下的浸出率为93.98%。试验结果表明,采用Na_(2)CO_(3)作为浸出剂可有效提升钼的浸出率。 展开更多

A new technique was developed for the conversion of high titania slag,containing 70%-75% TiO2 and with MgO,FeO,CaO,Al2O3 and SiO2 as main impurities,into a synthetic rutile,90%-95% TiO2,which satisfies the requirements for fluidizing chlorination process with respect to impurity contents.After a pre-oxidation at around 1 042 ℃ and a heat-treatment above 1 510 ℃,the Ti components in high titania slag can be enriched into the rutile phase which can precipitate and grow,and can be separated with dilute hydrochloric and sulfuric acid,respectively.The results show that the average crystal size of rutile phase is over 25 μm,and the synthetic rutile containing more than 95% TiO2 can be produced by selective leaching. 展开更多

To analyze the thermodynamic characteristics of leaching process of converter slag, φ-pH diagram of V-Ti-H2O system at oxygen partial pressure of 0.5 MPa, ionic mass concentration of 0.1 mol/kg and temperatures ranging from 60 to 200 ℃ was obtained by recently published critically assessed standard Gibbs energies and activity coefficients of various species. When pH2, stable regions of V3+, VO2+ and VO2+ exist in the stable region of TiO2. The pH values of stable regions of vanadium and titanium decrease and redox potentials become more positive with the temperature increasing. Vanadium and titanium could be separated by one-step leaching based on thermodynamics. The experiment results of pressure acid leaching of converter slag show that leaching rates of vanadium and titanium are 96.87% and 8.76% respectively, at 140 ℃ of temperature, 0.5 MPa of oxygen partial pressure, 0.055-0.075mm of particle size, 15:1 of liquid to solid ratio, 120 min of leaching time, 500 r/min of stirring speed and 200 g/L of initial acid concentration. Vanadium and titanium could be selectively separated in the pressure acid leaching process, and the experiment result is in agreement with thermodynamic calculation result. 展开更多

H3PO4 oxidation roasting followed by HCl acid leaching was proposed to remove magnesium and calcium from electric furnace titanium slag containing 3.12% MgO and 0.86% CaO. XRF, XRD and SEM techniques were used to characterize the composition, mineral phase component and microstructure of the titanium slag. The H3PO4 oxidation thermodynamic, mineral phase transformation, microstructure, element distribution in titanium slag during H3PO4 oxidation process and leaching process were investigated. The thermodynamic analysis indicated that H3PO4 could promote the decomposition of MgTi2O5 and CaSiO3. The results indicated that H3PO4 could effectively promote the transformation of titanium-bearing mineral to rutile and enrich the impurities in MxTi(3-x)O5 into phosphate which could be removed by acid leaching process. Under the studied conditions, the leaching rates of magnesium and calcium reached 94.68% and 87.19%, respectively. The acid leached slag containing 0.19% MgO and 0.13% CaO(mass fraction) was obtained. 展开更多

A novel process of vanadium extraction from vanadium slag in its molten state was conducted at the laboratory scale by oxidation with pure oxygen in the presence of CaO. The effect of mass ratio of CaO to V2O5 on the recovery of vanadium was studied. The sintered samples were leached by H2SO4 solution and characterized by XRD, XPS, SEM and EDS techniques. Compared with the roasting process, the energy saving effect of the proposed process was also discussed. The results showed that vanadium-rich phases were formed and vanadium mainly existed in the forms of CaV2O5 and Ca2V2O7. The formation mechanism of calcium vanadates in the molten vanadium bearing slag was explained. The XRD and XPS results implied that there was a limit to the oxidation reaction of V(IV) to V(V) under the high temperatures even though oxygen-supply was sufficient. An increase in the CaO content led to an increase in the formation of Ca2V2O7. About 90%of the vanadium recovery was obtained under optimal experiment conditions (mass ratio of CaO to V2O5 of 0.6, particle size 120 to 150μm, leaching temperature 90 °C, leaching time 2 h, H2SO4 concentration 20%, liquid to solid ratio 5:1 mL/g, stirring speed 500 r/min). The energy of 1.85×106 kJ could be saved in every 1000 kg of vanadium bearing slag using the proposed process from the theoretical calculation results. Recovery of vanadium from the molten vanadium bearing slag and utilisation of its heat energy are important not only for saving metal resources, but also for energy saving and emission reduction. 展开更多

However, it is decomposed by sodium carbonate solution during leaching process, leading to the secondary reaction. The extent of secondary reaction and reaction mechanism of calcium aluminate slag were studied using XRD. The results show that the decomposition rate of γ-2CaO·SiO2 increases with the increase in leaching time and sodium carbonate concentration. The main products of secondary reaction are the mixture of hydrogarnet and sodium hydrate alumina-silicate. SiO2 concentration rises firstly and then drops with the increase of leaching temperature. XRD results indicate that the stable product of secondary reaction at low temperature is hydrogarnet. But hydrogarnet is transformed into sodium hydrate alumina-silicate at high temperature. 展开更多
