以正丁胺、苯胺、N,N′-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺、二乙烯三胺4种有机胺与3-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷(γ-三甲)为原料,通过胺化法合成氨烃基硅烷。分析了胺化法制备氨烃基硅烷偶联剂工艺中原料配比、反应时间、温度对氨烃基硅烷偶联剂合成的影响,... 以正丁胺、苯胺、N,N′-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺、二乙烯三胺4种有机胺与3-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷(γ-三甲)为原料,通过胺化法合成氨烃基硅烷。分析了胺化法制备氨烃基硅烷偶联剂工艺中原料配比、反应时间、温度对氨烃基硅烷偶联剂合成的影响,并针对胺盐的分离、回收利用和成品优化提出了建议。结果表明,胺化反应受有机胺自身理化性质影响,高活性有机胺可在有机胺与γ-三甲量之比为3∶1~4∶1时,于胺的沸点温度下反应4~6 h达到反应终点。采用分液、萃取、置换等工艺将胺盐有效分离和回收利用可提高氨烃基硅烷偶联剂的生产效率。 展开更多

A series of aromatic acids has been tested as additives for the platinum-catalyzed hydrosilylation of styrene with triethoxysilane. Both excellent conversion of styrene and selectivity in favor of the ,β-adduct were achieved using aminobenzoic acids as additive. Moreover, the use of 4-aminobenzoic acid led to significantly superior enhancement in both catalytic activity and selectivity among the tested aminobenzoic acids. Indeed, 100% conversion of styrene and 98.4% selectivity in favor of the β-adduct were obtained. Additionally, hydrosilylations of various alkenes with a variety of platinum catalysts have also been tested, and in each case the conversion of substrate and the selectivity of the β-adduct were promoted by using 4-aminobenzoic acid as additive. 展开更多
