杂交稻高产群体的NPK积累动态呈Logistic生长曲线,积累半量期在枝梗分化至颖花分化期。以中期积累最多(占45%~67%),前期次之(占30%~43%),后期较少(占2%~19%)。叶片、叶鞘积累的N、P、K素和... 杂交稻高产群体的NPK积累动态呈Logistic生长曲线,积累半量期在枝梗分化至颖花分化期。以中期积累最多(占45%~67%),前期次之(占30%~43%),后期较少(占2%~19%)。叶片、叶鞘积累的N、P、K素和茎秆积累的N、P素,抽穗后有50%左右转运到穗部,占籽粒净积累量的2/3以上(N占67%~76%,P占95%~96%,K占100%)。黄熟期的稻穗积聚了全株60%~68%的N素,66%~80%的P素,17%~18%的K素;茎秆积聚了全株50%左右的K素。随着生育期的进展,叶片、叶鞘的含N、P、K率,茎秆的含N、P率和稻穗的含K率逐渐降低,茎秆的含K率逐渐上升,稻穗的含N、P率变化不大。 展开更多

不同粒型花生品种氮磷钾养分积累动态研究

为明确不同粒型花生品种氮磷钾养分吸收动态及模式,在大田试验条件下,以大粒型花生品种花育22、中粒型花生品种花育20和小粒型花生品种农花16为试材,采用完全随机设计,研究了不同粒型花生品种氮磷钾养分积累量、积累最快时间、吸收最大... 为明确不同粒型花生品种氮磷钾养分吸收动态及模式,在大田试验条件下,以大粒型花生品种花育22、中粒型花生品种花育20和小粒型花生品种农花16为试材,采用完全随机设计,研究了不同粒型花生品种氮磷钾养分积累量、积累最快时间、吸收最大速率及产量。两年试验结果表明:各生育时期大粒型花生品种植株和荚果的氮磷钾素积累量均最高,中粒品种次之,成熟时大粒品种平均分别比小粒品种高61.63%、60.37%、47.64%和77.97%、91.49%、86.74%,中粒品种分别比小粒品种高46.53%、50.99%、38.32%和63.53%、73.37%、77.92%;籽仁中氮磷钾含量亦表现为大粒品种>中粒品种>小粒品种;不同粒型花生品种氮磷钾素积累量符合“S”型生长曲线特征,小粒型品种氮素和磷素积累最快时间出现较早,2016年和2017年分别为出苗后58 d、65 d和53 d、81 d,大粒型品种则钾素积累最快时间较早,平均为出苗后54 d。大粒型和中粒型品种氮素和钾素最大积累速率均高于小粒型品种;大、中、小粒品种磷素最大积累速率平均分别为2.59,2.57,2.21 mg·plant^(-1)·d^(-1),3个品种之间差异未达到显著水平。大粒型品种百果重和百仁重均最大,分别为195.47 g、219.63 g和76.57 g、85.53 g,大粒型产量最高,达到5300.00 kg·hm^(-2),中粒型品种次之,为4744.44 kg·hm^(-2),小粒型品种产量最低,仅为4713.89 kg·hm^(-2),后两者分别比大粒型品种低10.48%和11.06%,且与大粒型品种均达到了差异显著水平(p<0.05)。 展开更多

研究了脱毒种薯费乌瑞它的干物质及氮、磷、钾养分的吸收、积累和分配特征,结果表明:苗期是根、茎、叶吸收养分最快的时期,现蕾至茎叶枯萎期是块茎吸收养分的主要时期,且对养分吸收的速率均较快;苗期根、茎、叶生长速度快,茎叶生长高峰... 研究了脱毒种薯费乌瑞它的干物质及氮、磷、钾养分的吸收、积累和分配特征,结果表明:苗期是根、茎、叶吸收养分最快的时期,现蕾至茎叶枯萎期是块茎吸收养分的主要时期,且对养分吸收的速率均较快;苗期根、茎、叶生长速度快,茎叶生长高峰发生早,进入块茎形成、增长和淀粉积累期均较早,对植株养分吸收高峰发生早,但植株衰老、茎叶枯萎发生相对较晚,能较好地增加光合作用的时间,提高光合效率,故虽生育期短,仍能获得较高的经济产量;费乌瑞它对氮、磷、钾的吸收比例为N∶P2O5∶K2O=1∶0.133∶1.666,即形成500 kg的块茎需要吸收氮素(N)1.654 kg、磷素(P2O5)0.221 kg、钾素(K2O)2.756 kg。 展开更多

Spatial and Temporal Variability of N, P and K Balances for Agroecosystems in China 被引量:52

Nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium balances for agroecosystems in China from 1993 to 2001 were calculated at national and provincial levels using statistical data and related parameters, and their spatial and temporal variabilities were analyzed with GIS to estimate the potential impacts of nutrient N, P and K surpluses or deficits to soil, water and air. At the national scale, the N and P balances from 1993 to 2001 showed a surplus, with the nitrogen surplus remaining relatively stable from 1997—2001. Although during this period the P surplus pattern was similar to N, it had smaller values and kept increasing as the use of phosphate fertilizer increased year by year. However, K was deficient from 1993 to 2001 even though from 1999 to 2001 the K deficit decreased. The spatial analysis revealed higher N surpluses in the more developed southeastern provinces and lowest in the western and northern provinces where there was less chemical fertilizer input. The serious K deficit mainly occurred in Shanghai and Beijing municipalities, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Hubei provinces, and Xinjiang autonomous regions. For the years 1992, 1996 and 2001, N surpluses and K deficits had significant positive spatial correlations with per capita gross domestic product (GDP), per capita gross industrial output value, and per capita net income of rural households. This showed that the level of economic development played an important role on nutrient balances in the agroecosystems. 展开更多

A 15-year field experiment was carried out in Henan Province, China, to study the effects of different fertilization practices on yield of a wheat-maize rotation. Fertilizers tested contained N alone (N), N plus P (NP) or plus P and K (NPK), all with or without manure (M). Different long-term fertilization practices affected the yields under the rotation system of wheat and maize differently and the effects on yields was in a general trend of MNPK>MNP>MN>NPK>NP>M>N>the control. The average contribution rate of soil fertility to the highest yield was 37.9%, and the rest 62.1% came from fertilizer applications. The yield effects of the chemical fertilizers were in the order of N>P>K and were increased by application of manure.Balanced fertilization with multielement chemical fertilizers and manure can be effective in maintaining growth in agricultural production. Combined application of chemical fertilizer and organic manure also increased the content of soil organic matter. 展开更多

Field experiments were conducted during 2008-2010 to investigate the ef- fects of NPK fertilization on seed yield and economic benefit of a new hybrid cultivar of winter oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) - Xiangzayou763, and to determine the optimum NPK ratio and dose in Hunan, China. The results showed that NPK ratio (1:0.50:0.50) with 180 kg/hm2 N, 90 kg/hm2 P2O5 and 90 kg/hm2 K20 was the optimum combination for the highest seed yield (2 231.13 kg/hm2) and economic benefit (9 816.97 Yuan/hm2), of which 1 641.23 Yuan/hm2 being set for fertilizer in- vestment (VCR=4.11). Besides, the effects of N, P and K fertilizers on seed yield and oil production of winter oilseed rape were not identical. N had the greatest ef- fect on plant growth of winter oilseed rape, followed by P and K. Total leaf number, green leaf number, leaf length and width, rhizome diameter, branch number, dry weight per plant and other agronomic characters in high N treatments were higher than those in low N treatments. By correlation and path analysis of yield components, the contribution rate to seed yield was found: effective silique number per plant〉seed number per silique〉l 000-seed weight. 展开更多

Effect of nitric oxide-induced tyrosine phosphorylation of calcium-activated potassium channel α subunit on vascular hyporesponsiveness in rats 被引量:5

Objective: To study the effect of nitric oxide-induced tyrosine phosphorylation of large-conductance calcium-activated potassium (BK Ca) channel α subunit on vascular hyporesponsiveness in rats. Methods: A total of 46 Wistar rats of either sex, weighing 250 g±20 g, were used in this study. Models of vascular hyporesponsiveness induced by hemorrhagic shock (30 mm Hg for 2 hours) in vivo and by L-arginine in vitro were established respectively. The vascular responsiveness of isolated superior mesenteric arteries to norepinephrine was observed. Tyrosine phosphorylation of BK Ca α subunit was evaluated with methods of immunoprecipitation and Western blotting. Results: In the smooth muscle cells of the superior mesenteric arteries, the expression of BK Ca α subunit tyrosine phosphorylation increased following hemorrhagic shock, and L-arginine could induce BK Ca channel α subunit tyrosine phosphorylation in a time- and dose-dependent manner. L-NAME (Nω-nitro-L-arginine-methyl-ester), a nitric oxide synthetase inhibitor, could partly restore the decreased vasoresponsiveness of the superior mesenteric arteries after hemorrhagic shock in rats. Down-regulating the protein tyrosine phosphorylation with genistein, a widely-used special protein tyrosine kinase inhibitor, could partly improve the decreased vasoresponsiveness of the superior mesenteric arteries induced by L-arginine in vitro, while up-regulating the protein tyrosine phosphorylation with Na3VO4, a protein tyrosine phosphatase inhibitor, could further decrease the nitric oxide-induced vascular hyporesponsiveness, which could be partly ameliorated by 0.1 mmol/L tetrabutylammonium chloride (TEA), a selective BK Ca inhibitor at this concentration. Conclusions: Nitric oxide can induce the tyrosine phosphorylation of BK Ca α subunit, which influences the vascular hyporesponsiveness in hemorrhagic shock rats or induced by L-arginine in vitro. 展开更多
